Staff were lovely and one young Italian man on the reception desk was very impressive with his language skills, helpfulness and approachability. Room was very comfortable and clean - great housekeeping staff.

Getting to main sights was a bit difficult as it was a little way out. We ended up using taxis which were variable. Hotel would benefit from providing guests with some quick tips guides on public transport options to get to main tourist areas and a local map. We are very easily pleased but breakfast range was average and scrambled eggs were really sloppy - which matters if there is not a lot else to choose from.

Perfect for a quick work trip. Nice location with just few minutes of walk to T3B tram station. Nice and receptive staff at front desk. Breakfast spread is quite good and have varieties for different tastes.

This is ofcoz not a high rise and the window insulation is not excellent. Hence, there is little noise creeping into the rooms (on that side of building) from the flyover and parking space besides the building. Not a huge problem but quite annoying to catch a sleep after looongg looongg day.

1. Great location- 10 min on foot and you are at Saint-Ouen metro station. 2. Plenty of restaurants and take-aways around. That is great as at hotel only breakfast is served. 3. Great price for Paris. 4. VERY ( and I mean VERY) comfy bed and beddings. 5. Clean room and the whole place.

1. Prior to the booking I asked for a room with a great view- seems like no one bothered. 2. Some staff has really got an attitude issues- one particular lady on reception is rude and ignoring. The others however are lovely guys. 3. Minor hiccups- no slippers, cotton buds, tooth brushes in the bathroom. For 4 star hotel it's a must I suppose.

The hotel was a good value for money. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and had a good size, the bed was comfortable. The bus station is in 2 minutes walking distance away from the hotel from where you can reach the opera in 20-30 minutes.

The breakfast was very poor.

A comfortable hotel that provided everything necessary for a comfortable stay in clean and modern surroundings. A very decent self-serve breakfast was provided, with hot and cold food, including fresh waffles (from a self-serve waffle maker). The coffee machines didn't supply the best coffee in the world but it was adequate.

Room was okay, location was a bit far but we really didn’t mind. The hotel was accessible by bus (66 stops in front of the hotel) and its a 5-6 mins walk to the nearest metro. Staff at the front desk was all nice and approachable.

Our room was next to the road and it was noisy at times. The breakfast was okay-ish, bacon was a bit overcooked and rubbery, everything else was okay. We ran out of shower gel, informed one of the cleaning staff on our way out and told us she would replace it but came back to it later still empty.

The hotel was clean, modern, reasonably priced and ideally located. Train stations were about 7 minutes walk, and it was 20 minutes away from central Paris. Staff were very friendly and accommodated our needs and made sure we had a good experience. We had a great time at this hotel and we highly recommend it

Breakfast really good. And all the staff members was very helpfull. And the room lokkes like in the pictures from the ad

My card to the room did not work few times and when i went to the reception then my name was not on the room and the receptionist did not find any files about me. The aircon did not work when we stayed so we had to sleep with a open window wich would be fine except the noise from trains and car horn all night. And in our first night there was some people who came in to our room. And he was very suprised when he saw me and my spouse there we stayed for6 nights and the wifi only worked for 2 nights

The nearest metro around 15 min walk. It was difficult to shower as water pressure is too low. There was breakfast but quality is not for a 4 star hotel

Customer service was very good: I wasn't super happy with my room, it was no problem to switch for another.

Breakfast was ok but some fresh cheese and bread would be welcome.
