Location and Excellent staff , access to Metro and Eiffel tower, river cruise was superb. We kept the luggage for 3-4 hours in luggage room without any charge, much appreciated. Excellent and helping staff. I highly recommend this hotel.

no Air conditioning in room(not sure if it was extra facility by paying but I did not check though). It was hot inside though it was raining outside. If AC facility available please opt for this if anybody staying more than 2 nights in summer. I went in September 2nd week. But it was ok for us as it was 2 night stay and we used to be outside to explore the places most of the time.

The location was perfect for easy walking distance to the Eiffel Tower and restaurants. Dated room decor but clean. Very comfortable beds, we needed to recover each day from the high step count from taking in the wonderful sights and sounds of Paris.

We had an odd visit one afternoon from one gentleman, reception staff member to our room, 2 stories above the ground floor to ask if we had used the bathroom because they have a problem in their restaurant. I'm still not clear what the problem was, baffling that the same staff member appeared to be using this flaky story to access rooms on our level.

This hotel has a very good location, very close to the Eiffel Tower. It is really very convenient. There are also many places to go out for dinner in the surroundings. The staff is very friendly, and they have an elevator (although small), but important for carrying heavy suitcases.

I don't think this is a negative aspect, just a suggestion for travelers. Due to the cost, the rooms are a bit small, even with very little space to open suitcases. However, it is a budget hotel, so I didn't expect a big room. The hotel facilities are a bit old, but they are well maintained and clean.

It was really nice and cozy. The hotel is really close to the Eiffel Tower (10 minutes) and surrounded by lots of restaurants. It is also well-communicated. The personel was always helpful and kind. Also you can get your room cleaned and your used towels replaced by new clean ones every day for free. It’s perfect for a few nights (so called city break). I would recommend it.

It wasn’t clean enough for my standards and the walls were really thin, you could hear everything through them. Besides the windows (and the building itself) seemed very old, but that’s not that big of an issue. However, the surrounding streets were dirty and there was a lot of homeless people near the metro and tram station.

I really enjoyed the ambiance of the hotel. The location is supreme, around 20 minutes from the Eifel Tower and the historic Paris. Good breakfast and internet, plus the staff is very pleasant and helpful. Wonderful stay!

As with everything in Europe, the rooms, passageways, and elevators are very narrow for the American standards. But, besides that, everything was great!

Great location 5 minute walk to Eiffel Tower bed was so comfortable very clean was very sceptical after we booked, after reading the negative reviews about this on you couldn’t fault it at all we came 13/01/2025 for 4 nights and everything was just in walking distance nearest bus stop is facing the hotel and the metro is like 5 minute walk away which was so handy especially getting to Disney.

Location is superb. Bath is very small you cannot even bend to clean you feet other wise you go out of it, scrub your self outside and go back in to rinse yourself. Could have been better.

Nice place to stay. You can find everything what you need. Reception workers are nice and ready to help you :) If your room isn’t ready for you , you van leave your bags in baggage room.

Room was a little bit cold (but you can find heater in the closet) There is not many light ir your room, main light is on the table. You can hear what other people talk or do in other rooms.

Excellent location, bus 2 minutes away and metro to central Paris stations... the location is exceptional, supermarkets are nearby. We had a quiet room and the staff was very friendly and allowed us to leave our bags before check-in and after check-out. Thank you very much for taking the time to help us. We will return to Paris again... and to the same hotel, obviously.

The location of the hotel was excellent, so close to walking everywhere ,staff very helpful if you need some help they're happy to help you.The room clean and shower very nice .

We stayed a family of four, so the room was a little bit small, no space to walk around or to put your luggage, and pull out bed wasn't comfortable, but everything else was ok ,for the money of four it's very good.
