The hotel is located in a safe neighborhood it is also close to the metro which is great! The bathroom was clean and looked new. The stuff cleaned the room and the man at the front desk was very nice and helpful.

The room is really small and also the carpet in it was not so clean. We had a room that faced the street and there is bar outside and with open window it was pretty noisy.

The location was great for strolling around Paris, close to the Metro & some lovely restaurants close by. The room was basic but comfy... We paid for breakfast which had a good selection of pastries, bread & cheese.

The doors weren't soft closing, so if you've residents that don't think of others, then the doors end up slamming shut. The carpets, curtains & nets are looking worn

The bed was very comfortable, I asked especially for a comfortable good quality mattress and that is exactly what I gotl The bed linen was very clean and the towels were changed each day. The bathroom was also cleaned each day & the shower provided hot water with no problem. There was a "Juliet" balcony door which could be opened to provide fresh air. All in all very good value for money in a handy location with lots of shops & restaurants. Great market on Sundays which stretched for blocks ..food, clothes etc.

Ideally wouid have preferred room to be larger & more hangers in closet. But honestly these are very minor complaints as I found hotel good value for money & bed very comfortable to sleep in. Cleaners did a good job as well.

the appartment is very well located, in a calm street but not far from the beach, with lots of services arround. the host Georgina is very kind and helpful, the appartment is also well equiped. I recommend!

Receptionist was really friendly and helpful, We had to add one person to our reservation and there was no problem with that ! closed underground parking 29€ And on Sunday free parking outside Small store almost in front of hotel , fast food place and really nice restaurant in front of hotel. Lime rental bikes and scooter location just around the corner . 15 min by bike to Eiffel Tower /catacombs/ Louvre Museum . Really quiet area. Room was clean bathrooms clean there is also a lift . There is no air conditioning but it was cool inside the room even tho outside was 36°C I will definitely stay there again!

Someone stole my bike from the bike parking near by so be careful with that 😅 it was old bike and still disappeared so I wouldn’t leave there any bike again:)

A room with clean sheets and a newly renovated shower not too far from the most interesting parts of Paris. There is a bus stop nearby and I got all I needed from one night stay.

Wifi is barely working and the room is old and shabby.

The staff all of them was gentle and helpful

Old furniture — with that price, don’t expect more than this.

The location is excellent size is very close to the metro station (~5-10 minutes walking) from which it is possible to reach the train station of Paris Montparnasse. The rooms and the cleanings are ok, nothing fancy but fair. Maybe the facilities are a bit dated, but they are acceptable. The reception is open until late.

Great great location near everything, especially big grocery stores. Calm and very good value for money at the time of booking. Personalised welcome. Excellent.
