simple and modern room , good vibes . the bed was big and very comfortable!! and perfect air conditioner (highly recommended for those who don't want to sweat in the summer.) there are near metro , cinema , monoprix , lovely cafe.

The shower head is broken (however, efforts to maintain cleanliness can be seen) very tiny elevator ( It may be interesting on the contrary because it is unusually narrow. A space just for you and your baggage:))

The location was perfect, right next to the convention metropolitan. The hotel was clean and perfect for us. The shower had good fittings. We didn't have breakfast at the hotel, so I can't comment on that. The staff were really helpful in answering all our questions and they even gave some suggestions on the travel route and shopping centers in the city.

No water bottles were available in the room.

The staff was helpful and friendly. The room was always clean with fresh towels and made bed upon our return. The location was great with access to metro, busses, grocery store, great bakery, pharmacy and even some fast food restaurants, café’s and bistro. Around 30-40minutes walking distance of the eiffel tower, and 50minutes from pantheon/louvre areas (at least in my pace).

Lack of outlets. Very small bathroom (not friendly for plus size people), and it was very hard to use the sink since it had a shelf above. This specific bathroom door didn’t close. Beware that some of the rooms may only have curtains and not shutters so some lights gets in really early in the morning.

Very conveniently located next to the métro. Friendly and helpful staff. Comfy bed, good shower, nice sized room.

Some sockets were a bit loose, the kettle needed holding down the button for a while, it just seemed needing a bit of tlc terms of electric items. But it didn't ruin my stay in any way, it's more like a heads-up than an actual complaint.

The location was ideal, 30-35min walk to the Eiffel Tower and the metro is right outside the door, couldn’t ask for better. The surrounding area was gorgeous with loads of restaurants, bars, fast food, cinema, supermarkets, bakeries, etc. The staff were friendly and always greeted us with a smile, check in & out were very quick. The bed was comfortable and the shower was great, we came back to fresh towels and a made bed everyday. Lovely little balcony looking out onto the square by the hotel.

Not a huge issue as we didn’t spend much time in the hotel apart from sleeping & getting ready but the soundproofing isn’t good, we could hear the people in the room next door to us and we were always very cautious about our TV or us talking too loud in case we disturbed the other guests.

Location was perfect, with a nice square nearby, Metro VERY close, and plenty of cafes, a supermarket, etc while also being close enough to the main attractions by train. Note we didn't have breakfast so can't comment on that, but we did visit many local places to catch a crossiant and a coffee. Our room faced away from the square, into a back area behind the buildings. was nice and quiet.

I wouldn't expect anything more - its a very good 3 star hotel. Don't expect much more than the basics but everything that was promised was more than delivered. Its simple, but smart enough, clean and modern.

Very close to subway/metro (less than 1 minute walk). Supermarket next-door, lots of bars/pubs in the neighbourhood. Short and safe walk to Eiffel Tower. Safe and quiet zone. Really liked all this.

Rooms are very small and walls are thin. You can hear all other guests walking in their rooms, talking or showering. Cleaning personel slamming doors in the morning at 8am ... Security problem with room access cards. Hotel asks you to leave the access card at reception and then, when you come back and ask for your card they don't really check anything and just give you the requested card. What happens if a guest asks for someone else card or if a non-guest comes in and requests a random card ?!

The hotel is greatly located few steps away from Concord metro station. The staff was very friendly, and the hotel is in good shape. My room was almost entirely new (located at the second floor).

Although the room was new, the bed was very old. I wasn't able to make a late check-out (but asked at last moment to be fair).

All , the hotel is located in the center of Paris, just 4 blocks from the Eiffel Tower and the Arc de Triomphe, the hotel is very clean and the staff very nice and kind, the room was exactly as in the pictures, except that the shower in the bathroom has some technical problem an important part is broken, but this was not a problem, only that it was difficult to take a shower... otherwise it was even more than I expected, the heat worked and everything was flawless, thank you very much and we will come back soon our favorite city Paris, a dream city with the nicest and kindest people on earth, we love France and it was a great pleasure to stay at your hotel. Let me not forget the breakfast was good, not perfect as I expected a little more, but relative to the price, the quality was excellent. I warmly recommend it....

except that the shower in the bathroom has some technical problem an important part is broken, but this was not a problem,

- The location was very convenient, close to a metro station and several bus lines. - The room was clean and tidy, cleaned every day - The staff spoke English, which was a nice surprise in France

- The breakfast was good, but not very varied. There were only a few options: baguette, croissant, cereal, cheese and ham. I would have liked some more variety, like fruits or vegetables or scrambled eggs. - There was weird smell at the ground floor. - The view from the window was not great, just a blank wall.
