Overall it was all ok, staff was friendly and helpful, the room was basic but clean and comfortable, ok for a night stop, breakfast was generous and varied. The shuttle bus was convenient

WiFi requires authentication and my laptop security kept blocking the hotel webpage from opening, they should use a less strict authorisation method to access WiFi. I forgot to ask for the invoice at checkout, nobody asked me if I needed it, I spent a week trying to contact the hotel by phone (nobody was answering) email and messaging, in the end they sent it to me but it's insane that nobody answers when calling them

Very clean and neat, not too close to the airport though. Guest are left stranded once the shuttle busses have closed. But when available to work, shuttle busses are timely. Nice and pleasant experience with complimentary breakfast 😋

There was no provision for drinking water in the room, I found this very disheartening. It is not acceptable in all standards . Had to pay ground rent/tax, too, wasn't expecting that. If at all this has to be paid, then it should be incorporated into the hotel bill at the point of booking

The staff were really friendly The staff in the restaurant were extremely polite The food was delicious. The beds were comfy and having 2 towels each and 2 pillows each is fab.

No shower gel in the shower. Looked like someone had stolen it. Should be compulsory to check daily when doing the cleans. The Room was a little on the small size. Could barely move or lay our suitcases down to get our clothes out. Way out of the way compared to when I checked online. It was a nightmare to get too. We were directed here there and everywhere and nobody was helpful so definitely would not recommend this as a close hotel as there were 3 that we ended up going to and this was the 3rd and the furthest away.

Yes, thanks because room 367 was comfortable, quiet, warm and clean. I want to go again in room 367 third floor at Ibis Styles CDG Roissy en France 🇫🇷. This is the best place to stay, relax and have a break at work.. Dining hall was excellent area to relax. Breakfasts and dinners everyday were delicious. Breakfast buffet was excellent food. Whitecoffee and orange juice were amazing every morning at 430 am.

It wasn’t as clean as id have hoped, rooms felt kind of shabby and not overly clean, staff was amazing though, they worked so hard.

The hallways had a lot of dirt in them and dust bunnies and were just fairly grimey in general. Also, and this is NOT your fault, but people were gross at breakfast. I repeatedly saw people touching all the food with their bare hands and putting it back. Like a guy picked up seven or eight apples and just put them back and took one he hadn’t touched yet. Also people were not using the napkin to hold the bread to cut it. Maybe put out sliced bread instead of cutting your own? I saw people sneezing on food, etc.. Also, where are your stairs? I’d have gladly taken the stairs instead of elevators, but the stairs were never clearly located. In event of fire; there’s going to be mass problems.

The breakfast is superby ! location of the hotel is very suitable to get to CDG airport. The room was quiet and no complaints with comfort !

Exceptional breakfast buffet and comfortable room and good size. The staff was very welcoming and very efficient with check in and check out. The hotel is close to airport and provides shuttle bus service.

The shuttle bus service was a very long wait at the airport and waited one hour for the bus to arrive at the pkup point. It is supposed to come every 30 minutes and was very late and such a long wait. There should also be a better signage for the bus stop since there are many hotel shuttle bus services that stop on that stop and many people did not know exactly where to wait to catch the bus.

It was clean, staff was nice, and the breakfast was really good for a low-cost hotel. While the restaurant didn’t offer the regular menu, it did offer a buffet. We did not eat there, but instead found a charming little restaurant called la brasserie du village very nearby, where we had an excellent meal, one of the best in our five weeks in France. And actually the town of Roissy en France was quite nice, which we didn’t expect for an airport suburb.

It’s a pretty bare bones stay. It would’ve been nice to have shampoo and conditioner in the room. And a coffee maker.

Nice comfortable hotel a short taxi ride from the airport, (as there are 2 Ibis hotels close to the airport ensure your taxi/uber is dropping you off at the right one). Rooms are a little small however for a nights stopover they were adequate. Nice breakfast in the morning and the shuttle bus back to the airport. For the price it was well worth it and I would use it again.

The hotel service needs to be improved. As a serial resident, I don't understand why the cleaning lady blocked the door and told me to talk to her manager. I don't understand what's going on. Her manager spoke to her on the phone and didn't cause me any more harassment. I hope this is a single incident that happens once in a while
