The location was great, situated in a quiet street, close to a couple of metro stations and around 10 minutes walk to the Eiffle Tower. There were a few bakeries, cafes and bars close by in the surrounding streets. The room was a decent size and had lots of amenities. The bed was comfortable and room temperature was perfect for a quality night's sleep. We loved having the balcony to sit with a tea in the morning and get some fresh air.

There were three lots of door codes, from the main entrance to the room, which was a bit annoying but understandable based on the building layout. Although the bedside wardrobes were great for storage, they were hung very low on the wall, and we were concerned about hitting our heads on the corners during the night. The room is situated across from a school playground, which was noisy in the morning, although it was a nice touch for the host to provide earplugs.

It could do with a comfortable chair. The electronic keys caused some anxiety for a single traveller but I assume they save money. Impossible without a mobile phone

The decor was fresh and modern, the apartment was clean. Nice touch having bottled water, tea and milk available, which you can top up. Beds were super comfy and the apartment was a nice temperature. Kitchenette had a good sized fridge, microwave and two hob electric stove. Nice shower, with two shower heads.

Nothing we didn't like, but the room could do with a mirror in the bedroom or lounge/kitchen. The bathroom was very snug so as we are all quite tall, it was a squeeze but it was manageable.

The window in our room was great. The shower and toiletries were was very good. The bed was nice and big and comfortable bedding. The building was very secure and easy to enter. We had 2 rooms booked and was able to check in earlier at least 3 hours early which was amazing.

The tv was wasn’t watchable, If you don’t understand French. It is a smart tv but doesn’t have the software for anything to stream anything. Room 102 toilet is a bit tight for space.

Absolutely everything! This apartment may not be what the photos are , but the entire building is operated by YAYS and are very similar. They are meticulously cleaned and smell great when entering. the kitchen/kitchenette is fully equipped with all the essentials. The bed is SUPER COMFORTABLE ! The bathroom is spotless ! the soap and lotion provided is good quality and a nice touch. There was a problem with the floor, (previous water damage), and the staff organized for maintenance to come and sort it out promptly. The staff are able to msg on WhatsApp and respond instantly with perfectly spoken English. I was treated with respect of my time, and would have stayed longer but they didn’t have the availability. absolutely recommend !

My unit had sloped ceilings as it was the top floor, so if you’re tall, you won’t be able to sit on the couch comfortably. The couch could also be upgraded (it’s a bit old).

The location was perfect - very central with lots of things in walking distance and great metro connections but was still in a nice quiet peaceful street. The apartment itself was very nicely decorated and very clean, it had everything we needed for our stay and was very comfortable and good value for money. I would highly recommend and would definitely stay again next time I'm in Paris!

Nothing, everything was great!

Great location. River was on walking distance from the apartement. We did not meet any people working there, but they did check on us via what's up on do we need anything or do we have any questions etc. Via sms they were very friendly for help.

They said that apartement had a city view, but, instead of city view we had a view on street, directly since it was on the ground floore. And people from a street also had a "view" in our room. If we put the curtens on, then it is really dark... You don' get this info when you are booking the room (about the floor). Pictures that you see n booking for the small apartement show different view then from this one. Rest of the info were mostly as they were on booking.

Wow, this apartment was very close to the metro and within walking distance to the Eiffel Tower. It was up three floors, but luckily we only brought carry-on luggage. It was great to be able to do laundry. We found places in this neighborhood to buy great fresh food or go out dining within walking distance, too.

When we stayed here, it was quite chilly but if it were summer time, you might be uncomfortable; there's only a fan.

Overall the stay was great however finding the building itself can be decieving, there's no branding on the outside of the building so you're not sure if it's the correct place. The only branding regarding the company is is on the inside of the building.

The digital key to unlock the main hotel door and to unlock the room is abit annoying at time, if you dont have data then you can be stuck in a pretty tough situation.

Location was excellent. Room had all the facilities that you need. Comfortable bed. On quiet safe side street but very short walk to some lovely shops & restaurants. 5 minutes walk to Metro

Not a problem for us but no reception desk/Staff - Contact all online/phone or WhatsApp. Which is we used when access code didn’t work. It works well but some people may prefer a live human😀
