The property is clean and safe! I requested a room with a view of the Eiffel Tower and that is what I got! The location was very good, I could walk to the Eiffel Tower in 35 minutes and the neighborhood had lots of good eating establishments. This location has an elevator that is built for two. Paris is a very walkable city and I got my steps in every day. It was a special treat each evening to look out my window and enjoy the twinkling Iron Lady in my view.

The room is pretty tight and it was just enough for me and my luggage. The shower was really tight. I was able to fit but if you are queen size, it may not be the spot for you.

Freindly staff and easy to find. Was lucky enough to have a view of the Eiffel Tower from my room which was fantastic!!

The location was great, close to the metro. Room was a great size with comfortable beds, enough space for a family of 4 and all our luggage, and great water pressure in the shower. Breakfast was excellent and the staff were really lovely. Wifi was available. Would definitely stay again.

There was no lift for our room on the 2nd floor so we had to carry our luggage up but that wasn’t too bad but there was a lift for another area. There were no tea and coffee making facilities in the room which would have been nice. The bathroom was very small but clean and functional.

I liked the location of the hotel, the connection to public transport, the ease of finding, the proximity to tourist attractions.

It's not a negative review, but I'm of the opinion that if they added fresh vegetables to breakfast, the breakfast would be great... I would like to add as a friendly advice, although the bed linen was clean and fragrant, the pillow, staff should smell it before changing. Mine had a very unpleasant smell, I removed it from the bed the first night but immediately in the morning when I complained, the girl at the reception replaced it for a new one. This will not reduce my rating or recommendation of the hotel to my dear people, and i'll be back :)

The host at the front desk was so friendly and the room was very clean. The room had a view of the Eiffel Tower and in the night time it lit up so was a treat to be able to view from the room. I had an unfortunate event of losing my phone during the trip but the host was incredibly kind, understanding, and helpful in trying to determine next steps in order that I can get to my flight next day. I enjoyed my stay here very much and there are grocery stores, restaurants nearby which was convenient. Thank you very much for having me at the hotel, and look forward to coming back when the time comes!

The view from the room was amazing. Picked this hotel for price and location. Was very pleased to find I had a room with a view of the Eiffel Tower. Checked in late at night, walked into a very small room and was greeted by the lights on the tower. Room size didn’t matter, you could open up the window and look out in wonder. First trip to Paris so I was quite impressed and happy

The hotel is in a very good location, very close to some metro stations. It felt safe to walk there at night (always minding your surroundings) and the staff are very friendly. The single room I stayed was pleasant, functional and the bathroom had been renovated and clean so it was nice to use and shower. As in all central Paris, rooms are tiny so don't expect anything bigger than stated in their description, however, this room felt big as it had a nice spacious bathroom! Good enough for 1 traveller

The location is perfect. The neighborhood is quiet. There are lots of shops, cafes and restaurants nearby. It is 30 min walking to the Eiffel Tower. The room was big enough. It was quiet at the night. The garden is beautiful and quiet place to relax. The beds are comfortable.

We had to wait too long for our room to be ready. I wrote an e-mail, asking if there is an opportunity for early check-in. There was not an opption for our room. We left our luggage and went for a walk. After we came back we recieved the card for the room, but when we got to the room we realised that it was not ready and had to wait till 15:30 for the cleaning.

The room was smaller than I anticipated from hotels I knew before, however it was actually quite big and roomy for Paris, so I was lucky. Everything was clean and working. I stayed for nine nights, did not eat breakfast at the hotel once, as the breakfast time started at 7am but I started my day at that time already so I could not eat there. If I had the oppurtunity, I would have tried the breakfast. The wifi worked perfectly and was easy to connect to. Overall I enjoyed my stay. The staff weere very friendly and spoke english well. As I myself cannot speak french, that was very important to me.

The walls are thin, so you can hear your neighbors if they talk or rummage loudly or get home late etc., mine did not often thankfully and I did not hear any street noise. My room was out the back and the website stated "view of one attraction, view of garden" - I had neither of those I think, but I saw a lot of other houses. I could see some trees and the spotlight from the eiffel tower at night. As I was only on the fourth floor, its possible that you can see the eiffel tower from the sixth floor.

Excellent location near tube station and good restaurants and patisserie and breakfast place.Helpful and friendly staff,facilities in room easy to operate.
