Room and bathroom spacious, comfortable bed, fluffy towels. Staff extremely helpful with recommending restaurants, booking taxis, help with luggage. Breakfast offered a good range of food. A lovely surprise waited us on returning to our room as it was our wedding anniversary and they had decorated the bed, lovely card and chocolate. The area has a lot of Italian places to eat and a very good French restaurant called Sufferin and a gluten free bistro called Taska. Main metro station about 10 minute walk with very good metro/train maps.

The breakfast dishes could have been re-filled more quickly and more staff needed on some mornings. Room service regarding hotel meals menu (no restaurant at the hotel) was disappointing; one could order online from an external site but their offerings were all Italian.

location and style

the lady on reception was very rude . we were trying to get a cab to the station and she was unhelpful and inconsiderate. The gentleman on arrival was lovely . it is a shame that our lasting impression was a rude receptionist who made us feel uncomfortable and as if we were asking for the world. when asked about transport to the airport , she said , well it’s Monday and people go to work ! try the metro .

The bed was amazing, great location.

The bed was amazing and so was the location. Breakfast was your typical hotel breakfast, pretty good. All the staff were lovely, bar one male staff member at the front desk in the afternoon. Rude and cheeky, or perhaps just classic French. When you are paying good money for a place to stay I don't expect staff to be rude and cheeky, it's not a low budget hostel for teenagers and so the respect between customer and staff member should be paramount. Should he be front of house with an attitude like this ? Probably not. Despite all this our stay was nice, the room was good the bed was great !

We really enjoyed our stay here. We were able to book this last-minute stay after deciding not to stay at another property. The staff was welcoming and very friendly.

There's only one thing we didn't like. I don't believe the property was responsible for this. But if you book transportation with the property, expect to pay a higher rate than if you booked yourself. A taxi from the hotel to the Louve was 55€. The same Uber would have been 25€. Our Tesla from the property to the Paris NORD train station was 85€.

Everything was perfect, location, room, staff. With one exception

There is an older gentleman who works there, and he took a certain pleasure in mocking us as soon as we checked in. I also noticed that he was very rude to customers over the phone. I hope the hotel can do something about that, because it is very offputting to be insulted on your vacation by a staff member.

Cosy hotel, close to the Eiffel Tower and main tourist attractions. Staff was friendly throughout the stay, and we were warmly welcomed at the check-in. Our room was great, with a nice view to the top of the Eiffel Tower. The bed was comfortable, and the AC worked well. The bathroom was great with an elegant but modern interior.

The rooms are not completely soundproof, and you may hear your neighbours (or they may notice you). Information about parking was not clearly communicated, which resulted in a little discussion during check-out but was resolved in a professional and calm way. Parking was a bit expensive, and there may be other/cheaper options to park nearby. Bathroom and toilet are not separate, but it's manageable.

I met my 20-something granddaughters at this hotel and gave them a week in Paris that they will never forget! The staff was extremely helpful. They got our taxis for us and helped us navigate all around Paris. The breakfast every morning was very good. The beds were very comfortable! We have had a wonderful experience in Paris and the hotel was part of that! Thank you.

Good size room, room 101. Great staff. Fabulous espresso!

This is our favorite hotel in Paris — we absolutely love it and always stay here. The location is perfect: great for a quick overnight between flights or for spending several days exploring the city. The rooms are beautiful, the bed and pillows are incredibly comfortable, and the staff is always kind and helpful. We also love the parrots — such a fun and charming touch! There’s a fantastic bakery just around the corner, too. Feels like a little home in Paris.

I love this hotel. This is our second time staying there. And it's nice that the staff noticed this and thanked us for choosing it again. It was raining heavily in the city and the hotel provided umbrellas. The child especially liked it. Very comfortable rooms. Amazing bed and pillows. I love this hotel in Paris. And there is a fantastic bakery next to it.

I am very picky, but I don't know what else can be improved. Everything is perfect for me.

The decor was absolutely stunning, the staff went above and beyond. They noticed from scanning our passports that it was my friends birthday and they left a happy birthday message and chocolates on the bed. Whilst we went out they put our bags in the room. The concierge spent time showing us places to go. The room was gorgeous, bathroom was beautiful.

Honestly couldn’t fault it. Nothing to add here.
