- Excellent location. - Efficient heating. - Extremely comfortable bed. - Various amenities and utensils that made the stay very pleasant. - Shower had good water pressure and pleasant temperature. - Good value for money.

- The elevator was small for two larger individuals, requiring us to take turns using it. - The shower was quite cramped, even for someone of small stature. - The microwave was dirty when we used it for the first time, with food remnants left by previous guests.

Everything is as explained in room description. Friendly and welcoming personnell. Room was rather well equipped. There could have been more bowls, but enogh forks and spoons; plates more than needed. I liked that there was coffee press so I could enjoy fresh coffee in my room. There was dish washing liquid, very useful. Bathroom small but shower gel smelled so good! Always hot water, it was great! There is extra blanket and pillow. Bed is comfortable. I liked that there were heavy curtains, so light from windows did not bother. Walking distance from Eiffel (20 min) and several metro stations in 5-10min walking distance. I would book again when in Paris.

You could also give kitchen towel. Also you could consider providing little oil, salt and pepper for cooking. There was not very good air conditioning. Few nights the room was cold since temperature dropped a lot and it was raining. But then the heater was turned on, so in the morning the room temperature was ok. Windows could open from upper side as well, then it would be possible to let some air in but not cold. There is only possible to open windows fully, which I did not want to do for the night.

Location is perfect. On a quiet street, 5 minutes from the Metro. The neighborhood is really nice and calm, but with some options around to eat. Bakery and Supermarkt 2 minutes away.

The bathroom is a big topic in the comments. Yes, it's small, but I think one gets use to it. The only problem we had was that the drain of the shower was somehow clogged so the space for showering quickly started to fill with water. One major thing that was negative for us, was apparently the previous guest did something with onions, and even though everything looked clean, the fridge smelled like onion everytime you open it.

The hotel is located in a quiet yet central area. It is a 20-25 min walk to the tower. There are many farm shops and bakeries around. Nearby there is a Chinese restaurant with tasty and not expensive food. Also a French restaurant with excellent cuisine. The hotel itself cannot be called a hotel. These are rooms with mini kitchen and bathroom 4 per floor in a narrow corridor. The lift works perfectly. Cleaning once every 3 days. Everything is perfectly clean. Check-in is next to the hotel. If you arrive early, you can leave your luggage and go for a walk. Everything will be preserved. In 10 min walk metro station, from which you can leave in different directions to the sights. The room is very warm, which is important for winter. I recommend it for a visit to Paris.

The shower is very small and the water pours out onto the floor. We put a towel on the floor to avoid swimming in the water.

Extremely well located, with several options (eating, market, shopping), locals and public transportation. The apartment/hotel was small but convenient, good for a 5-day trip to Paris. This area of the 15eme feels very Lao and not touristy at all, which is ideal! Staff at check in were friendly and helpful, and we managed to check in earlier that day, which helped a lot!

Could be more clean. There was a lot of dust on the curtains, the plates/cutlery/pans were dirty, even if stored in the cupboard, and there were several hairs both in the towels and bed sheets. It feels overall cramped, as there is not much space to place one’s things. It also has few power outlets (none in the kitchen area nor in the bathroom).

Bed was very comfortable - we slept well. Very clean. Shower was tiny but great hot water. Loved the balcony - access to fresh air was definitely a bonus! Very helpful and friendly staff in the hotel associated with the apartments. Cleaning lady was lovely also. Good location for accessing the Eiffel Tower and the Louvre. Bus and metro connections accessible for other attractions. Eateries and supermarkets close by. 8/10.

Tiny shower

The residence is in a very good location as it connects directly with 3 metro lines that go through the most important parts of Paris. There was a problem with the elevator the last 2 days which made it quite an effort to come and go as it was on the 5th floor. However we understand this was just an unexpected issue. The room was sunny and warm , in a very lively neighborhood, walking distance from the Eiffel tower. I recommend

Nice receptionist and great manager. Cleaning people were nice, too. Gave us 2 little fans due to unexpected heat wave in Paris-so grateful. Kitchen had 2 burner electric stove and hot pot, basic cleaning supplies. Nice black-out curtains for sun. Big windows we could open. Nice elevator for 1-2 people. Bathroom worked fine. Very safe French neighborhood close to 6 and 10 metro. Bus 42 couple blocks away goes to Eiffel 'area', otherwise 20 min walk for me. Neighborhood has everything close by: Laundromats, coffee, pharmacies, holistic grocery on same block, Asian, Italian and French restaurants. Franprix groceries sells ready made food-salads, sandwiches, other food. Big Monoprix store 4 blocks away. Very quiet, even at night with the windows open. Really enjoyed our stay. Went to The Grenelle market on Sunday (also Sun), and got to see French people buying food, definitely recommended if you stay here.

Microwave was a little weaker than we were used to, but it heated coffee just fine. I wondered if check-in at a hotel half a block away would be a problem, but it wasn't, and it was nice to get to meet the people first before staying in the hotel.

All the staff we encountered during our stay were very friendly and helpful. The accommodation was great and had everything we needed. We would definitely consider staying here again the next time we visit Paris!

The only small downside was that the bathroom drainage wasn’t great, but it didn’t really affect our overall stay

Hotel close to Emile Zola metro station. Near the main attractions of Paris. Very safe and calm area. Restaurants, bakery and supermarket Carrefour City very close to the hotel. I stayed in one apartment in the patio and the mini kitchen was equipped.

No air conditioned and the room got a bit hot (it was 34 ° C in Paris in june).
