Loved our room on the 9th floor with a view of the Eiffel Tower in the background. We were able to watch it sparkle each night from our window. We were 3 guests and the room was very spacious and comfortable. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. Property is very clean.

Metro is right at the hotel, but we used Bolt to get in and out of the core city each day and it became a bit expensive. The hotel is immediately off the freeway exit though which was great. It was a busy area in terms of residental bustle, buy there weren't many late night restaurants or morning boulangeries to enjoy closeby at your footstep like in the city.

All the staff were very helpful when we needed help with anything. Our French was very limited so the staff's ability to speak English was a bonus. The room was very clean and comfortable, making our stay very enjoyable.

We had only one negative experience during our stay, and that was when the light in the small fridge in the room started flashing repeatedly at 5:30am. This woke us all up and we couldn't get it to stop until we unplugged it. Had any of us been epileptic, it could have caused a seizure.

The room was spacious and three beds were available for me and my two teenagers. This was great!

The toilet is apart from the sink and shower which is very inconvenient. The room with the toilet was very small. Also, the room had many lamps but still seemed dark so more lighting is needed. I also requested a taxi from reception to take us to the airport, but the one they called seemed sketchy; definitely not an official taxi. The hotel should work with the official taxi service.

Breakfast was great, various options and everything great taste. Room was clean and everyday we had room service. Location was good, public transport was close enough to get everywhere. Good experience overall.

The hotel doesn’t count with iron table or iron to the room. There is a small “laundry room” which has a small iron, instructions placed are not clear and the table is loose. Very hard to get a proper iron.

The rooms were really big and modern, with plenty of space for all of us as a family of 5. This was a last minute booking after another accommodation let us down with 24 hours notice, so we were delighted with how accommodating they were.

It's a bit further away from the centre. We walk a lot so it wasn't a problem, but the nearest metro is genuinely 10-15 mins walk, and if that will be an issue for you, then probably somewhere else will suit better

Very nice hotel in the 17th arondisment. Room was pretty big, clean and the beds comfortable. The toilet was separat from the bathroom and it was very small. I loved the rituals toiletries. Breakfast was good, tipical french with cheese and a nice selection of bread. It was a bit too far away from the main tourist areas, but we had good public transportation connections. We loved the staff which gave our kids toys. Many thanks!

Great hotel for our short break in Paris. Excellent value for money, decent sized room and very clean. Easy to get to when driving to Paris. Slightly further out which we were aware of when booking but we used Bolt rides to get to the centre and see all the main things we wanted to see. Would definitely recommend this hotel and will stay there again if visiting Paris in the future.

Breakfast was excellent with with good varieties to chose from. Front desk staff were friendly and helpful and housekeeping also made sure our rooms were always clean and supplies replenished regularly.

No smart TV. Couldn't enjoy entertainment from TV because all stations were in French and we are not French speaking.

The location was great. I could just drive in with my car, my family, and all the bags and I was inside the hotel in Paris. And to get to any sightseeing location I didn't have to travel for too long. A good plus is the breakfast, we really enjoyed it. Even my kid who's allergic to a lot of things was able to find food he liked. The hostess personally brought him some soya milk.

The toilet was clogged and it wasn't easy to clean it up because the plastic tool was broken and didn't fit the "hole". And in the evening it was a bit cold in the room, I couldn't get the thermostat to do anything even at the maximum.

if you are looking for a place to stay with your family during a trip in Paris look no further. Clean hotel just bit outside all the noice and fuzz of Paris but close enough to get an uber, taxi or even walk 3 to 4k walk downtown.

The only downside was that when we arrived our room was still not ready. we had to wait after a long trip to get our room ready. Very strange since we could check in from 16:00, we arrived at 17:30 and still needed to wait almost an hour. after a long day in the car you can imagine we where not amused by this unpleasant surprise. the staff did not care much about this matter.
