Early checkin is now charged. No a/c built-in in the room, but there is a portable fan. There was loud construction noise starting every morning, but was too hot to close the window to lower that noise.

I stayed here for two nights and was very satisfied with my stay. First of all, I want to highlight the excellent location — the neighborhood is really pleasant and convenient: quiet, nice, and well-connected by public transport. The room itself was clean, cozy, and had everything I needed — there was even a hairdryer, which was a nice bonus. There was a small issue: on the first day, the toilet stopped working. Even though I was only staying for a couple of nights, the staff immediately offered to move me to another room. That was very thoughtful of them. In the end, it was fixed by the evening, so I didn’t need to change rooms. The staff were very polite and friendly, always ready to help. Overall, I had a great experience and would happily stay here again!

Great place to stay, I really loved the view from my room and having a fridge and mini kitchen was an added bonus. Breakfast was great and I don't know Paris that well, but found the location great for exploring locally on foot.

It's not their fault, as check in time was clearly stated online but I got in off an overnight flight and couldn't check in until 3. I've been lucky before and been allowed to get into rooms that are already free. Waiting until 3 in after I got to the property at 9 was hard after a sleepless overnight flight. Staff could have been a little more forthcoming with info, they said no check in but - all rooms are booked or we never allow early check in or the best we can do for you would be ... would have been helpful or nice given the circumstances.

I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The apartment was centrally located, and the room was clean and spacious. The receptionist was warm and welcoming, which made check-in smooth and friendly.

The only thing I would suggest is adding a small fan in the room, especially now that the weather is getting hotter. That would make the stay even more comfortable.

A lovely apartment! You need to catch a bus or the overground line to get to the city centre but you're surrounded by excellent places to eat if you'd prefer to stay local. Maybe a little warm but the heating is controlled within the apartment itself so you can turn it down (I was there during a snow storm in January and was, if anything, too hot). Very comfortable, although a double bed seems to be two singles pushed together.

Great location and super friendly staff. We were traveling from US and this place made us feel home. Ana in front desk was great in answering our questions and accommodate our needs to best way possible.

The hotel is a bit far from main attractions like Louvre, Eiffel Tower etc (30 minutes by public transport. However buses routes are close to the hotel and clincy levallios metro station is like 4 minutes walk. If you have navigo weekly pass, transportation is doable.

The location is great, just by a gare from where you take less than 10 minutes to arrive in Paris center. The room was a good size, it was clean and comfortable. From our room, we could see the top of the Eiffel Tower (loved it). Breakfast was ok.

Make sure about the number of guests you are booking for. I requested the room for two people, but it ended up that I booked a room UP to 2 guests, but for 1 person. The difference is when you have the breakfast included - which means that only 1 person has the breakfast and the second guest will have to pay apart. Not a big deal, but it surprised me. And, in NY case, I preferred having breakfast elsewhere, and my husband was covered by the hotel breakfast. Also, if you go during the summer, at least our room, did not have ac, only a fan. Again, not a big deal for us, but something to keep in mind.

Location is excellent - very close to train station. Also, great boulangerie on the way to the station (in case you do not opt for breakfast at the hotel).

Given the fact that the booking was made some time last year (before the city tax was increased), I was unpleasantly surprised that we had to pay an increased tax amount. It would have been nice if we had been notified in advance, specially because the price on Booking.com was never changed.

Staff were very friendly & helpful. Beds were comfortable & room was clean. Felt safe & secure. Good parking.

The hallway was very hot so the room was unbareably hot (in winter). We had to leave the window open which meant we had the street noise & it still wasn’t cool enough. Didn’t supply soap. Only left 1 roll of toilet paper for 2 people, for 5 days. We were able to easily ask for more but it is embarrassing & sometimes inconvenient. The room wasn’t as big or stylish as the website photos.

Top rate room. Front desk is super friendly and helpful. Proper breakfast. It's easy to get everywhere in Paris. But for you who think you can take train to the place, this is a hint: that train station nearby is actually a RER line, not a metro. No biggie, it's just you need to take a 15 minute bus to the nearest metro station. The good news is that train station can take you to Versailles. Very good calm location overall.

Nothing
