The main staff were wonderful people. We were allowed an early check-in despite arriving at around 9, and after first receiving an uncleaned room, we were immediately given a new, fully clean room. Also, despite being slightly overworked and having to cook the breakfast at the same time, we were considered for and we could leave our bags for some hours after we checked out. Finally, after informing the staff that one of the cleaners repeatedly knocked on our door and insisted on cleaning before we checked out on the last day of our stay, the staff informed us it was a new employee that wasn't aware of the protocols and gave us free breakfast (that we didn't already buy) as an apology. In short, they were incredibly accommodating.

Despite the staff's accommodation, the reason why I give 9/10 and not 10/10, is because of just some details. I think the staff should be better informed over cleaning protocols so as not to insist early in the morning to clean, there should perhaps be at least one more staff working during the day to not overwork the employees at least during breakfast hours, and finally because we were initially given an uncleaned room, which indeed was immediately fixed but preferably shouldn't happen at all.

The ease of check in as expected from ibis hotels. The hotel itself seems fairly new as you will see from the moment you step in. There is ample room for the breakfast area although I did not partake in it as there are quite a few groceries and boulangeries in the area. They have luggage storage for when you check out and still have time to kill. The rooms are basic in a positive way that you have a bed, a TV and toilet and shower. The bed is large enough for two people. It may be a challenge to have two luggage to open, but this is a minor detail and should not be taken into consideration as a negative point. The rooms are cleaned and redone every day. The noise isolation is also great so you will have a good night sleep I also appreciate the team behind the hotel as they are accommodating and helpful as well.

There's no hairdryer (could be something that guests may request). Other than that, it is perfect.

Breakfast is very good. The location is nice because it's close to a subway station. The room was very clean, and had air conditioning, which was essential to face the French summer.

The room was too small: my suitcase barely passed through the space between the bed and the wall. Even for one person alone it could be a bit larger. There was no safe to keep valuable goods either. The street is narrow with limited parking spots. The taxi driver had to stop in the middle of the street for me to get down with my suitcase and cars behind were not happy about it.

After a nightmare with airbnb we had to book this hotel last minute and arrive very late at 11:30pm. we were tired and annoyed but Yaun the young man on the counter was so helpful and helped us get situated and made us feel comfortable after the horrible experience we had. Him and all the staff were very kind, helpful and accommodating. Other than the amazing staff the area is very good next to the metro with easy access to central and also some nice supermarkets right next door. i had an amazing time and am very thankful for Yaun and all the staff.

The rooms were a bit small and hard to move around. i do understand that it is a budget place so that is probably why so i was not too fussed. Also we had one room in the basement but there were no lifts which was a bit inconvenient with our luggage’s.

Rooms are small but really clean and bed bug free!! Important given all bed bug issues in Paris right now. Super easy to get to Stade de France. On a quiet street with a small supermarket less than 1 minute walk away for water, coffee, croissants etc. As mentioned, the rooms are small. The walking space between the bottom of the bed and wall is about 1 foot wide. This was not a problem for me and my friend but a large person might find it very difficult to walk to other side of the room.

Convenient location. Close to all public transport. Close to supermarkets and plenty of eating places.

Check-in was terrible. It was late at night and they couldn't find the booking on their system even though I had all the paper and proof of payment. It took neatly an hour.

I appreciated the cleanliness. Breakfast was good, but I missed toast bread. Very good location. Metro is nearby and easy to get around. There are several supermarkets and bakeries around.

The rooms are a bit small, but no problem for a short stay.

Excellent location in a safe neighborhood next to the subway and supermarket. Friendly staff. Towels changed daily and housekeeping done. Breakfast with hot croissants and fresh items. Two new elevators. Good value for money by Paris standards.

Very small but fully functional room. Hotel exceeded my expectations and I recommend it

Rooms were on the small side but cosy. The hotel was on the outskirts of Paris but the metro is literally around the corner to see all the main attractions.

Our rooms air conditioning wasn’t working, not sure if it was throughout the whole hotel but our room was extremely hot on a night, asked for a fan which they don’t have available unfortunately!

Close to metro station. There is a supermarket nearby. It seemed like a quiet and safe neighborhood. Nice breakfast. Rooms were clean. Overall, good value for money.

Tourist tax was bigger than it was shown in Booking.com when I booked it. I had to pay extra on arrival. Please check and correct this because the whole price is higher than it is shown.
