Location: - It takes about 10 mins to the hotel from train station. - To other attractions, it normally takes 30 - 50 mins. Room is pretty big and it provides kitchen. That's convenient.

Service: When I arrived in hotel and would like to ask the reception staff for the keys, the first sentence is not welcoming, but "10 mins", even the staff is not busy at works. Wow... That's suprisingly special service I've never experienced. No hair dryer provided: They provided limited hair dryer. It's better to ask for the reception as soon as possible :)

Metro station nearby (7min walk Porte de Choisy Line 7), bus and train as well, small restaurants and coffee shops (boulangeries). On the right side there is a small supermarket. Everything is new, clean and in good conditions in the hotel. The neighborhood feels safe and it is 25min to city center by metro.

A hairdryer would be nice and at night you can hear some trains and ambulance depending on the floor you are and how deep is your sleep. Also, a credit card is needed to do the security deposit (150€).

The staff was very helpful to give us directions or recommendations. Close to the subway station and took about 30 minutes to get to a good Paris focal point. We had a little kitchenet with microwave, kettle, coffee maker, and a 2 burner stove top plus mini-fridge. Perfect for our vacation.

The pillows very horrible; lumpy and flat. Although they smelled clean, the linen was not crispy white; some were permanently stained. I like using a facecloth to wash up a bit, but none were available (no big deal).

Convenient location to bus, tram and metro stations. Small supermarket next door and great Thai restaurant by the metro station. Room was spacious. Onsite laundry super useful too.

Good location of the hotel, 500m from the metro, and you can also take one stop by tram, so there is no walking. The rooms are comfortable, spacious, normal fridge, excellent bathroom. There is a bakery across the street. Auchan and Intermarche stores are 500m away, and Lidl is 550m away Recommendation for the "Pepper grill" restaurant, which is 600m away.

Additional pillows are provided for those guests who need them. In one of the two rooms we were given, it was not possible to open the window. For multi-day stays, room cleaning should be offered, at least every third day.

Excellent value for money, 5 minutes to Metro station. Avenue de Fontainebleau 5 minutes away has some nice places to eat and relax. Beds were super comfortable. Staff were generally very helpful. Free baggage storage. Free WiFi. Everything you need for a city break with family of 6 (3 studios)

Some of the towels should be replaced. They had been cleaned, but had old stains which were not pleasant

The property is well located near both the metro and light rail, with easy access to all parts of Paris. Breakfast, priced at €9, was worth it—a good spread and tasty. The premises were clean. Staff were helpful and responsive. Had a pleasant five-day stay.

It might be worth considering offering room cleaning and bed-making every day or every other day. Providing fresh towels at no extra cost after a two-day stay would also be appreciated, as the current €2 charge feels a bit unexpected during longer visits.

The hotel was great. Staff were very helpful and nice. There was laundry/ironing and small fitness area on the main floor. My room was fairly large and relatively clean. I appreciated the little kitchenette for storing drinks/making light food etc. The room was relatively very neat and tidy. Bonus,very walkable to trains/buses and market next door. I truly enjoyed my stay overall and fell in love with Paris.

My only gripe was the dishes weren’t cleaned properly and old washed blood stain on sheet. I cleaned the dishes I used throughly before using.

The location was very convinient to me. The rooms were good and clean on checking in. I also liked the security of the premises. The staff were always jovial and willing to assist. The provision of storage facilities was super.

I did not like the blocking of funds as security deposit. I think you can do better having the rooms cleaned every 2 days. The uncleaning of the rooms bring in the risks of diseases. Cleanliness of the rooms should be your priority. Just add it to the cost of the rooms.
