First time in Paris and my choice of hotel did not disappoint. The hotel group offers a personal transfer for 30EUR each way, which we did on both occasions so we didn't have to battle public transport. That said, the Metro is pretty easy to navigate and the platforms and ticket vending machines are in English too. We paid just over 20EUR for 2 of us on an all day pass for Zones 1 and 2. The in-house breakfast was good, for 13EUR. Coffee, juice, pastries, cereal, fruit, cold meats and cheese. The room was small but really comfortable. Split cycle air conditioning. I really fell in love with that bed head and those lights and quite liked the quirky wallpaper. The bed itself was a little hard for my liking but the bedding made up for it. Lovely and soft and soothing. The bathroom was spotlessly clean, with ample hot water under a rain head shower. Individual toiletries added a nice touch as was having house keeping coming in during the day to freshen up the room. The windows in both the bathroom and the bedroom open to allow fresh air inside which is a nice feature. There were dozens of Brasseries (restaurants) located nearby from pub style to fine dining, all located within easy reach of the hotel. The Eiffel Tower is a pleasant 20 minute walk away. The staff were friendly and accommodating.

Nothing. It was the perfect solution to our first visit to Paris. Location was excellent as we were surrounded by local shops and some of the best French restaurants, cafes and bakeries.

We were Very Happy with Hotel 31 & Loved having a small balcony to allow fresh air, along with views of Parisien Life below. Location for walking to All the sites was a plus & various Metro stations close by too. Staff very polite & welcoming , front desk is manned 24hours. Room was immaculately clean & bed comfy. Inclusive breakfast was a plus each morning in a tastefully decorated dining area. Offers an array of choices from cereals ..yoghurt.. fresh pasties & baguettes..cheeses& cold meats & an easy to use coffee machine. Highly recommend booking this hotel.

As noted on a number of reviews i was aware the bathroom is Petite but it is Perfectly formed! Modern & clean but narrow. It didn't bother us but may be of concern to others.

Location, Location, Location. Great location, and walking distance from everywhere. Also wonderfully clean.

Very small however we couldn’t help that.

No bed bugs!!! The bedroom was large enough (12m2) to fit two people and a dog rather comfortably. It’s not for longer stays as there is not much space to store clothes but for two nights it was perfect. The bathroom was renovated and clean. We also had a room directly overlooking the street and thought noise was going to be a problem but we slept through the night without any interruptions. Best to take earplugs to be on the safe side though. The location is very central, close to many shops, restaurants, the metro and an underground parking (there is no parking spaces directly by the hotel). It does take only several minutes to get to the Eiffel Tour so it’s possible do to a walking tour of the centre from the hotel without using public transportation. The staff was also exceptionally nice to us and the dog despite the Parisian reputation towards foreigners.

Even though the bedsheets and towels were fresh and clean when we entered the room there was a bundled up dirty sock on the floor by the bed (I guess from previous guests). We took it to reception and they apologized. We didn’t care about it much but might be triggering to some. The only problem was that even though we made sure to close the shower door to the maximum and were careful it was overflowing each time and required a swipe with a towel.

The hotel is located in a nice area, right on the street with a lot of shops and restaurants and 3 mins walking from several metro stations, but the street is pretty quiet during the night. To any sightseeing it would take you aprox 25 mins by public transport. The hotel itself is clean and the staff is very helpful and nice. The room is small (I mean it) but this is what you could expect from staying close to the center in Paris. Bathroom is tiny but functional (hair dryer, sick, shower, toilet, towels dryer, mirror). Overall, good hotel comparing with the rest of the offers in Paris.

A bit pricy for the size of the room. Also, no chairs/table in the balcony.

Cute boutique hotel, close to the metro station and within walkable distance to major attractions (Eiffel Tower and Les Invalides). Great staff, clean rooms, and no smell of cigarette smoke. Only a 30-minute car ride from Orly, very easy to get to and from the airport.

The AC was making a vibration noise. We tried to drown it out with white noise the first night but it did not help. The staff was gracious enough to switch us to another room. Unfortunately, the same thing happened. The night staff had to come and turn off the power source permanently to make the noise stop. Good thing the room was fairly cool so it did not bother us.

Very good location. 15 minute walking distance from Eiffel tower, close to the metro station La Motte-Picquet Grenelle. Several cafes 5 min walking distance. Quiet hotel, very nice and welcoming staff. We arrived early and we could leave our luggage in hotel and the same about leaving day - we could leave luggage until departure. We stayed in room 60 - on the top floor with terrace. Room was very wide for Paris with big bathroom. Eiffel tower can be seen from terrace :) So this was a good pick for Paris. Definately suggest to stay here. Cannot comment breakfast as we were eating out

I liked the closeness to metro stations and the area where it is located. Every place I wanted to visit was easily accessible. Some things are at a walkable distance or only a few stations away. I was able to visit Versailles on a Sunday within less than an hour by metro and train. The staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was nice and you can vary day by in what you choose, the options were enough for me. The tea is great, in the room but very much at breakfast too. There are many options in the neighborhood for shopping or eating out, it's very lively.

The towels I got weren't all very clean, some had stains and there was a glass at the breakfast table that wasn't cleaned well but those things can be attributed to machine issues maybe.
