This was an aparthotel which suited the needs of our family group perfectly. We could cook for ourselves (grocery within 2 blocks) and meet in comfort. The washing machine was a plus to take care of laundry needs. Transportation was very easy with nearby access to the Metro and other public transportation. Most walked to iconic stops (i.e. Eiffel Tower). Our host met us upon arrival and gave a good introduction to the facilities and area. We would definitely recommend this site to other families; it felt like home away from home!

One of our group had to make use of the sofa bed in the sitting area. The street light outside was pretty bright for sleeping. But otherwise the location was quiet and private.

Great customer services, Isabell was wonderful, very helpful, understanding and informative, the place is amazing, private and secure.

Everything was great. However, one of the rooms on the 3rd floor could have been better set up to accommodate the maximum number of people who could stay in the unit.

The Villa was the perfect size for our family of 6 which is sometimes really hard to find. It was clean and well equipped and had everything we needed. It was also the perfect location for us for touring around Paris and was close to a park, a grocery store and lots of restaurants. We hope to go back to Paris and would stay here again without a doubt.

The place is wonderful. Great location not far from the metro station with many restaurants around and a supermarket just around the corner. The apartment is very comfortable and was perfect for our family (2 parents + 4 adults kids). Isabelle is very kind, easy to communicate. She welcomed us and gave us a lot of information about the surrounding . we really felt at home away from home. Thanks Isabelle for this lovely place and your hospitality. We will be happy to come back in our next travel to Paris.

This modern loft-style apartment spread over 2.5 floors is located in a very quiet street in the southern part of Paris. There are good local shops and restaurants & bars. Exceptionally clean and well equipped in all respects - there is a nice ground floor kitchen-diner and lounge area, three bedrooms (one double with a desk on the mezzanine level, then two twins on the second floor). We were met by friendly and helpful Isabelle at check-in. Recommended.

great location, big apartment fully equipped. The land lord was amazing:) every request or question was handled fast.

in the winter it’s a bit hard to warm the living room because the ceiling is high. another small thingy is that the house sitting on small street but if there is truck or people you can hear it inside the house

It was by far the best booking that we have ever stayed in. The rooms were very spacious and the aminities were top notch. The location of the villa was also close to a lot of local resaturants and supermarkets that highlighted the experience even more. It was also conveniently located close to a metro station. The host was also very generous in assisting us with all our needs. Definitely wish that we could go back here.

Super clean and easy to access public transport in every direction.

I would like to have had a dryer, but washer only is standard in most of Europe, so not even a real complaint.
