Lovely beautiful rooms and clean bathrooms. Filled mini bar, a tv, comfortable beds and a great view. Close to everything in the center (walking distance). We parked our car in the garage and everything went smooth and well.

The location is perfect, close to the metro, and the neighbourhood is absolutely nice, with lots of restaurants. But you can also reach Charles De Gaulle Etoile on foot. The hotel is nice, the rooms are also good, and clean, and our room was comfortable for a family of 3.

The staff is not so kind, I think they could smile a bit, they looked and behaved bored, which is a bit annoying when you pay for their service. The breakfast is rather average, not a lot to choose from, the scrambled egg tasted very strange. We had breakfast only one morning, after we went out for breakfast to a near cafe, which was way better( and cheaper by the way.)

I explained to the staff at the desk that we needed an early breakfast on the day of the marathon because a family member was running.I was told that we would have to have breakfast boxes (I asked about this on two separate occasions and was given the same answer).The breakfast boxes/bags were very poor - containing mostly chocolate.When we left the hotel early that morning we found that some guests had in fact had an earlier breakfast in the dining room.This was very disappointing.

Excellent location, near metro station, just 3 minutes walk away; and there is a good supermarket Monoprix 5 mins walk away. The room is nice and comfort, and breakfast in the morning is great. Comparing to other hotels, the hotel has very good value for money. Lastly, the staff here are good at English and they are very nice in serving guests. I am very satisfied with the staffs' service level.

The hotel was very clean and room service was excellent. The staff were extremely polite and helpful.

It’s in quite a quiet part of the 17th so not many bars or restaurants nearby but the metro is close and it’s about a 20 minutes walk to Batignolles which is lively area. Monceau park is also about a 20 minutes walk and there’s lots to do around there.

Great location with a lot of restaurants nearby. Also got a few groceries stories within 5mins walking distance. Got one exceptionally good staff during my checkin and i was very pleased for her attitude and hospitality. The room can get a bit warm during the day, and the air-con are not that strong to counter the heat. (Average daily temp = 16-18 during my stays)

The hotel in a good location to access the sites of Paris, it was near both the metro station and bus stop. The hotel was tidy, and our room was attended to every day. The reception staff were very friendly. The complimentary toiletteries smelt really nice and were not a budget product.

My only negative observation was that the carpet was damaged and looked grubby in the doorway to the bathroom.

Amazing breakfast buffet. There was limited variety, but I loved the simplicity with such high quality (cheese, hams, yoghurt, pastries, fruits, cereal/oatmeal, fresh juice, tea/coffee).

Nothing much. It is better to take a cab from the airport. Without any heavy luggage, the hotel is located 1-2 mins walk from the subway. It was convenient for sightseeing and shopping.

Staff is very nice and fully prepared to receive guests in anytime. They have a pre-check in form, what makes everything faster and be sure they have all prepared for you. The room is very comfortable, and also is the bathroom. Location is great! Not far for the various tourists spots spread around the city.

The staff was very friendly and very helpful in responding to our inquiries. The room was cozy and adequate for our purposes. The location was great and close to public transportation, a variety of restaurants, bakeries, pubs, shopping, etc.

The room was not equipped with a microwave and the fridge was a minibar and didn't have much room for our personal beverages and food.
