We had a problem with the taxi driver not accepting credit cards, but the staff member Emma solved all the problems. Thanks to her, we were able to watch the judo match we had planned. The staff member Basra also kindly accompanied us. All the hotels we stayed at this time were reasonably friendly, but Emma was truly kind and we are very grateful. Our room was on the second floor with no elevator, but the staff carried our baggage for us so there was no problem. We visited to watch the Paris Olympics, and it was very convenient as the judo venue was within walking distance and the gymnastics venue was easily accessible by metro.

The curtains in our room were thicker than in other rooms, so it was difficult to close the curtains and open the window. It would have been even better if they had thin curtains.

We had a wonderful stay at Elegance East Hotel! Everything was perfect — the service was truly top-notch. The hotel was very clean, the staff were always smiling and professional, and the atmosphere was warm and welcoming. A special thank you to Arzu at the reception — she was incredibly kind, helpful, and made us feel very welcome from the moment we arrived. We are extremely satisfied with our stay and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area. We’ll be happy to come back again in the future!

Located close to a metro station and all amenities, perfect as a base to visit Paris. The staff was really friendly and helpful, really welcoming! Beds were comfortable.

The absence of air conditioning was tough considering the heat, even with a ventilator. We had to open the window to get some fresh air in the evening and during the night, but because we were in the back building, our window was facing the window of another room, 2 meters away… with people who had the same idea, so we heard every word, dispute, …

The hotel is excellent both for the great value for the night and for its location just a few minutes' walk from a metro station and the Eiffel Tower. The staff are extremely polite and friendly. I would especially like to thank Mr. Nicolas for his patience and kindness in welcoming me and answering my questions through the messages I sent. In addition to Mr. Nicolas, I also got to meet Mr. Daniel, who is also extremely kind and friendly. All of the hotel staff were wonderful and made my trip very enjoyable. The room was clean, organized, the beds were very comfortable, the sheets and blankets were clean, and the bathroom was also spotless. I will recommend the hotel to all my friends who are going to Paris and want something good at a great price!

The only thing I didn't like about my stay at the hotel was the soundproofing of the room. In the middle of the night, I woke up extremely afraid by the noise of people entering the room next to mine. In addition to the noise of these people talking, I could hear them trying to use their keys to open the door to their room, which scared me a lot and I thought someone was trying to get into my room. That's the only criticism I have of the hotel. Maybe investing in soundproofing would be a good idea, and telling guests about some rule about keeping quiet in the hallways at night.

I liked the location, easy to travel in many directions, 20m away from Eiffel, confortable and clean. The service was great tiding the room every time requested. You can leave the key at the reception so you don't need to carry the chunky old metalic key. Quiet room considering is not near the main road.

Very poor soundproof. You could literally think the neighbour will enter your room when unlocking the door of clearly hear them talking. The view was to a blank wall but not an issue.

Hôtel Lilas Blanc is a charming hotel in a lovely location, and only a short stroll to the Eiffel Tower. There are a lot of restaurants and cafés nearby and a metro station ideally located just around the corner. The rooms are spotless and the staff were all kind, helpful and knowledgeable. We booked a family room (2ad 2ch) and were given 2 adjoining rooms which was perfect! We will definitely consider staying here if visiting Paris again!

It is clean, very well located, but still quiet. The staff is very friendly and are eager to help, so it made the stay very pleasant. The breakfast is not extravagant, but we were happy with the choice and convenience of having it ready when we were, as we always had early morning plans. The beds were very comfortable.

The room was on a smaller side - not enough surface, but for a few nights it was ok.

The location is perfect. close to the champ de Mars and eiffel tower. 1 min from a metro. The staff is great, always accommodating and smiling. the room and bathroom are very clean and crisp.

the only minus but at the same time coherent with the price is the size of the room . it is too small for a double room. we barely could fit 2 suitcases. So better for a single person or people traveling light.

This charming hotel is conveniently located just a 10-minute walk from the Eiffel Tower and a mere 5 minutes from a variety of stores, making it an ideal base for exploring Paris. The staff at Hotel Lilas Blanc made my stay particularly enjoyable. Emma and Daniel at the reception were incredibly helpful and friendly, always ready with a smile and useful advice. Nasra from the restaurant was equally delightful, ensuring that the buffet was always fresh and delicious.

The Wi-Fi on the 2nd floor is slow.

The hotel has excellent location, very good connection with varoius metro lines in the area, easy to reach anywhere. Walking distance to Eiffel tower, many restaurants around and also some shops. Hotel reception staff very friendly, day and night, always there for you and happy to help. We really appreciated it! Rooms are cozy, you have everything you need, very clean. We would stay here anytime again, I would highly recommend this hotel.

Nothing to complain, we loved this hotel
