The room and hotel decor is really stylish and the fixtures & fittings were all really high quality, which made my stay feel very comfortable and premium. My room was small - as to be expected in Paris - but perfect for just me. The breakfast was great, and the dining room is also very stylish and clean! I also liked that there was someone on the front desk 24 hours and having a secure front door as well as keycard-only access to the elevator and stairwell, made me feel extra safe.

As there is only one elevator, you can end up waiting a while to get up and down towards the end of breakfast time (between 9.30am-10.30am). Luckily I was on the 4th floor, so it wasn't too bad, but if you are in a rush to be somewhere in the morning, factor this wait time in, unless you don't mind taking the stairs. As the hotel is small, the breakfast bar can get busy and a bit loud at peak time, therefore try to make it down before 9.30am if you want a quick and quiet morning.

The room and bathroom were VERY clean and well kept. The lobby breakfast area, etc. Were also very clean. There are some nice restaurants and shops within walking distance. The staff were very friendly and accommodating.

I would not book the breakfast package as the food options are EXTREMELY limited. You have the choice of boiled egg, mini croissant, for, yogurt, cereal, tea and coffee. It would be in your best interest to wait until you find a car or restaurant so that you can order a more filling breakfast. The location isn't as close to the Eiffel as I thought and getting into the city can be tasking depending on how late you leave as traffic is merciless.

Our time at Hôtel La Conversation was amazing! We stayed for 4 nights and were pleasantly surprised to get a free upgrade to a Superior Room when we checked in. Fresh from a renovation, the hotel boasts an interior design that was nothing short of a masterpiece, with a tasteful selection of colors and materials. The room was big, cozy, and felt like home, especially with all the plants around, complete with a bed that promised dreams sweeter than Parisian pastries. Speaking of pastries, the hotel offers a complimentary supply of high-quality coffee/tea and croissants. By the way, the crepes with maple syrup at breakfast were delicious! We also want to give a special thanks to the housekeeping staff, whose hard work and attention to detail made our room a spotless and welcoming space every day. As a girl, I also enjoyed the little extras like a powerful hairdryer, soft towels, and good-smelling toiletries. Even though the hotel is a bit away from the city center, it was easy to get there by metro from the Convention station which is a 12-minute walk from the hotel. The neighbourhood is quiet and safe. We liked coming back to a quiet place after a day out in the busy city. A wonderful place to stay in Paris. We hope it keeps doing well and brings joy to many more travelers, especially with the Olympics coming up.

The hotel was lovely and clean. The staff were very welcoming. The hotel was located on a quiet street with a supermarket across the road , restaurants and bakeries were all along the street also. It was conveniently located with an uber costing €12 from Paris center to the hotel. We also walked and this only took an hour to the eiffel tower. There are 2 metro stations located about 10 minutes away, the m12 and m13 we used these to get to Montmartre and to get the RER to Disney land and to get to Paris Beauvais airport. One thing to note the rooms are quite small and the lighting is very dim. If you're looking for a large luxurious room then this is not for you.

Nothing to dislike about the hotel it was priced well for where we were located. One thing to note you have to pay a tax for staying in Paris which we didn't know about until we got there for 5 nights and 2 people it was €55 on top of the price for the room.

Very convenient location, out of the tourist beaten path, safe and quiet residential part of Paris. Walkable to the centre and an excellent way to see the city from different angles. A few excellent supermarkets nearby and very well connected to the public transport network. The rooms were impeccably clean on arrival, the breakfast truly excellent (with a variety of quality French cheeses - including Comte), fine coffee machines, pastries yoghurt, delicious ham and other meats. These things matter and set the tone for the day. Late arrival was fine, staff were courteous and we checked in without issue. Room was quiet and bed was comfortable. The cherry on top was a separate mini room with a single bed for our child with door and within the same room. If we return to Paris, this is where we will stay.

These are not dealbreakers, rather some feedback for further improvement. There was no shelf for soap or the shampoo bottle in the shower, which meant it either stays on the floor or risks falling from the shower taps (this happened). An extraction fan in the bathroom or even just an aroma diffuser would have been welcome. Very very minor things that did not affect the quality of our stay.

We had a pleasant stay at this hotel, would definitely come back. Great check in service, the manager upgraded us to a bigger room with separate toilet and bathroom. The room was very clean. Comfortable beds, nice shower, a big houseplant, which was a nice touch :) The lift was big enough for two to three people. The location isn’t the closest to the city centre but it was lovely and quiet, with plenty of cafes and boulangeries nearby. The nearest underground station is in a 15-20 min walk but there’s also a bus service which takes you to the metro or straight to the centre such as Latin Quarter.

The frontdesk staff was ultra friendly and helpful. The cleaning ladies very thorough, almost perfectionists. The interior of the room was pleasant to the eyes and the room was cosy. The bed was comfortable. The windows isolated well the noise from the street, also no noises from neighbouring rooms could be heard. There is enough cupboard space and the little sofa nook under the TV is a fabulous addition to the room’s functionality. Good bus connections to the centre, 11min walk to the metro station. We thank the hotel once again for the very nice surprise of an upgraded room!

The room had carpeting (wish they would have parquet floor options too for allergics), but the floor was still a bit cold. We left the heating on position 21/22 °C when we left the hotel room, but when we came back in the evening the heating was switched to 19°C, which was too cold for us to feel comfortable in the room, especially after a days walk in rain and wind. As we didn’t like to sit in the room with the heating blowing on maximum, there fortunately was the possibility to wait in the breakfast room/nice veranda space and warm up with a pot of hot tea while our room temperature was climbing back to 21/22 °C.

The staff was very friendly and helpful, the room was clean and comfortable. Especial thank you to Zubida, Anol Gmilienne and Geffrey))) - hopefully I spelt their names correctly))). Great job, keep working with such a great attitude to your Guests.

The only thing i can think of it was a bit nosy in the mornings as the room was next to the stairs ))). Next time I would prefer to stay away from the stairs please) Another thing I would like to suggest to change the hooks in the bathrooms, because the towel always felt down from the hook as it was round ))

This was one of the best stays I've ever had!! I've been looking forward to this trip as the pictures of the rooms looked great and full of personality. A lot of hotels are going for beige interior design which doesn't curate an authentic experience. This on the other hand, was incredible. The room was full of personality with the deep red walls, the gorgeous bathroom tiles to the textiles furnishings. The bed was big, cosy and divine. Everyday the cleaning team did an amazing job resetting my room and actually cleaning the room. They were also very kind when speaking with my limited French! Great night sleep with good sound proofing. The main lobby is beautiful with plants and interesting design details (adore the lamps!) in the eating area, with plenty of natural light. Coffee and tea is also free for all guests Everything gave off luxury and careful art curation. The staff were so kind and thoughtful from arrival. Knowledgable about the area with recommendations for dinner and helpful in calling the lift. Thank you Anna and the team for being so warm, approachable and upbeat. The location is also great as it's a 10 min walk to the metro and the main restraturants. I felt safe as a solo traveller walking at night. I will be returning to Hotel La Conversation every time I come to Paris! Beyond grateful for this experience, 11/10!

The property was exceptionally clean and the staff were always helpful to assist you. It was also along a stretch similar to a high street with excellent bakeries and cafes that were good value for money. There is a clean park as well if you have kids. Rooms were sound proof so there was no disturbance from other guests. I also loved their daily supply of artisan teas. It was close to the Louvre and the Eiffel Tower.

I entered France via Paris Gare du Nord. It was a little further out, I think more than an hour but it wasn’t difficult to get there since it was very accessible on public transport using a Navajo pass sold directly at Gare du Nord.
