We were in a high room with a partial view of the eiffle tower. It was a little small but made very good use of the space and was perfectly comfortable. A cot was provided which we had asked for.

The lift was a little small with a baby on the sixth floor we had to do three trips every time we came back. (Once with the shopping once with the baby and once with the pram.) Not sure the hotel can do much about it. While the room was visibly clean their was a random Orange under the bed. I thought this an indication that it hadn't been perfectly cleaned. But my wife was happy she ate it.

Hotel’s main asset is their very friendly, polite and helpful staff at the 24h reception. Location is convenient to reach from CDG airport and close to metro and central for Paris. Lovely brasseries nearby. Room was quiet with a window that can be opened. Elevator was available. Room was clean, bed was comfortable.

The bathroom has no heating and can feel cold in the winter months. The hairdryer is fine but not really suitable if one needs to style hair instead of simply drying. There is no shelf in the bathroom, toiletries can only be placed around the sink and can fall down.

We had an excellent stay. The hotel is at perfect location, border between 15th and 7th arr., a walking distance to the Eiffel Tower, Louvre, center, even MontMartre if you like walking tours like we do when in a new city. We booked a standard double room and got a free upgrade to a deluxe which ment view od the Eifel Tower from the 7th floor. We know it's "just" an iron statue, but it is extraordinary to have a cup of coffee or snacks from the balcony with that sight, every day and night during our stay. The parking in front of the hotel is free on saturday after 8pm, sunday and state holidays which was very convinient since we were traveling by car around Europe. We were a bit skeptical when booking due to the reviews but were pleasantly surprised. For a few extra euros, we were upgraded to the top floor with distant views of the Eiffel Tower which was beautiful when lit up at night. Our bathroom was 'as new', modern and very spacious with a large window. The room itself also was spacious, clean and comfortable for our 3 night stay with plenty of room to accommodate 2 large suitcases (something that was not possible during our 6 weeks of touring Europe). The building has a small lift allowing only 2 people at 1 time - but this was not a problem. Better than 7 flights of stairs. Though the location is a little further out of centre than we expected, it was within walking distance to Cambronne Train Station and eateries.

The train line runs right outside the front and trains pass on a very regular basis from early morning to late night. It's ok if your windows are closed as they are double glazed, but noisy if you wish to have them open. Lucky for us, the weather was cool so the windows were mostly closed.

We choose this location for walking distance to the Eiffel Tower and accessibility to metro (less than 5 minute walk). This location was less central than the Marais district where we had stays a few days prior. The man in the front desk was very helpful and professional. While the outside of the hotel didn't look very special, the room was bright, had a nice view and the bed was super comfortable. I would recommend this hotel if you don't mind taking metro and being about 15-20 minutes away from the main tourist sites.

The elevator broke down the last day which made it hard to bring down our first suitcase.

We had the opportunity to stay at this hotel, and the experience was exceptional! From the very beginning, the service was impeccable, with the staff being friendly and helpful with every need. Additionally, due to availability, we were offered a complimentary room upgrade, which was a delightful surprise! The hotel's location is extremely convenient, close to all major attractions. The room was warm, clean, and had a fantastic view, making our stay even more enjoyable. Highly recommended!

1. The great location, only 20 min walking from Eiffel tower, 30 min walking from Louvre. Many cafes, restaurants and small supermarkets around. 2. Very nice and helpful personal 3. 1. Hotel is tiny, but maybe it was only my problem since I am quite tall=) Moreover, it is in general style of old architecture in Paris. 2. Furniture could require some renovation.

Great location. Easily accessible to Metro and supermarkets in a quieter part of town. Room was comfortable and clean.

Only downside was the elevator being broken for most of our stay (and we were on the top floor). Air con was noisy, but worked well otherwise.

Nice hotel located in a nice Parisian area with many bakeries and restaurants nearby . The view of the Eiffel tower from our room was great. The staff was very helpful and the breakfast was nice. I would come back to the hotel.

The size of the room is what one can expect in Paris but it can be a nuisance for some travelers. Cleanliness could be improved and sometimes the water from the shower can leak.

It is very clean, has a nice bathroom, a/c, heater and a mini fridge. The staff is really nice and willing to help, they explained to us how to get to the airport. The lifter is really small, just for two people or one if you bring big luggage so you might want to take that into consideration. The Eiffel tower is around a 20 min walk and there are a couple of metro stations near the hotel. You can also find a lot of restaurants around the area. I would totally recommend :)
