Clean, good location, good communication before and during the stay through messages/emails

The fact that I asked for 30 min extra for check out and I received an automatic answer that they cannot do, without trying or showing that they would try but :-( Anyway. I would also like to have the possibility to speak to someone there if there are questions. It was too "automatic" everything which loses the personal ambience a little bit. Then the colours inside the room were a little bit too much in the eye but I suppose some people like them as such l.... I would prefer something more gentle in terms of colours and light effect they had.

Good location - hotel is in a nice quiet residential area with a few restaurants and bars and there is a Metro stop right outside. Unlike some reviewers, I had no problem with road noise. My room was on the first floor and street facing - it wasn't an issue as it was quiet at night. The bed was very comfortable and the room was very clean. You have check in online (I did this via the Sweet Inn app which was easy) before your stay. The hotel was good value and I'd stay here again.

The bathroom (with shower and wash basin) was small but functional - although the wash basin did not drain very well.

As a solo traveler that is new to the Metro system it is really convenient as one metro station is directly across from the Hotel. Don't worry the rooms are really quiet and you don't hear it. The staff is really helpful and gives you nice traveling tips. It is about 27min walk( if you walk slowly) to the Eifel tower and a lot of nice restaurants on your way there, if not the Metro takes you directly to the tower. The hotel is really nice and not overwhelming as it doesn't have that many rooms. You have a keypad entrance which is also convenient. Just remember to check-in online for your keypad information. My room was on the 5th floor and I had a nice view of the Eifel tower. I really enjoyed the stay! Very nice touch is a safe for personal belongings,( I didn't use as nothing was ever stolen) in the room as well as a little fridge. I was there in a heat wave and the aircons were amazing in the room. You can use their kitchen to prepare light meals, as there is only coffee and small appetizers like chocolate croissants in the mornings.

Great location - three metro stations (on different lines) within walking distance. Around a 25-minute walk to the Eiffel Tower. A good selection of restaurants nearby. Our room had a balcony with a good view of the Tower, which was a real highlight. Small kitchenette in the lobby with drinks and pastries available each morning. Staff were excellent. Very friendly and accommodating. Luggage storage available, which was great so that we could enjoy the city after check out without our backpacks.

Room fairly small but fine for a few nights.

The location was amazing, views of the Eiffel Tower and Paris from the bed and balcony. The rooms were smaller but still able to fit two of us and two large suitcases. The rooms design was so trendy and definitely a win. Elevator was confusing at first but once you get the hang of it, it is super easy - very similar to most European elevators. The location was amazing, right next to the Metro so getting around was super easy and plenty of good food options around too.

The room seemed bigger online, didn't cause much of an issue but is worth being noted. Further, the balconies see straight into those next to you - they are connected, only being divided by a fence.

i liked the location, and cleanliness in the room. also my girl said the hotel passed the cleaning test. So everything was more than perfect for me. Rooms aren’t small like others said in the reviews. It’s big enough for 2. And we also loved the mirrors in the room and also the locations of the mirrors in the room ;). there is a microwave in the reception. Very usefull. Because you can buy some precooked meals and heat them there. There is shampoo and hair conditioner in the shower. Also shower and toilet was in the room but in different parts of the room. And its perfect because while my girlfriend was doing her hair i can use the toilet. And price was very good.

Perfect location. Metro literally across the road and another two mins away so easy access into other areas of Paris. Small supermarket across the road which was handy. The room was lovely, cosy and comes with an amazing view. Be sure to stay up until dark on the balcony to watch the tower sparkle. Coffee, water and shampoo/ conditions and great hairdryer provided. Cute little tea and coffee set up at reception with some apples for a little morning fix. There’s also a small fridge in the room and a bigger communal one in reception. Brolly’s are also provided by the hotel next to the door. Easy access via codes, no key required. Small lift to get up to the higher floors.

Loved all of it. Our room had a see through window shower. So if you’re wanting privacy when it comes to a shower, the other person will have to leave or sit on the balcony. They make this very clear on the images but just noting for info rather than a dislike.

The hotel was in a very nice area, with many restaurants and grocery stores in walking distance. The Metro is right across the street. We were able to see the Eiffel Tower from our balcony. The views were breathtaking. The staff was very nice and friendly. Also, the AC was amazing since it was so hot in the stores, restaurants, and outside.

It was hard to maneuver around each other in the room. We didn't really have space to put our luggage, so we had to block the one entry to the balcony. We kept hitting the walls turning around in the rooms, haha. The elevator is tiny, so we had to make 3 trips with all of our luggage. Not the hotel's fault, but the constant police alarms going off throughout the day and evening was super annoying. Luckily, they stopped with the alarms when we were sleeping, haha.

Amazing. We got a view of the Eiffel Tower. Couldn’t have asked for much more. Room had a small fridge that did the trick. Room was comfortable and the perfect size for a couple night. It’s really handy to the stations and lines of public transport we used. 6 and 12. Lovely staff on when we were they’re. Helpful and professional and friendly. We would definitely stay here again. Shower pressure was great. Could open the windows and enjoy the bustle.

The elevator was tiny. Haha but can’t do much about that. Thankful there was actually an elevator to be honest. It was a fun experience. Trying to squeeze in.

Bit noisy at night but you tend to drown it out If you are sharing with others and want to shower with privacy, this isn’t for you as the shower is in the room, not a separate bathroom and is of glass. The toilet is in a separate room though Pillows could be thicker
