We had a great time on the hotel and it met our expectations especially because of the great location and comfort. Besides that we also had 2 amazing receptionists (Fabio and another man who's name we don't remember) who were really helpful during our stay, wether it was with tips of places to go or just having a chat with a local parisian which was a great plus in our eyes. It was the first we had such interactions with the receptionist, it was a truly blessing! It made our experience memorable! Also, the bed was really COMFORTABLE!!

Sometimes we heard noises from the ventilation, which was not nice when we wanted to sleep. The only thing I would add to the room would be a balcony and a better view. It was a little expensive for two nights.

Super location: 15 mins walk to La Tour Eiffel. Quiet at night. Lovely and clean: floor swept and bed made every day. Crisp bed linen and comfy bed. Could have done with a couple more pillows but it was a long way up and down the stairs to ask for them, so we made do with what we had! Modern bathroom with super shower pressure. Friendly and chatty staff who helped me with my two bags on arrival. 5th floor room with no lift made great comedy for my boyfriend and I! Added to the charm...and as the French say "c'est normal" :)

Be aware there is no lift. I knew when booking and it wasn't a problem for us. You have to be aware that 5th floor is a killer on spiral stairs haha! Bonne chance!

Fantastic location for exploring - close to the Eiffel Tower and some good restaurants, patisseries etc… staff were very helpful, friendly, and the room was fine for what we needed for a couple of nights for two of us. Transport on the metro was at the end of the street which was perfect. Would stay again!

Our room was generally very good but a few cosmetic things such as a broken sink cabinet front. Also hadn’t realised there wasn’t a lift, but not a problem for us!

The hotel was lovely. A nice walking distance to the Eiffel Tower. My room had two twin beds pushed together. The room itself was very spacious, with very tall windows that opened, looking out to a courtyard. Not much a view, though. Added bonus...AC! The bathroom was a decent size, with a tub and shower, which I was grateful for after a long day of walking.

There was this thing with the lights in the stairwell. Sometimes, they turned on, and sometimes, they did not. It was just a little creepy.

I liked the location, how the staff went out of their way to help us, very fast to respond on booking.com , it was just a standard hotel really :)

a load of thick dust under the bed, couldn’t open the windows, only 1 pillow each, one of the night staff was playing videos till 2am on their phone- as on ground floor we heard it till turned off,

The room was much larger than expected and quiet. Bathroom was a good size. We were lucky to be on the first floor as knew there was no lift. Staff very friendly and great that we could store our luggage after check out. The hotel is situated in a really nice area with lots of restaurants and close to the metro. Walkable to the Eiffel Tower too.

On our last night the air con/lights kept cutting out and then turning back on...this was very loud all night and as it was so hot we needed the air con. The previous night had been fine so not sure why this happened..maybe system was overloaded with the extreme heat.

Location is perfect. Metro station 3 minutes, walking distance from the Eiffel Tower, good restaurants, fruit store and bakery also 3 minutes or less from the hotel. Hotel staff very friendly and helpful, coordinates transportation if needed. AC and hot water perfect. No elevator but they help you with the luggage. Excellent, will stay there again.

No elevators, no small fridge on the rooms.

The room was a great size Bathroom was decent and hot water on demand. Room kept nice and tidy by cleaning staff. Extremely close for the Eiffel Tower being a 2 star hotel. Has train station extremely close as well - easy to get to Airport or train.

No lift - stairs only. I was on the top floor and it's not fun dragging suitcases up or down.

Bedroom was a great size, bed was comfortable and lots of storage. The room was well looked after.AC worked perfectly.

I requested an extra pillow (you are only given one thin pillow each) and I did not receive it. Which meant I didn't sleep very well. A lot of mould around the shower. Toilets didn't flush very well. Do not stay here if you cannot walk well up stairs. The stairs are very narrow and hard to get a suitcase up. No lift.

Very good location. Close to metro and Eiffel tower. Very clean and the room size as we imagined it would be in Paris. We also knew there was no lift in the hotel so we weren't surprised to have to climb to the fifth floor. We had an advantage of travelling light

We travelled during the low season so there were little guests and little noise. But I got an impression that sound isolation from the hall wasn't that good. During the high season this might have been a problem. Especially if you're a light sleeper
