All the facilities were available at the apart.

On the third day the barcode system openening the doors stopped working, there was no one at the door at that moment, so we sent an e.mail, called the phone, they replied but couldn't solve out the problem hopefully another guest opened us the main door incidentally. I don't know how we managed to get in the apartment. Next day we realized that the system is still not working so I think it took about a day for them to fix the problem. It's unacceptable, I hope they can reply quickly for the future guests.

The apartment is fantastic, the location is perfect,the staff is friendly

The QR code is problematic. The code is needed to enter two doors to the building and also the apartment. No keys. When it fails, and it did twice in our 4 nite stay you have to call or text through whatsapp and then that person notifies someone else to let you in. It's too bad . We won't return for this very reason.

Safe & good location with lots of asian eateries, metro is about 7 minutes walk away. The apartment is spacious & clean. This property is safe as you'll need a QR code to enter the main entrance & there'll be a staff at the lobby in the night, it comes with a lift to all floors too. Will definitely book it again on my next trip to Paris

Suggest the property to install a drink & snack vending machine at the lobby as there isn't any supermarket nearby. Make sure you receive an email of a QR code before arrival inorder to enter the property

New apartment unit, well set up and good customer service. We checked in at night and the qr code did not work to open the apartment. We were lucky that there is someone at reception at night who immediately assisted us. Good toiletries and all new appliances and cutlery. There was a washing machine for clothes in addition to the dishwasher which was nice. There are shops all around including bakery and supermarket. Considering Paris hotel rooms, this is a very good choice.

The furniture is very big for the apartment size. If you open the sofa there is no room to move around. The chairs on the table set are also big for it. The rack to dry clothes is very nice but a bit bulky. Bigger mugs for coffee would be nice in addition to some coffee capsules for the nespresso on arrival. Location is 30min from the centre with public transportation

Everything but a couple minor things. Great location. Very close to two metro stops so easy to hop around Paris. Looks just like the pictures Clean towels provided and bathroom was sparkling clean. The apartment has everything you need

The apartment is long but the bedroom in our apartment was very very small. If you have a large suitcase it won't fit in the bedroom you'll have to leave it in the living room. Rooms look the same as the pictures but are smaller in scale than you think.

We had a fantastic stay at Appart Hotel East Paris. The hotel's location is excellent, with easy access to Metro Lines 14 and 7, providing direct connections to Orly Airport and the city center in about 15 minutes. What we loved most was the warm and newly decorated rooms, which were spotless and equipped with everything a family needs for a week-long stay— including a washing machine, dishwasher, fridge, mini oven, and water heater. The beds were clean and comfortable, and despite the freezing temperatures outside (sometimes below 0°C), we slept warmly thanks to the easily adjustable room temperature controlled by a remote. The neighborhood is lively and secure, surrounded by a variety of restaurants, cafés, supermarkets, and well-known fast food chains. The hotel staff were extremely polite and helpful throughout our stay. The QR code entry system for the building and rooms worked seamlessly. Additionally, we arrived early to drop off our luggage, and by chance, our room was already prepared, allowing us to check in around noon, which was a pleasant surprise. Overall, we highly recommend this hotel for families looking for a comfortable and well-located stay in Paris.

We had a wonderful stay in this apartment! Clean and modern apartment. We were 4 people and were upgraded to an apartment for 6 people, so it was spacious and really convenient for us! Good location in China Town with restaurants and a big supermarket really close. Also a short walk from the Maison Blanche metro station. It took approx. 20 minutes to the Louvre and 30 minutes to the Eiffel Tower with the metro. Access with the QR code worked seamlessly.

We missed some equipment in the kitchen such as a cheese slicer and a bigger knife to cut bread etc. A bit slower to get answers during the day when there was no one at the reception.

Everything was perfect!

The location was out of the center, but in Chinatown, which was a new experience! It is a quiet, safe neighorhood full of Vietnamese and Chinese and other asian restaurants, supermarkets, boulangeries and cafes. Maison Blanche metro station was a 7 minute walk away, so it was easy to get everywhere in the center. The suite was very spacious. Ours had 2 bedrooms, a kitchen/dining room, a living room, and 1 1/2 bathrooms. This building was completely re-done within the last few years, so everything was modern and new. Large flat screen TVs in all rooms.

Other reviewers have complained about the barcode entry system. It does take a little getting used to, which is not ideal when you are arriving tired from travel. After getting more familiar with it and following instructions (tapping the reader to turn on the light, holding the phone/barcode 15cm+ away it got easier. Varying the distance of the smartphone screen helped. During the day there are only cleaning staff on site. There is a full time person at night, who was friendly, but this may not be ideal for visitors looking for something more full-service. Kitchenette had what was needed for making breakfast and basic meals, but don't expect to cook elaborate meals there.

Spacious, safe, convenient, helpful on-site staff. Overall well equipped. Appreciated the two bathrooms and two bedrooms with proper beds for a party of 4.

Do not communicate with property using booking.com - response is too slow, lag time of more than one day. Communicate with staff on site for immediate assistance. There was a random check on the room’s electrical with no prior communication or warning. We discovered as we were on our way out of the apartment when they wanted to come in. We understand the need for the check but clear communication would have helped ease anxieties. Kitchen has pretty full equipment but only salt and pepper are provided. You have to purchase oil to be able to cook.
