Great location in the 15th, ideal to explore Paris (by e-bike) and travel to Roland Garros. Restaurants and shops nearby, Eiffel tower around the corner etc. Apartment is small, but cosy, and perfectly fine for 3-4 nights. Bed was comfortable, bathroom was small but not annoyingly so.

Apartment is across from a primary school, which is loud in the morning (no insleeping possible), and was not in line with our request for a quiet room. Our unit was on the 4th floor, meaning the roof is low and walls are not straight (not ideal if you are tall). Shower is slightly low for tall Dutch people;) Price was high, which decreased the feeling of 'value for money' (probably due to Roland Garros taking place, but still).

The location was great, situated in a quiet street, close to a couple of metro stations and around 10 minutes walk to the Eiffle Tower. There were a few bakeries, cafes and bars close by in the surrounding streets. The room was a decent size and had lots of amenities. The bed was comfortable and room temperature was perfect for a quality night's sleep. We loved having the balcony to sit with a tea in the morning and get some fresh air.

There were three lots of door codes, from the main entrance to the room, which was a bit annoying but understandable based on the building layout. Although the bedside wardrobes were great for storage, they were hung very low on the wall, and we were concerned about hitting our heads on the corners during the night. The room is situated across from a school playground, which was noisy in the morning, although it was a nice touch for the host to provide earplugs.

We did like the room itself with everything you need, very clean, very comfortable bed. The location of apartment is great: restaurants, grocery stores, metro and Eiffel Tower in a walking distance.

Too noisy room number 001 on the ground floor and we with my daughter also didn’t feel safe!!! there! Because of the floor of the room you won’t be able to sleep: it’s too noisy, you can hear people talking even not very loud in the street, it seems all cars, taxis and bicycles are at your bed. Even if you manage to fall asleep, you will be woken up by people going down or up the stairs at the hotel, because the entrance/exit is right behind your door and there is absolutely no sound insulation.

My friends and I had a really pleasant stay at Numa! The area is lovely and feels very safe, and we were also impressed by the cleanliness and well-equipped rooms. Everything was just right for a comfortable stay! The balcony on my room (3rd floor) were perfect There are 3 metro stations near the hotel. 📍Commerce Station is in a lovely area with plenty of cafés, restaurants, and boutiques. 📍Duplex Station is very convenient—it’s super close to the hotel and connects easily to most of the major landmarks in Paris. 📍Emily station surround by bolangerie & cafe

This property doesn’t have a lift/elevator. It is mentioned on their website, but I missed that detail and didn’t request a lower floor. But, my room on the 3rd floor was lovely.

Property was close to a metro station as well as plenty of restaurants and boulangeries. Also an amicale walk away from the Eiffel Tower!

As a solo female traveler, I did not enjoy being at street level with the bed a few feet from the door. The code to enter the Numa section of the building was the same code to enter my room; I felt if anyone saw me enter the property they could also easily enter my room. I think the property is perfect for a well-traveled and confident person or couple, but I discovered I prefer a different sort of stay.

Room had everything i needed including kettle and coffee machine, fridge and microwave

It could do with a comfortable chair. The electronic keys caused some anxiety for a single traveller but I assume they save money. Impossible without a mobile phone

The decor was fresh and modern, the apartment was clean. Nice touch having bottled water, tea and milk available, which you can top up. Beds were super comfy and the apartment was a nice temperature. Kitchenette had a good sized fridge, microwave and two hob electric stove. Nice shower, with two shower heads.

Nothing we didn't like, but the room could do with a mirror in the bedroom or lounge/kitchen. The bathroom was very snug so as we are all quite tall, it was a squeeze but it was manageable.

The window in our room was great. The shower and toiletries were was very good. The bed was nice and big and comfortable bedding. The building was very secure and easy to enter. We had 2 rooms booked and was able to check in earlier at least 3 hours early which was amazing.

The tv was wasn’t watchable, If you don’t understand French. It is a smart tv but doesn’t have the software for anything to stream anything. Room 102 toilet is a bit tight for space.

Good location. Calm neighbourhood. Close to stores, restaurants... Very short walking distance to Eiffel tower and other attractions. Near different metro train stations. Lots of daylight, due to large windows. Easy code access.

Not entirely clean. Lack of small bowls - for breakfast (muesli, cereals) Lack of spatula or large wooden spoon. Leak marks on upper left corner of the main room, above kitchen unit.

Great location, safe and fun neighbourhood with coffee bars restaurants supermarkets and easy walk to Eiffel Tower. Apartment itself was perfect sized and very comfortable, and easy to work from home whilst in Paris. Room 401 is opposite school so it is loud but totally fine, Paris is loud ya know?

Nothing. It is expensive, but it is Paris and it was very very chic and comfortable. Well worth the money.
