Convenient to Train Station. Comfortable bed and room. Nice and clean.

The restaurant was very understaffed for the amount of people staying. We decided to leave our table and order a meal across the road. The wait was too long to be served. There wasn’t enough cooked breakfast - in particular scrambled eggs ran out both mornings and guest were told there would be no more cooked even though a lot had missed out and more guests were arriving in the restaurant. We observed this to be a big issue for the guest, the staff seemed to be not bothered by it.

The whole property and staff was nice. The rooms were very clean and properly taken care of at all times. The restaurant is convenient and nice to have right on site as an option. The food is good (a bit over priced perhaps).

The distance from central Paris is quite further than you may realize. It is about a €25 ride to the center and about €15-20 from the 7th. The metro I am sure is cheaper though but we did not use it. There is a station right outside the hotel entrance.

The facilities were pleasant, the room was spacious, soundproof, the mattress and pillows were very comfortable. In its surroundings there are several restaurants, different budgets, 4 blocks from the hotel there is a local bakery where they sell delicious bread, the best croasait I ate on my trip to Paris was there. The staff's attention was pleasant and cordial, but in normal standards.

Although it has a metro station nearby, very close for someone who is their first time in pairs, it can be shocking to get familiar with the lines and it is not so close to the center but it is well connected

Great hotel with a convenient location. Metro is near the hotel entrance, a lot of shops and eating places nearby. Got upgraded for a room with a free minibar with some soft drinks and snacks which was a nice bonus

The position of the hotel is a bit far by the center, but it is really well connected by metro and buses. The area felt safe during day and night time. I liked the hall in the entrance, it was a good place to gather or rest, the playful furniture and games. The room was a bit small but comfortable, it had everything we needed for a few nights stay. We didn't try breakfast, but we tried the bar and it was good. I highly appreciated that they cleaned the room and toilette everyday, and the white soft towels and sheets. They also have a laguage deposit where we were able to leave our bags the last day.

The hairdryer was attached to the wall and not working properly, it would shut down after just a few seconds of using it, this was a bit frustrating and when I asked for another one they suggested that it was normal to work like this. Also my friends in other rooms had problems with the hairdryers, they should find a solution for this.

The location of the hotel is perfect; metro and RER (and also tram) stations are almost at the hotel, so you could be in the centre of the town quickly and easily. Breakfasts are very good, a lot of diferent choices of food are prepared. Everything in the hotel is very clean, all of the stuff is very kind and friendly so we were really very satisfeid.

Rooms are a little small, there is place just for one chair. My suggestion is also that in bathroom at least one small towel is prepared (not just two big for using after shower and one for on the ground) and also we missed a glass for toothbrushes.

This hotel was very good value for money for a stay in Paris. The location is beside all major transport links for getting you around Paris. There are plenty of boulangeries and restaurants nearby but we found the food in the hotel to be very good. The beds are very comfortable and the shower was very good. Some English channels on the TV.

It was difficult to control the heating in the room. I think the rooms would benefit from instructions on how to work the AC. My teenage daughter only figured out how to work it on the last night of our stay.

The great nice lady from reception Francy was doing grate and she is smiling always :) she was really doing very well in a professional way, THANK YOU FRANCY!!! also the Housekeeping lady for my room 626 was doing very well and very kind!! Eric from reception was very kind too and one of the receptionist he was wearing black suit was doing nice too but sorry i don't know his name, he helps me to open the parking door as I was struggling for 20m while i am going out but the parking door wasn't working well and to be honest not easy to access the parking door, I think need to change the system, I think the access door should be near the Exit not at the beginning of the parking. However everything was perfect! Thank you B&B hotel team and managements. Tim

The hotel is in a good public transport location, metro and buses are right next to it. With a short walk, we also reached a lively park and residential area with coffee shops and many people enjoying the great weather out on terraces. The room was small but exactly as expected from Paris, and it was clean. It got cleaned and the bed was made every day. The hotel lobby/restaurant looked lively, even though we never ate there. The staff was kind when checking-in.

It was a good room for Paris if one cannot pay to stay in the center. It takes some public transport to go into the city to see the monuments. The only thing that didn't get refreshed was the toilet paper, which we got very little of. I believe this could have been solved if talking to the staff and asking.

It was very clean and good value. It was also next to a metro station. I liked that there was a second door we could close. It helped with the noise from the hallway. The bed was comfortable.

The room cleaning starts early and the noise may wake you up if you are planning to sleep in.
