The facilities were pleasant, the room was spacious, soundproof, the mattress and pillows were very comfortable. In its surroundings there are several restaurants, different budgets, 4 blocks from the hotel there is a local bakery where they sell delicious bread, the best croasait I ate on my trip to Paris was there. The staff's attention was pleasant and cordial, but in normal standards.

Although it has a metro station nearby, very close for someone who is their first time in pairs, it can be shocking to get familiar with the lines and it is not so close to the center but it is well connected

The position of the hotel is a bit far by the center, but it is really well connected by metro and buses. The area felt safe during day and night time. I liked the hall in the entrance, it was a good place to gather or rest, the playful furniture and games. The room was a bit small but comfortable, it had everything we needed for a few nights stay. We didn't try breakfast, but we tried the bar and it was good. I highly appreciated that they cleaned the room and toilette everyday, and the white soft towels and sheets. They also have a laguage deposit where we were able to leave our bags the last day.

The hairdryer was attached to the wall and not working properly, it would shut down after just a few seconds of using it, this was a bit frustrating and when I asked for another one they suggested that it was normal to work like this. Also my friends in other rooms had problems with the hairdryers, they should find a solution for this.

The hotel is in a good public transport location, metro and buses are right next to it. With a short walk, we also reached a lively park and residential area with coffee shops and many people enjoying the great weather out on terraces. The room was small but exactly as expected from Paris, and it was clean. It got cleaned and the bed was made every day. The hotel lobby/restaurant looked lively, even though we never ate there. The staff was kind when checking-in.

It was a good room for Paris if one cannot pay to stay in the center. It takes some public transport to go into the city to see the monuments. The only thing that didn't get refreshed was the toilet paper, which we got very little of. I believe this could have been solved if talking to the staff and asking.

It was very clean and good value. It was also next to a metro station. I liked that there was a second door we could close. It helped with the noise from the hallway. The bed was comfortable.

The room cleaning starts early and the noise may wake you up if you are planning to sleep in.

pretty spacious, modern and clean. staffs are wonderful. they allow me for early check in and late check out. very close to the metro line 13 and 14.

Room was quite nice and basic good, loved the colours blue and yellow. Thought the walls would need repainting a little. Bed is good to sleep on and room have good space in wc/shower/room. We ate at the hotel restaurant and Tempura vegetable was delicious snack. Staff was polite and always smiling. Breakfast was basic also croissants, bread, youghurt, fruitbowl. I would loved to see more fresh fruits, oatmilk

U can hear Sounds from other rooms very clearly. Metro also, just a little humming in the 5th floor. Rooms could be renovated: change the floorcarpet, check the shower silicones- they were orange and broken. Also the curtains seem to be old and they start to crack-other of our rooms u could see light through the cracks. Condition worked only if you want to warm the room 503. Our other room 504 the air conditioner didnt work at all. The room was really hot unless you open the window.

I was pleasantly surprised given that this was a more budget option. I would the room to be nice. The bed was comfortable and the shower was outstanding. The staff was always pleasant and friendly. The location is good right by the Line 14 on the Metro, which takes you right to Orly Airport and central Paris. Its not right in Batignolles but close enough for a walk.

My only complaint was the wifi, It often did not connect and when it did, it was quite slow. Not a major complaint, but if I had to work at all during the trip. it would have been an issue.

We arrived quite early around 11am and besides the fact that they upgraded our room to a double bed because we were with our 4 year old, the room was already ready and we had a minibar in the room for which we didn't pay anything. Cleaning is done daily and the room looks impeccable, the sheets and towels are spotlessly white and smell nice. The hotel has a metro station right outside the hotel and is located close to the Montmartre district. There are restaurants and shops in the area, and the area is safe. The quality-price ratio was excellent, I would come here again anytime.

There are no aspects that I didn't like, but they are worth mentioning for other tourists: there are only 2 or 3 towels in the room for 2 people - it didn't bother us, but there may be people who need more. The room is quite small, but again this aspect didn't impact us in any way because we were leaving at 8 in the morning and returning at 10 in the evening.

the rooms were clean and sufficient, and not too small. the breakfast was very nice apart from some interesting sausages lol very much enjoyed the customer service 10/10 reception is open 24/7 which is also very helpful. the location was very good there was many bus stops right next to the hotel. also 2 metro stations next to the hotel. aswell as trams etc all right next to the hotel. there is also a Burger King across the road and some other takeaways with a shop around a 7 minute walk away. the only negative about the location is if you walk further then 15 minutes from it it’s a slightly dodgy area but you don’t have to walk that far with stations so close!

The beds weren’t perfect. hard memory foam but I still slept very well very very slight noise from trams and trains etc but it’s so subtle we weren’t allowed an extra 30 minutes checkout just to shower which I thought was weird

The hotel is located on top of the metro station. It's really practical if you want to visit the city. The employees were very friendly and helpful, always smiling. The price was accessible, and they have a parking place under, for 25 euro a day. The room looked pretty, and the bathroom was spacious.

During my stay, there was a marathon going on, so the city was a bit crowded, and so was the hotel. At some points, it seemed to me that the hotel was a bit understaffed. The restaurant area was getting full, and the receptionist jumped in helping with bringing the food to the customers. It was admirable to see the teamwork, but if only there would be one more waiter or waitress, everything could run smoother, and everyone could just keep their position. About the comfort, I think the pillowcase is a bit small for the pillow, which in turn makes the pillow more compacted and harder. But this might be a matter of preference for softer pillows.
