There are metro and tram stations just 100 meters away from the hotel, which are really convenient. The receptionists were helpful, and the room was clean enough to stay in. Also, the room heated up really quickly when I adjusted the temperature, which I loved. I could see the top of the Eiffel Tower from my little French balcony. Thank you for the service. Merci

The room was small. If you’re planning to stay here for 2–3 days, it’s fine, but if it’s longer than that, it could be a problem. I wish we had a mini refrigerator in the room. The breakfast was actually terrible—you should really work on that. On the last day of our holiday, we went to have breakfast around 9 a.m., before checking out. However, the kitchen staff looked at us strangely, and a lady even came over to ask for our room number. That was bizarre.

Breakfast was superb, specially the night person in duty, we was check 4am and he offer if we like to take a breakfast before our check out, cozz is early in the morning and no resturant open that time he is very friendly and he prepared early breakfast for us his costomer service is above and beyond, good job 👏

The room need to upgrade and the ceiling of our bathroom is kinda open and lil bit spemelly because is old building, but what can we expect the room rate is not to expensive, but the location is good and near to everything, good location, everything walking distance.

The hotel itself is about a 15-minute walk from the Eiffel Tower, and we had a view of it from our window. The metro is just two minutes away. The breakfasts are excellent – you definitely won’t leave hungry. It was a bit noisy outside due to the proximity of the metro, but it didn’t bother us. A wonderful gentleman at the reception – sorry, we didn’t catch his name – gave us all the necessary information when we checked in, explaining where everything was and how it worked. Later, every time he saw us, he would ask where we had been, what we had seen, and how our day had gone. Such a pleasant man! 😊

The location was excellent. With lots of options to dine and also supermarkets. It’s very near the metro station (almost in front) so it’s great for transportation (not noisy at all) The room was very comfortable with a bathtub and even view to the Eiffel Tower ! Breakfast had tea herbs which you could choose and make your own tea bag. Good variety of cheese and charcuterie and pastries. The staff was very friendly and they made an effort to propose activities, and fun things to their guests such as a Halloween party. The hotel offered tea, water, and popcorn all day. I super recommend!

Nothing to change it was an awesome experience and good price. I definitely recommend and would stay again in the same place.

The staff were incredible - we were blown away by thier hospitality. I'm sorry I can't remember thier names but especially the two who were working Friday 6th December. We bought some wine back and they offered to open it, and got us some wine glasses. We were taking pictures of an elf on the shelf for our daughter and the lady working pointed us in the direction on where we could do some fun ones and gave us a box of props! They were so kind. I'm thinking of bringing my daughter to Paris next year and I'll definitely re book! The location was excellent close to effeil tower, metro station and lots of shops and restaurants. The room was small however had everything we needed and we didnt spend much time in the room - it was excellent vaule for money. We had a brilliant time thank you!

Nothing, I will deffo book again

We wanted to be close to the tower, this hotel is 15 mins walk to the tower and we had views of it from our room. The room was clean and had been renovated. We had a wardrobe space, a table and chair which was great as we know the rooms in Paris can be tiny. The staff were all lovely and helpful. There is a common room and outdoor area which we didn’t realise until the last day, so that was useful when waiting for our taxi. The breakfast is enough to get you started with your day. There are hot drinks and some pasties in reception free of charge too. All in all, we couldn’t ask for anything more. We had all our needs catered for and we had a great trip.

As most rooms are in Paris, the room is quite small. There is the metro line outside and trains pass often. This didn’t bother us. The room/hotel had everything we needed and have no complaints.

Great location, metro station is in front of the hotel. Many cafes around. Eiffel tower 10-15 mins walking. Normal French breakfast with fresh orange juice and mini croissants🥖🥐. Comfy bed, good cleaning service everyday. Friendly staff.

Bath utilities. No soap or other needs, just a shampoo in the shower cabin. Very small room, impossible to move. No closet or wardrobe, just several handings. We nearly did not have any shelves for the clothes.

Cute and viby. Great customer service, good size room, the bed is the softest and coziest! Good location, not too far away from the Eiffel Tower and just a few steps away from 2 metro stations. Liked the viby view out the windows and that you can open them. They also have a setup for photos with their lil Eiffel Tower and offer cute lil things for the PhotoShoots like a baguette and all. Breakfast is good and filling. Their freshly made orange juice is everything!!

The hotel met all our needs! Location is great and breakfast was better than expected. There are different options of metro lines around the hotel, and there are restaurant and other amenities nearby. Room is very small, but clean and with a comfortable bed.

The room is really small, and so is the bathroom. They charged my partner's credit card, whose info he'd shared because they asked us to when we arrived, with the total amount of our stay by mistake even though we'd already paid for it via booking.com. They were quick to resolve the problem, but that certainly impacted negativaly our experience in the hotel.

The hotel is amazing. The employees are very kind and they allowed me to leave my luggage before the check in and offered me some coffee even though I have arrived like 7am there.I was really thankful for that. The room is very good, the internet is amazing. The morning coffee is very good.

It could have a small refrigerator in the room and a safe. The morning coffee could vary a bit more. I have stayed 3 days and it was always the same thing.
