So close to affordable food and shopping and Eiffel tower and hop on hop off bus stops. All the cheaper Paris shopping here in grenelle and markets are great on Wednesday. Restaurants all close by are great value obviously not as high end but authentic and affordable. Great room with all the facilities - who spends time in room anyway in Paris!¡ Breakfast was good value but close by venues too for different choices. Staff at reception (Faroq) and at breakfast were very friendly and efficient. Staff could not be more helpful. Breakfast while an additional cost was fabulous and guests had option of dining indoors or outdoors in the hotel's beautiful courtyard. We also used the courtyard in the evening to have some wine we brought with us and wine glasses were provided by the receptionist. Hotel beside a Metro Station and walking distance to the Eiffel tower and other attractions.

I had to arrive 1 day earlier as planned and my prebooked Hotel was full, so I looked for the one day for another hotelroom. I was offered the L'Avre for a very attractive rate, so I booked it. I was happy in finding a very cozy place to stay, quiet in a side street, close to next metro station. The Interior of the whole Hotel facilities and the room itself was very lovely and stylish with old photgraphies and stuff like that, The receptionist Veronika was very kind and helpfull. She does really a great job! The breakfirst, wich I booked additionally on location, was excellent and in a typical france atmosphäre. All in all the stay for a very attractive rate was worth every cent, and if I am about to go again to Paris, I will for sure choose this lovely little Hotel again!

We loved our stay at Hotel de l’Avre! It is a charming hotel in the 15th, with lovely cafés, brassieres and boutiques just around the corner. The staff were super friendly and helpful. Veronica, Resimene, Domittille,Farouk and Simon were so helpful and friendly. We loved our room looking out onto the courtyard garden. It was air conditioned, very clean, with lots of Parisienne character. It was a great place to stay for the Olympics. We highly recommend! Thanks everyone for a lovely stay in Paris! 😃🇫🇷💙🤍❤️

The hotel has a perfect location. 20 minutes or less walking distance to the Eifel Tower. The single room was perfect. The room featured vintage furniture that added a touch of authenticity. Everything was very clean. Overall, it was peaceful and I barely heard any noise. I really appreciated the complimentary 0.5L bottle of water provided in the room. I was especially impressed by the desk—it was a beautiful piece.

L’avre is a cozy and charming hotel, well located. The area is safe e peaceful. The rooms are clean, well decorated, but quite small. The manager helped us offering a place to storage our empty luggage. The staff is friendly and helpful. The breakfast is good.

The wardrobe is too small. Considering that, the room should have more hooks for hangers. There is a old office table, which is cute, but takes too much space. Maybe could be replaced by another more functional furniture.

From the start, both receptionists were outstanding. Willing to assist us with places to visit and activities. We got upgraded to the loveliest room I've ever seen, making the stay my first stay in Paris unforgettable. The little garden at the back is perfect for breakfast, and the breakfast itself was fantastic. The location is great, walking distance to many restaurants and the Eiffel Tower. Overall, loved the place and will definitely be coming back

Very comfortable, well-appointed rooms (in a classic French style) that were very clean and the staff were exceptionally friendly. The hotel was even nicer than I expected for a 3 star and felt even brighter and newer (in the rooms) than even some of the photos. The location is fantastic if you want to be near the Eiffel Tower (10-12 min walk) or jump on the Metro (3 min walk). Also there are electric bikes and scooters available for hire/short-term use via the Lime app and other apps, right on the same street as the hotel. I biked along the Seine and over to Notre Dame, etc. in about 20-25 min. If you want to actually stay nearer to the Louvre, Notre Dame, etc. and prefer walking everywhere, you'll want to stay over near the slightly more glitzy / higher end cafe and shop-filled Saint-Germain-de-Pres area but you also pay much more. This hotel was excellent value for money and I was pleasantly surprised. There were some lovely boulangeries, brasseries and coffee shops nearby and the area felt safe for meandering around late on summer nights.

Everything! it was so beautiful, clean, quaint, comfortable! I can go on and on and on. Most of all the staff was Exceptional! Breakfast was wonderfully delicious! The Staff was so helpful all the time! I cannot say enough good about the Hôtel de l’Avre! Ohh, the location is great so close to everything yet off the beaten path so it is quiet.
