April 2024

We liked the spacious room which was clean and quiet. Stuff were very polite and always helpful. Breakfast was offered in both basement and top floor. We found the variety to be better better downstairs (although the were more people), while the top floor offered a breakfast a-la-carte. Both were actually worth it, it's better to try both if you are staying there more than a day. We visited with our car and parked it on P6 parking which is literally next door, very safe and convenient. We were offered 50% discount and payed around 20 euros per day (24h). Although it's not cheap we were overall satisfied. We used the public transport for our commute to the city center. The metro, bus and tram stop is 5 min walk from the hotel with a slightly inclined road (nothing major) and it takes around 20-30min to reach the major sites. It took 25 min to visit Versailles with the car from the hotel. Overall really satisfied with our visit and we would definitely recommend it

To the minor issues were that although the room was quite big, it did not have a coat hanger.

Roof top terrace, clean rooms, good breakfast upstairs, friendly staff.

The air conditioning was set to 19 degrees, this was not our idea of air conditioning, we requested it be turned down but the staff were unable to do this or provide fans, this impacted upon our quality of sleep.

Breakfast was ok but not as much variety as I've seen in other hotels (e.g. Hilton). Scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage, mushrooms, tomatoes, cucumbers and some cereals and tinned fruit. Juices and coffee machine available. Food in the two restaurants was very good - nice food and wine and service.

Yoghurt was there one day but not the next. Coffee machine did not know how to make a cappuccino. Hotel looks nice but is getting a bit shabby - e.g. one lift didn't work, the other lift was missing a button, clock in the gym needs a battery ... small things, but it shows the staff are not attentive.

We really enjoyed our time in Paris and in the hotel as well. The room was spacious, there is a big tv where you can stream from your phone onto the tv screen. The bathroom was so nice and clean, which to me is a big plus. They have Rituals products, a nice surprise because I love the brand! For the ladies; the mirror was great for doing your makeup as it has built in lightning. I wish I could copy and paste their bathroom into my own home lol, I loved glamming there before heading into the city. The bed was comfortable and clean too. There was a safe and very spacious parking garage near the hotel with a good price for the security you get for parking there. The restaurant and lounge upstairs serve great French cuisine and drinks with enthusiastic staff and good music. The rooftop terrace has an overview of the city and you can see the Eiffel tower too. We loved how the hotel staff, Imas in particular, always welcomed us in the lobby after a day in the city. She always had time for a talk about our day and gave us tips for sightseeing and transportation. My 10 year old also got a welcome and parting gift, which was so sweet and thoughtful! She really made our stay a 10+. I honestly feel homesick for Paris and for this hotel, I loved everything about it. We plan to come back in the near future!

We stayed at the Novotel for 3 nights. The check in reception was very different from what we are used to seeing. just 2 high chairs with 2 desks. Very minimal but modern layout. The check in was quick except for one small issue which I will mention in the dislikes. The rooms were very a very decent size. The beds were comfortable. The bathroom was nice and spacious. The breakfast was basic but sufficient. The location is very central, 15 min away from the Eiffel tower. We used bolt for getting around and cars were easily available within 5 minutes.

our booking had 2 rooms with 1 king bed and 2 twin beds. Unfortunately both the rooms were on different floors because of the different bed layout we had requested. The hotel was full and no other rooms were available. It was a minor inconvenience and not really the hotel's fault but we did not realize that different room layouts would be on different floors.

The location was great and easy to access by public transportation, and the bed was very cozy and comfortable and the bteakfast is okay.

I was definitely not happy with my experience. I had requested a room with a bathtub in advance and expected it to be arranged by the time I arrived. Unfortunately, that was not the case. When I asked the staff to look into it, the only response I got was to “ask again the next day before 12 PM” which was not helpful, especially since I didn’t have time to follow up again. It felt like the request wasn’t taken seriously, and the delayed communication made the situation worse. For the amount I paid, I expected better service and a more satisfying experience.

Being a family with 2 kids (8/13) - I have stayed in quite a few hotels over the last few years and always required a family room that accommodates 4. But I have to say the family room here beat them all. Separate room for parents and sofa bed in Living area. Bathtub and modern shower wirh window looking into the bedroom. Separate room for toilet. A hammock, pillow mist spray... Modern tea and coffee making equipment. There were so many little things that made this hotel and room stand out... The reception was literally 2 folks on a chair on laptop and the process was so smooth. I had to take a day tour of Paris the next day and had to leave the luggage in the hotel. The guy at reception was so helpful. The location is also fab. Yes I had to pay a premium for the hotel room. But that's just Paris and I had accepted it. But really after staying at the hotel even for 1 night I felt the price was justified.

Probably needed more dustbins in the room... I could have done with paying little less £200 + for 1 night is a bit too much but I guess that's Paris !! Maybe booking advance for little less would be even better for this hotel.

Absolutely loved our stay at this Novotel Hotel. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The hotel is a bit far out from the tourist attractions but has a lot of great restaurants, cafes, and shops in the surrounding areas. If you don't want to walk a lot, the metro is super nearby (7 min walk), which connects you to the rest of the city. However, walking to the Eiffel Tour is only around 30 minutes and you pass lots of beautiful streets & local shops, so would recommend it!

The hotel was nice and clean. Staff are very accommodating and helpful. The location though far from the city centre but close to metro. Breakfast was so delightful and loads of varity to choose from.

What I don’t like is that we uave to cook our own eggs for breakfast. My daughter always loves eggs for breakfast so I have to cook 3 or more eggs every morning of our stay and the pan is so small and coom so slow. Cooking is fine for me, I jist find it to risky to cook with children and loads of people passing by and also it delays my breakfast.

The hotel is amazing and exceeded my expectations. The breakfast was brilliant with a great selection of cold and hot food. The rooms were spotless clean and the staff was super helpful and friendly. Very close to metro station, trams and other transport links.

It was a little bit of centre. We have to take the metro to reach areas of interset. It's very close to the convention centre so it's perfect for people attending it. However it was not a big deal as transport links were excellent
