couldn't recommend more. Brilliant location, near shops, cafes, restaurants and metro station. About 30 minutes leisurely walk to the Eiffel Tower. Reception staff were particularly helpful. We used the leisure facilities and terrace very day, lovely pool. Room was lovely and the bed was very comfortable. Lovely 30th wedding anniversary, with a complimentary bottle of wine and lovely note. Tended to eat a light breakfast out at nearby cafes.

Just a preference we liked to eat a light breakfast out, after the first morning. Nice cafes within 1-2 minutes away.

The room was quiet and kept clean throughout our stay. It's ideal having both Commerce and Avenue Émile Zola metro stations just around the corner (covering two popular lines) and there's a fantastic Aussie-run coffeeshop (Good News Coffeeshop) just 3 doors down from the hotel. Finally, being able to relax in the spa after a long day walking around Paris made the trip more enjoyable.

This is an exceptionally minor detail but the spa could use more space for hanging/placing robes – either some hooks on the wall or more seating would be fantastic.

From booking before arrival staff were so helpful, the rooms are clean everything you needed coffee machine great and kettle for those that need it. Pool was lovely extra and spotless clean. Fridge in room, and supermarket 2 doors down. Quiet as a small hotel didn’t try breakfast but looked good.

The only negative is you do have your keep the windows shut and use the air con because of street noise throughout the night, but not hotels fault the air con is great and very quiet so no issues.

My request regarding the room was taken care of and II was able to spontaneously extend my booking. So the hotel really made best efforts. Thank you. I personally liked the location.

Communication on the request to extend the room for a day was initially quite challenging and slightly intimidating for somebody who might not speak French so well. No need for that. But it was solved afterall, so thank you again. Cleaning women walked in while I was in the bathroom. I had to tell her 3 times that it wasn't a good time, before she finally left my room again.

My family and I stayed here on our trip to Paris, and had a wonderful experience. We booked connecting rooms, which was helpful for having space for 4 people. The staff was very friendly, and would have two hot chocolates ready for my children when we arrived at breakfast. The breakfast is a nice French continental breakfast served each morning. The neighborhood also added to our positive experience. It was very family-friendly, and quiet at night. The hotel is situated right next to several restaurants, cafés and markets, which proved convenient for a family traveling with young kids. The metro station is less than a 5 minute walk, and the Eiffel Tower is an enjoyable 20 minute walk. I recommend walking to experience Paris, but the metro will bring you close to the site as well.

The room was very clean with a lovely terrace over the gardens. The bed was also very comfortable. The pool and spa area was a huge plus for us. Great way to relax after a long day walking. The staff were friendly and helpful. Nothing was a problem. The location was perfect. Lovely area and very convenient with the Commerce metro station so closeby. Really enjoyed our stay and would definitely go back.

Nothing! I cannot find fault with this hotel.

Room was absolutely amazing. The suite had a skylight that I woke up to every morning. My room also had 2 patios and one of them had a clear view of Eiffel Tower. The breakfast was great. Fresh juice and croissants every morning The location was in the middle of everything. Sephora, tons of eateries, supermarkets and most of all the subway station. Every night someone from the staff came to my room with a sweet treat The staff was always there to offer a glass of water, help order a taxi or make a restaurant reservation. Anything I needed within reason was granted.

I cannot think of anything. I thoroughly enjoyed this hotel. I did not give it a 10 because nothing is perfect and I want the hotel to continue to strive for excellence.

A little boutique hotel in a very nice part of Paris. I would reccomend the stay. Excellent staff. The room was small but very nicely setup with everything you need to feel super comfortable. The bathroom was nice and very well organised. Breakfast was ample and with many fresh products which made the easly start very pleasant and energised by fresh smoothies. Would reccomend to have breakfast in the amazing internal garden, you can experience the dissociation between the busy city outside and the amazing quiet garden inside

My stay was very short and would have like an extra night!

The first room we were given had a bad smell of drains, so we asked to be moved. They were very accomodating and the room we were given then met all our expectations. Staff were VERY helpful and friendly. Breakfast buffet was also excellent.

A little bit larger room would have been nice. More hooks / towel racks in the bathroom would help. Also, the shower doors did not close properly.

The location is excellent. Lots of great shopping, bistros and cafes nearby Eiffel tower and Beau de grenelle mall is 25 minute walk. Staff very pleasant and helpful The rooms are quiet. Floor 4 terrace is superbly kept (though i pressed a button for service and noone came) Breakfast was very good quality and excellent value for money (€20 p person) Beds very comfortable Bed linen great quality. Toiletries excellent quality. Pool (reason we booked) was fantastic, bigger than imagined, hamam great, all very clean and well maintained.

Outside, the street was very dirty but turn right and you have bistro and shopping paradise. I thought i had booked a private terrace.. my fault. But the room said 2 balconies so sounded good - they are not "balconies" as one would imagine, they were not for sitting in fact no furniture present and were approx 60cm by 110cm of floor space. Bath needs a handle to assist getting in and out and should have a grippy/textured surface, we both nearly slipped and are not frail or less able. We would have liked a TV channel in english other than news, but just cause we were winding down from a long period of work and wanted to chill. Next time we pause in Paris we would book Les Jardins de Mademoiselle.
