We liked the spacious room which was clean and quiet. Stuff were very polite and always helpful. Breakfast was offered in both basement and top floor. We found the variety to be better better downstairs (although the were more people), while the top floor offered a breakfast a-la-carte. Both were actually worth it, it's better to try both if you are staying there more than a day. We visited with our car and parked it on P6 parking which is literally next door, very safe and convenient. We were offered 50% discount and payed around 20 euros per day (24h). Although it's not cheap we were overall satisfied. We used the public transport for our commute to the city center. The metro, bus and tram stop is 5 min walk from the hotel with a slightly inclined road (nothing major) and it takes around 20-30min to reach the major sites. It took 25 min to visit Versailles with the car from the hotel. Overall really satisfied with our visit and we would definitely recommend it

To the minor issues were that although the room was quite big, it did not have a coat hanger.

We really enjoyed our time in Paris and in the hotel as well. The room was spacious, there is a big tv where you can stream from your phone onto the tv screen. The bathroom was so nice and clean, which to me is a big plus. They have Rituals products, a nice surprise because I love the brand! For the ladies; the mirror was great for doing your makeup as it has built in lightning. I wish I could copy and paste their bathroom into my own home lol, I loved glamming there before heading into the city. The bed was comfortable and clean too. There was a safe and very spacious parking garage near the hotel with a good price for the security you get for parking there. The restaurant and lounge upstairs serve great French cuisine and drinks with enthusiastic staff and good music. The rooftop terrace has an overview of the city and you can see the Eiffel tower too. We loved how the hotel staff, Imas in particular, always welcomed us in the lobby after a day in the city. She always had time for a talk about our day and gave us tips for sightseeing and transportation. My 10 year old also got a welcome and parting gift, which was so sweet and thoughtful! She really made our stay a 10+. I honestly feel homesick for Paris and for this hotel, I loved everything about it. We plan to come back in the near future!

Roof top terrace, clean rooms, good breakfast upstairs, friendly staff.

The air conditioning was set to 19 degrees, this was not our idea of air conditioning, we requested it be turned down but the staff were unable to do this or provide fans, this impacted upon our quality of sleep.

Absolutely loved our stay at this Novotel Hotel. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The hotel is a bit far out from the tourist attractions but has a lot of great restaurants, cafes, and shops in the surrounding areas. If you don't want to walk a lot, the metro is super nearby (7 min walk), which connects you to the rest of the city. However, walking to the Eiffel Tour is only around 30 minutes and you pass lots of beautiful streets & local shops, so would recommend it!

I liked the ambience and the warmth of the staff. Very helpful and courteous.

The room size wrt the pricing was small. Also, Not a very great view from the rooms, even from 4th floor where we stayed.

Room could have been a little cleaner. Can also provide slippers. As well, we paid for the stay upfront so we were not able to charge meals to our room which was a bit inconvenient because we had to carry either cash or credit card when we ate there.

Great location, the hotel is brand new, breakfast is very good, they even have fresh orange juice, the beds were comfortable, the room was very nice and quiet (they have double windows, you hear nothing from the street or other rooms ). And most important, the staff truly cares to make you feel welcomed and at ease.

This is just my personal viewpoint because i'm in the interior design industry, but the reception area doesn't match the rest of the hotel that is very nice. Since it's the first contact of the guest with the hotel, it should be emphazised more.

An absolutely wonderful hotel. They cater to families so well, with a great team of friendly, accommodating staff. We were made to feel so welcome during our stay. The location is absolutely perfect, in a quiet, safe and peaceful area of the city. The hotel is within walking distance to supermarkets, bakeries and restaurants, as well as the metro and tram. The room was impeccably kept, with flexible and attentive service. The breakfast and restaurant areas were super, and the reception area had some awesome video games and activities for younger guests. A superb experience and one we hope to repeat again when we return to Paris. Thanks to all for a memorable time. ☺️✨

Nothing - A dream holiday

The staff was incredibly helpful. they spoke wonderful English which was a major plus. they also went above and beyond with things like booking a taxi for us, helping us find an ATM and making coffee when the little Cafe was closed. The rooms were very nice, clean, and the extra beds were already set up for us when we arrived. I would 100% stay here again.

the room is a bit tight for 4 people but we were not in the room much so it didn't bother us. Just a note to families with stroller aged kids the metro stop near by does not have a lift so you have to carry the stroller down multiple flights of stairs.

like the room and the service everything was almost stunning, hospitality was super nice specially the reception people they are so helpful and want to give all the assistance to make your stay comfortable and wonderful , had met a guy is called ABDUR ( novotel representative at reception ) was more than expecting as a human being and has a permanent smile while giving you an instructions to make the life easier as new arrival to the city .
