Small apartment in a convenient location: Eiffel Tower within walking distance, metro and bus in the immediate vicinity, supermarkets, bars and affordable restaurants in the area... There is a folder with tourist information material and the host is available at any time via WhatsApp, the room is well equipped (refrigerator, kettle, coffee and tea, dishes...), the bathroom is big enough, the water pressure in the shower is good... A small breakfast with fresh pastries, jam, freshly squeezed juice and yogurt is delivered to your door in the morning. You rarely get something like this when you rent an apartment as accommodation!

No air conditioning, which is why it can get very warm in summer. Sleeping with the window open makes little sense, as it can be a bit noisy until late at night. The bedding set should also be adapted to the seasons. It's definitely too warm! The towels are stained and very worn. Since this has already been criticized I find it difficult to understand why they are not renewed... But overall, the accommodation is a good place to stay and I would book it again.

I considered this stay to be a great value. The rooms were nice and came with all of the basics. The beds were comfortable, places to sit, a compact kitchenette, and a nice bathroom. The location is in a nice neighborhood with easy access to restaurants, bars, bakeries and groceries. While not in a historic area, it surrounded by subway stations that allow easy transportation to all of the prime attractions. It is less than a 30 minute walk to the Eiffel Tower and there is great Sunday market about half of that distance. The breakfast was a real bonus. Continental, delivered to your room, with warm fresh bakery and different items every day. It was enough to fill us up, and fresh coffee too.

The towels were pretty old and past prime and it would be really nice to have a couple pillows for the couch and/or more than just one per bed.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this cozy apartment in Paris! From the moment we arrived, our host was incredibly friendly and welcoming, making sure we had everything we needed. The apartment itself was super cozy, well-furnished, and made us feel right at home. One of the highlights was the breakfast—absolutely delicious and a perfect way to start the day. We couldn't have asked for a better experience. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay in the heart of Paris!

We had a wonderful stay at this flat! The neighborhood is lovely, calm, and safe, perfect for a relaxing getaway. The apartment itself is very cozy, clean, making it feel like a home away from home. We appreciated the quiet atmosphere. The host was extremely friendly and welcoming, which made the whole experience even better. I would definitely book again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

Absolutely phenomenal! Definitely a repeat!! Matthieu was impeccable and very kind throughout the whole process. The breakfast is just great, and the room is simple but nice and really cosy! Great, great breakfast, with the best Parisian bread! Close to the subway, but really you can walk everywhere in Paris from there. To repeat!!!

The flat is really nice, but the building itself could use some work.

The property is comfortable and cozy, well designed and comfortable bed. In the summer there is a small sir conditioning and a fan, which was useful, breakfast was delivered daily with fresh products, very nice. The window room in summer can be loud facing the street but we kept the windows closed, not a big problem, it’s about 8 minutes walk to the metro.

Spacious and clean room in a good location! Matthieu, the property owner was very nice and helpful. Bed and room were done every morning after we left and breakfast was very good and fresh, especially the baguette and French pastries! Very close to metro station and a good number of restaurants to choose from in the area. Matthieu even stored our luggage after check out as we had a late flight.

The only thing that could be better was wifi because it was quite slow and ended up using mobile data however this wouldn't stop us from visiting again!

Our host Matthieu was extremely helpful, friendly, and accommodating. The accommodation was cleaned daily. Breakfast was an absolute win! Baguettes, cheese, jam, fresh juice, croissant, or crepe delivered to my door with coffee. That put a smile on my face daily. Bed is wonderfully comfortable, and I slept very well. Location is close to busses and 2 metros (Felix faure easiest to get there or bus 88 if coming down with RER B or leaving for Charles de Gaulle but note buy your RER B ticket beforehand as no sales at the metro Denfert Rouchereau) to get you anywhere. Do check out the art nouveau door at Felix Faure metro. Eiffel Tower is in close proximity, which was a treat to walk. The open air market down the main street is a WIN! With a gelato and Greek delicatessen right next to each other close by who can go wrong. Pinocchio Reataurant around the corner serves great coffee at reasonable prices, and their staff are awesome too with a delightful park across from them too - Square Saint Lambert. Metro line 6 close by to see an exquisite view of Eiffel Tower as you cross open over the Seine, see also the lovely bridge it sits on. If you can get to the Trocadéro steps in a week, it's MUCH better than weekends.

Everything was exceptional. Thank you M! If I had to get picky, I would say if you a night owl like me, then other visitors 10am check out can be a bit noisy as all units open with multiple doors in one area. But that is extreme and based on how I like to function in Paris, as most coffee shops only open after 11.

Excellent location in neighbourhood full of shops, restaurants and very easy access to metro. Large bedroom and living room area, clean, comfortable, and quiet at night. Host let various baby related furnitures (cot, bouncer) at our disposal, which was greatly appreciated. I would come back

Breakfast was good, and could be improved with more savoury options (e.g. ham slices, boiled eggs).

The owner of the flat was very helpful, breakfast was tasty and highly sufficient. The accommodation in good location, quiet and not foo far away from the main attractions. In line with our expectations.

The furniture in the apartment is older, the towels have a rather strange smell.
