Good value for money. It was exactly what we looked for, during a 4 day visit to Paris with our niece. Building is very safe, good neighborhood, close to Porte de Versailles metro station (10 min walk). Place was clean,tastefully decorated. Loved having coffee in the balcony.Loic, our host was very helpful and responded quickly to messages. And yes, as shown in most reviews, there is even a PC and printer available😊

One bedroom was a bit tight to walk around the bed when the separating door was closed. It was quite warm (especially in the bath) and we couldn't figure how to operate the temperature😅.

Great price-quality ratio for a short stay in Paris. The room is nice, easy contactless check in and check out. The host is great, always in touch and ready to address any requests if possible. Location is good, 2 metro stations in walking distance (there is also a tram stop nearby but it didn’t work during our stay but it was ok). We were also able to take advantage of included parking and a generous possibility to use it outside check in and check out time (that we really much appreciated and did!) Would be glad to stay again.

Loic was very helpful. We were given very clear instructions about accessing the room, so there was no problem for us at all even though we arrived in the middle of the night because of the train problem. The property was like home away from home; which means you don't expected everything to be brand new and 100%impeccable, but there was no issue with cleanliness and what we needed during our stay of 2 nights. Loic even had bread and drinks ready for us, which was just what we needed. I would recommend this property. Especially if you are going the watch the Olympic Games at the venues nearby.

We were very happy with our stay. The host messaged us ahead of time, everything that we needed to access the room. There was no front desk or deposit necessary, you can just park and go to your room. The car park was safe and secure. The room itself was lovely, the mattresses were very comfortable, there were 5 of us 2 adults and 3 kids and there was enough space. I will definitely rebook when I visit Paris again.

Property has an excellent location with 2 minute walking from Tram Station which connects to main Porte de Versailles station. I got the room which was a family room good for 4 people, with small kitchen, washing machine, TV working with Netflix. Even there was a PC and printer. The room is located inside the Adagio Hotel, which gives the sense of safety and security. The early checkin request was honored and governess was there to explain and handover the keys. There was a bonus bottle of juice and milk provided to be consumed.

The place is a bit far from main Paris attractions, and there are not many restaurants in immediate neighborhood.,

Great communication and easy check in with owner via access codes. Clean, comfortable and easy access to tram transportation. Great restaurants close by with local pricing, safe and quiet neighborhood. Room enough for family of 4 (2 adults and 2 teen kids). Owner thoughtful and left coffee, pastries, milk and juice. Stayed 3 nights, very comfortable, highly recommend, 5 stars, 30 minutes by train from most sights with great price. As pictured in photos.

A small studio for 4 people.. Not really to hang out as it's small, but it's OK. It is clean.

the washer was full of clothes / cloths when we arrived.. it stayed like that for the 2 days, as we did not intend to use it. The Mattresses could be more comfortable, but it was not bad. the glassware were stained of coffee inside. It was on the pricey side for what you get.

4 of us stayed in this apartment for one night (for a football trip) and it was perfect for our needs. Excellent facilities, 2 good double beds, and a good kitchen area. It was close enough to metro station, and we could walk to Parc des Princes. Loic, the owner, was very good and kept in contact, thanks.
