I stayed at the hotel just across the street called Printania, which is apparently a part of Auriane. I was very concerned before checking in because of some reviews, but it was actually quite good. The room was very clean, with a fresh laundry scent. Bathroom was also very clean and new, with a convenient shower cabin with a contemporary shower system. enough hot water and a good hair dryer. They made my bed and changed towels every day. There was a big mirror in the room. It was neat, pretty basic but enough for a short stay. I felt good and safe as a solo travelling woman. And there is a very good restaurant/bar just downstairs on the street, as well as at least 2 supermarkets very close. The Convention metro station is close and the road to it is nice and safe.

It had a central heating but I feel it wasn’t quite enough to warm the room, when it was 3-4 degrees Celsius outside. To close the door you need to really slam it so this noise was to be heard a lot across the rooms :) But anyway this wasn’t all that noisy. The stairway is dark but overall ok.

The location is amazing, - restaurants and metro are close by. The Eiffel tower is only 2 km away so can also be done by foot. The area is safe. Beda are comfortable.The hotel is good enough, don't expect luxury - the hotel does a fair job for the value of money.

The hotel has old infrastructure and could be seen somewhat unmaintained like a broken tile and somewhat dirty shower curtains,, however that can be ignored

It was a good place to stay. We were afraid they had a time limit for check-in, but finally there was a person at the desk all the time. Everything was very clean and the environment was peaceful and pretty. Our rooms had a view of the street but still were quiet. It's a nice place to pass the night and rest, easy to get there by Metro or Bus, and in a nice neighborhood with some restaurants and other options for food or a walk.

Some of the electrical connections were not working, so some of our phones did not charge during the night. I hope they can fix this because we would like to come back at another time.

The staff were just wonderful. We arrived at 10:30am without notice, not expecting to check in just wanted to leave our bags and the very nice guy at reception told us he had two rooms ready so we could check in! They also helped with directions, metro details, taxis, anything we asked they did their very best to help!

Not a big deal but One room was clearly recently renovated while the other was very dated. However, they were both clean so that's all that mattered to us. And they seem to be in the middle of renovating so I'd definitely go back!

Absolutely brilliant location - east stroll to convention metro - mainly local area with handy bars and boulangeries nearby - stayed 4 nights - highly commend - a bargain at twice the price.

everything was perfect - of course the room was small but the bathroom was brand new, super quiet overlooking a courtyard and just loved this - will be back for sure - highly commend

The location of the hotel is just great, you can get to the Louvre or the Palace of Versailles via two big metro stops. The staff are very friendly and I was given the Wi-Fi password on request. The room was as described, clean, the beds comfortable. The furniture is a bit older, but the room is spacious by Parisian standards. The price-performance ratio is simply top!

One could perhaps invest in Wi-Fi, with a better range.

Room was more than adequate for a site seeing visit to the city. Safe parking in an underground car park opposite hotel (extra charge but good value for Paris). Close to transport links and near some "local" bars and restaurants not aimed at tourists.

Its Paris, so everything is small and old. I had no expectations and won’t complain about it, so for me everything was fine regarding the rooms, bathrooms or building itself. Shower was incredible good, strong douche, just the bed was not the most comfortable (was a bit small for 2 persons) but we slept well. Neighbourhood quite, lots of facilities nearby, an excellent restaurant right in front of the hotel and many others in the big venue 2 or 3 blocks away.

Breasfast was very expensive for what is is, the coffee, milk and water for tea were cold, the croissant were not fresh and bread I was not sure. Yogurt and that was all for incredible 9 euros... so skip the breakfast and enjoy the cafes in the neighbourhood next to the metro station before taking your way to the center.

Very good location. Everything opposite what you need Disneyland, Restaurants, shops 🏬 Bakery’s with nice sweets cakes 🍰. We very happy 😊 Highly recommended ! Advice- some time better use taxi 🚕 then public transport if you travel with family from airport to Paris or here from Paris - same price but less hassle 👍

Room is clean and every day they changed towels and everyday clean the beds and room. Its really close to the city centre and If you looking room to sleep this is ideal place. Value for money.
