Clean, good location, good communication before and during the stay through messages/emails

The fact that I asked for 30 min extra for check out and I received an automatic answer that they cannot do, without trying or showing that they would try but :-( Anyway. I would also like to have the possibility to speak to someone there if there are questions. It was too "automatic" everything which loses the personal ambience a little bit. Then the colours inside the room were a little bit too much in the eye but I suppose some people like them as such l.... I would prefer something more gentle in terms of colours and light effect they had.

Great location - three metro stations (on different lines) within walking distance. Around a 25-minute walk to the Eiffel Tower. A good selection of restaurants nearby. Our room had a balcony with a good view of the Tower, which was a real highlight. Small kitchenette in the lobby with drinks and pastries available each morning. Staff were excellent. Very friendly and accommodating. Luggage storage available, which was great so that we could enjoy the city after check out without our backpacks.

Room fairly small but fine for a few nights.

The hotel was in a very nice area, with many restaurants and grocery stores in walking distance. The Metro is right across the street. We were able to see the Eiffel Tower from our balcony. The views were breathtaking. The staff was very nice and friendly. Also, the AC was amazing since it was so hot in the stores, restaurants, and outside.

It was hard to maneuver around each other in the room. We didn't really have space to put our luggage, so we had to block the one entry to the balcony. We kept hitting the walls turning around in the rooms, haha. The elevator is tiny, so we had to make 3 trips with all of our luggage. Not the hotel's fault, but the constant police alarms going off throughout the day and evening was super annoying. Luckily, they stopped with the alarms when we were sleeping, haha.

Amazing. We got a view of the Eiffel Tower. Couldn’t have asked for much more. Room had a small fridge that did the trick. Room was comfortable and the perfect size for a couple night. It’s really handy to the stations and lines of public transport we used. 6 and 12. Lovely staff on when we were they’re. Helpful and professional and friendly. We would definitely stay here again. Shower pressure was great. Could open the windows and enjoy the bustle.

The elevator was tiny. Haha but can’t do much about that. Thankful there was actually an elevator to be honest. It was a fun experience. Trying to squeeze in.

We really enjoyed the balcony and view of the Eiffel Tower. Even though the train station was right below us, it was very quiet due to the heavy double glazed windows. The bed was very comfortable. We also enjoyed the fact that the toilet was separate from the shower. The nespresso coffee machine was lovely, but only 1 pod per person is provided per day. I feel that more could be provided. The location is excellent.

I did not like the carpet. The room also made my daughter and I itchy. I am not sure why, perhaps the cleaning detergents used or the room spray or the carpet itself.

The staff were really exceptional and beyond helpful. Rafouanti in particular was very accommodating and went above and beyond to make our stay pleasant. The location was ideal, with easy access to transport around the city. The option of leaving your luggage in storage before and after check in is extremely handy and meant we were able to go and explore on the 1rst and last day of the stay.

There wasn't anything I didn't like about the stay. The room was beautiful and had a lovely little coffee machine, and the staff refreshed the pods every day. There were also tea facilities. There was a separate bathroom and shower room which was practical in terms of sharing the room with my daughter. The room was cleaned daily to s high standard. The value for money was brilliant, and the room was a good size for central Paris.

Bit of a detailed review as i know there are mixed reviews of this place so wanted to share my experience! Stayed 4 nights and our stay was great. We booked the superior room with balcony. Whole process was seamless. I was given floor 2 initially on the Sweet Inn app but was worried I wouldn't get a nice view at that level, so I asked for a higher floor and got it changed to floor 4 (which had a lovely view of the eiffel tower, see pics!) The staff were lovely. 2 ladies on reception, always greeted us with a smile and bonjour when entering the lobby. The room itself was very clean. It came with all amenities-coffee machine, iron, fridge, Toothbrush & paste, shampoos etc. The bed was massive and very comfortable. The location was perfect. A calm stoll to the eiffel tower took us only about 25 minutes. The metro was located directly outside also which was so handy to jump on and off. Barely heard it at all with the windows closed. I recommend buying a Navigo Easy pass, which can be bought at many metro stations on the ticket machines for around €2 and you can load it up with t+ tickets. Just saves buying the paper ones incase they get lost. There was a nice cafe on the corner right outside, Cafe Basille. There was also a pharmacie and franprix supermarket just steps away. There was a kitchen in the lobby to make your own food etc too if you wanted. Check in was easy. There was noone at the desk when we arrived at midnight, but The Sweet Inn app gave us our front door unlock code and room code which let us straight in. I received a phone call the same day as check in confirming I had received the codes okay. Check out was easy also - just clicked a button on the app and left. I plan on coming back to Paris in the near future and will 100% be booking this apartment again.

No hairdryer in the room but wasn't a big deal

Staff on reception was very friendly and helpfull. View from balcony was amazing for romantic evening. Location was very convinient, walkable distance to major attractions, metro in front of building and lot of caffes and restaurants around. Room was big and comfy enought to rest after whole day in city and was cleaned daily. Streets are pretty noisy and bussy, but insulation was very good (tho we enjoyed opened windows falling asleep with street lights and rush)

Our stay at Sublim - Autonomous Hotel was absolutely unforgettable, thanks to Rafouanti, the amazing receptionist who made our experience so special! From the moment we arrived, she went above and beyond to ensure our trip to Paris for my friend’s birthday weekend was seamless and memorable. Her warm welcome and helpfulness set the tone for the entire stay, and she made sure we felt truly cared for. This was our first trip to Paris, and because of the exceptional service we received, we are already planning to return. absolutely nothing

Proximity to metro (just across the road). Windows are well soundproofed, and we didn't have traffic noise despite being on the roadside of the hotel. It's great to have a small balcony with our room. Coffee machine in room and kettle for tea making, free bottle of water too. Complementary toothbrush and toothpaste in the bathroom. Shower great, plenty of hot water and great water pressure, but if you're on the large side, you won't be able to get into it because of how the door opens. Bed comfortable and large. TV with Netflix. There are lots of mirrors in the room and enough wardrobe space, too. The shower room has a glass door, but the toilet is separate with a solid door. Quirky staircase. There is an elevator if you don't fancy the stairs.

Remember to ask for the card for the electrics as they didn’t give us one at reception (!) Don't go out of your room on checkout day as you can't get back into your room (or the front door of the hotel). We popped out to get some breakfast around 9am only to find we couldn't get back in, despite having the room until 11am. The receptionist had to let us back into our room to get our belongings (!)
