Super little hotel, with friendly staff and comfy beds in a great location with lots of places to eat nearby. 15 minutes easy walk to the Eiffel Tower and excellent access to the metro. There’s a fantastic boulangerie 5 minutes walk away, so we didn’t have the breakfast at the hotel. Rooms were clean with aircon and a fridge. We could see the Eiffel Tower peeking over the rooftops from the 5th floor room.

We came for the Olympics and paid well over the normal price for our rooms. No surprise, but because of that it loses points on value for money. The rooms and beds aren’t huge, but that’s Paris.

I didn’t like that the water in the shower did not flow with the required pressure but very slowly, that there was someone else’s hair in the bathroom, I also wish there was more choice of tea for two people and that the kettle didn’t smell like vinegar. and it would also be nice if the dust on the lampshades right next to the bed was wiped off

Great location, close to the Eiffel Tower (15-20 min walk)

I had a single room on the ground floor which was more than adequate for my visit to the UNESCO. The room was on the small side (not unusual for Paris) but had high ceilings so it made it more bearable. The staff also helpfully printed something off for me during my stay.

The webpage lists that they have toiletries but they don't. They have a fixed soap dispenser and a combined shampoo + body soap dispenser. This is not the same thing as having shampoo. So I had to buy some at the shops. At night the lights outside are bright and the curtains of the door do not close completely. The rooms are also not very soundproof so you can hear everything being said outside, but luckily the other guests were respectful and quiet too. Another thing was the lights in the room were dim and flickering. I wouldn't be able to do any work with them, and it caused a bit of dizziness too. Thankfully I was out most of the day.

Close to metro - about 5mins walk. Boulangerie also across from Metro and another one in the other direction which is also a very nice one. Amazing restaurants for dinner as well. Prices are roughly $20 euro for dinner which is good! We stayed in the courtyard - seemed like the rooms were bigger than what I saw in the hotel photos. We stayed in room 7 - there’s a desk / fridge / closets / nice size washroom and room to move around. The downfall is that it’s in a courtyard which means no elevator but 10 flights of spiral straits. All in all staff is friendly and courteous.

Not much - good value for the money.

Only a couple of hundred metres from metro stop so easy to get anywhere. Eiffel.Tower within walking distance. Shops around area. Despite metro line the area is still relatively quiet. Room was small but still had everything you'd need and was clean and nicely designed and had a view of the Eiffel Tower. Staff friendly. Decent check out time of 11am

Despite check out at 11am room cleaning twice knocked on door between 9am and 10.30am. the staff member main not have been aware as there didn't appear to be any 'do not disturb' signs to leave out. Staff member was also loud

We particularly liked our location - close to restaurants and a minimart and the Eiffel tower an easy 20 minute walk. Also not far from Napoleons tomb and the upper part of both landmarks were visible from our room which was great. There is also train stations very close - the line actually runs past the hotel but the windows must be double glazed as no noise with them closed. Staff were very helpful when required. Tea making in room. The room was smallish but as expected. Paris hotels arent cheap and we paid $325 aud per night (4 nights). We felt the location was worth it and would recommend

Fridge not very cold was the only negative.

Small, unpretentious but modern hotel. Rooms compact but comfortable - not unusual in Paris. Staff very helpful and looked after our bags until we left late afternoon. Close to restaurants, handy for metro with easy access to centre. Quiet.

Cleaning was good, but cups weren't washed and used teabags not replaced. Breakfast bit pricey so we went to excellent boulangerie next to metro. After initial booking had to add 2 more consecutive nights due to changes in Paralympics schedule but why did each night have a three different prices (100€, 146€, 176€)? My friends' 1st floor room had tricky courtyard spiral staircase. No lift.

Location very close to metro ! And 20 minutes walk to Eiffel Tower. Nice area Plenty of street parking

The executive room with eiffel tower view was the room description. It was a basic room to us. And to see half the eiffel tower, we had to lean way out if tge window and look left. So room description was rather stretched!

Took approx 30 mins via metro to reach the hotel from Gare Du Nord. Two metro stations very near to hotel. Great location, not far from the eiffel tower. Can use metro easily, or as we did you can walk. Lots of places to stop for food nearby. Room was on the smaller side, but we were expecting this, and it was just what we needed for a 1 night stay. Room was clean, beds were comfortable, staff on the reception desk were friendly and welcoming. There is a lift in the building which I was very pleased to see as I'd broken my ankle a couple of weeks prior. So to see a lift was amazing! I would happily stay there again.

Thought the breakfast was expensive, but we just opted to eat elsewhere and that was not a problem
