During check-out they demanded that I pay additional fees, calling it a tax for staying in Paris. They took money for 2 people, but I lived alone. And when I asked for a receipt for payment, they said they would send it to my email, but I never received anything. I wrote to the hotel about this, but I didn't receive a response.

Had A/C on the hottest week of the year yet. Loved being greeted by fruit-infused ice cold water and homemade baked bread. Conveniently located next to a couple of Metro entrances and some decent shopping and restaurants. Loved the smell of their hotel hand soap and shower gel. Replaced our complimentary bottled water daily and the room was very clean. Was able to book two adjoining rooms for my family of four on short notice!

The room was a little dark with such a large awning outside the window we couldn’t adjust ourselves. I didn’t mind this—but the decor didn’t transport me to a Parisian getaway. More modern bohemian than classic & quaint. Sheets and towels not as luxurious as I would have preferred though adequate.

Nice location. 6 mins to metro and in walking distance to the Eiffel Tower. There are a lot of nice local and Korean restaurants nearby. Clean and quiet inside the room. The bed was comfortable. Simple breakfast but we enjoyed chilling out in the cafe area every morning. The staff there (esp. the English speaking lady) were very helpful. The manager was attentive, they extended our checkout time for us to enjoy the roof top hot tub.

There is loud noise when upstairs flushes their toilet. The staff said it is a building issue affecting many rooms. It's better to check when reception if one is a light sleeper. There are a few rooms on the ground floor. Seems they won't be the best choice as you probably need to close the windows and curtains all the time.

It was recently refurbished, quiet and in a good location. I liked the style of the building, the breakfast was very good and it felt comfortable. Best part were the staff. The staff were fantastic. Dorjee in particular was one of the most professional, courteous and pleasant hospitality workers I have interacted with over my years of travel. We talked for quite a while, he answered all my questions and gave us valuable insight into Paris (and other cultures). I wish him all the best in his future endeavors!

The shower handles. I couldn’t figure out how to get the overhead shower to turn in until the end of my trip. I would highly recommend including instructions.. I still don’t know what the red button does!

I booked two connecting double rooms for my children, my wife and me. Rooms were comfortable. Hot tub on the terrace was great to relax after a long day seeing the sights. Only a short walk to the Eiffel Tower, and we then went on to the Arc de Triomphe, walked down the Champs Elysee to the Lourve before catching a Metro back to the nearest station which is only a few minutes walk from the hotel. Breakfast buffet was exceptional with plenty of homemade cakes and pastries.

Nice staff very kind and hospitable! I very much appreciate that. Erika at the front desk and the staff downstairs in the bar! The downstairs area very helpful for getting work done on my computer. The decor was very chic! The soap and lotion smell very good!

The rooms options were a downside one room offered faced alley not courtyard although receptionist was very kind in switching the second room had no natural light and the bathroom had a mold odor.

Room size was good. At first we were given a room in ground floor but we didn't like it as it had a window looking to the road so we requested a different room and the man at the reception was kind enough to give us a room in 3rd floor (he said it was an upgrade but didnt request for extra money). The hotel was close to 2 metro stations (4 min walk) which was great. There is a bar at the underground floor of the hotel which we liked as well.

Overall the room was clean, the bathroom, the floors, everything was shiny clean. The only thing we didn't like was our bathroom towels that had a really unpleasant smell. They were changed the second day so we only "suffered" a day.

The location was great. We were able to walk to the Eiffel Tower within 20 minutes. We were able to walk to the mall within 20 minutes. Next to the mall was the Statue of Liberty. The bus routes and metro are close by and there are lots of bistros, restaurants, pastry shops and kebab stores all around. The hotel is a really nice boutique styled hotel. We had robes and slippers in our room. We were given a large glass bottle of mineral water each day which was roughly around 40oz. The room was very comfortable for two people. The bathroom was beautiful and had a towel warmer and stocked with full size french products for us to use and purchase later if we liked. The rooftop terrace is quaint and small but has a Scandinavian bathtub/ hot tub along with a mini bar. We spent a lot of time outside of the hotel so we didn't utilize the terrace. The reception area usually is stocked with lemon or lime infused water and a daily cake which was nice. There is a fridge hidden away in the room and there are several small groceries stores within walking distance.

Everything was really great the only small disappointment was that there was no microwave in the rooms.

Despite the smaller size of the room it was designed in a very clever way, I had everything I needed. The handwritten welcome note and chocolate after check-in when entering my room surprised me, it was a nice gesture. The breakfast was okay, really delicious croissant and jams but I didn't feel it as extra or special as advertised by other guests or by the hotel itself. The staff was nice and friendly.

The room (single room) was really small (it was okay, but small). It was also on the ground floor (street-level) which surprised me at the beginning, it would have been nice to provide information about it in advance. It was also okay tough, the windows were good, I didn't hear the noise of the street almost at all (but as a consequence I also didn't have light or fresh air in the room because I kept the window closed and the curtains pulled). The coffee at the breakfast was not good, that's definitely a negative for such a hotel. It was a nice and decent hotel, but the price was insane compared to the experience. I know, it is Paris, but still.

The staff were both friendly and welcoming, it felt as though we could go to them with any problem if needed. They had laid petals on the bed upon our arrival which really added a touch considering we were spending our anniversary with them. The facilities were amazing for the price and a very convenient walk to the metro station.

The lights in the bedroom were not very bright, which posed a problem when getting ready i. the evening but apart from that there is nothing.
