Breakfast was great, multiple choices: fresh bread, yogurt, eggs, bacon, cold cuts, smoked salmon, fruits, etc.; very clean and spacious facilities, multiple assistants available. It was also served early. It was within walking distance from the airport; which was a plus, no need for taxi! Beware! The taxi people at the airport may want you to use a taxi and charge you their 'fixed rate' of 50 Euros to drive you a couple of blocks!! Just take the free Terminals train to the 'PR' (Parking), and follow the path towards the nearby hotels. Room was a spacious, soundproof, studio with a king size bed, kitchenette. The hotel has a nice restaurant with very decent food at 'decent' prices for Paris.

Everything was fine, nothing to dislike.

The room was excellent, We had a little trouble with the light switches, but figured it out. The whole hotel was extremely clean and the location next to the CDG Airport was great. The front desk staff were very friendly and spoke a little English.

The restaurant hours were inconvenient and we had to eat in the bar, which was okay, but not very comfortable. The restaurant needs to open a little sooner. The ride to the airport was confusing from the front desk (probably an English communication error) and the ride costs should be noted because it is NOT a free shuttle (10 euros per person). The alternate ride to CDG airport was by public transit which is 1/4 mile walk and drops you off at the far end of the airport, which requires another 1/4 mile walk to get to the terminals. The front desk did not explain any of this very well.

A very comfortable room with good furnishings, including a well stocked kitchen area. For our one night the ‘residence’ aspect was more than we needed but we enjoyed our stay. We were pleasantly surprised by the food service, especially the very generous breakfast spread. Dinner at the (simple, cafeteria-like) restaurant was satisfactory too, better than some of the other CDG airport hotels.

The location is at the farthest end of the airport shuttle and then a bit more of a walk. Not really a problem but somewhat inconvenient.

We had to request for hair dryer which should be in the room. We had to request for coffee capsules which should be in the room.

We stayed one night at the hotel, prior to our return flight from CDG the following day. The hotel is new -- so things are very clean and modern. We ate dinner and breakfast at the hotel restaurant. I found the meal and drink prices to be a bit more expensive than what we were paying elsewhere in France for comparable items, but not outrageous, keeping in mind that it is a Paris airport hotel and the convenience of just popping downstairs. The breakfast buffet had lots of variety, and the quality of the food was quite good. The CDG VAL shuttle service is a short walk from the hotel. Bed was quite comfortable and the room was larger than I had expected. When we checked in, I was concerned about noise, considering the close proximity to the airport and our room was across from the elevators; however, it was not an issue at all.

New CDG hotel with decent restaurant and great breakfast; really comfortable rooms of good size.

Cafe should be open all day.

Still giving this hotel an excellent rating, but they did charge us $10 more than expected (not the tax, not conversion rate issue and nothing special we charged). Pro: Obviously, close to the airport a plus when that is a concern. (Do realize it is a bit of a walk – mostly covered). They may have had one of the 5 best hotel breakfast layouts I have ever seen. It was totally terrific. Good on them!! Comfy beds and pillows. Adequate towels. Spacious room. As a Residence Inn, it had good number of dishes/pans for those who wish to cook.

Con: UNSAFE SHOWER (a frequent concern of mine) but this was a dangerous problem. Had no hand bars and very slippery. Not even a towel rack to grab onto. Thermostat was a bit over the top – you had to use a QR code to be able to adjust it. Com’on.

Always a pleasure staying at Residence Inn while in transit. The ease of getting to the airport and going into Paris is unmatched. The comfort of the beds and the shower was excellent. There was a variety to eat during breakfast which was great. Thank you for the wholesome hospitality - much appreciated.

The set-up for the variety of breakfast offerings , the crockery & cutlery can be set-out better. It was easy to miss some fruits or cutlery as they were in two separate stations. There was a natural flow and rhythm that was lacking and reworking it would provide a better customer experience.

Breakfast, location was great for what we needed. We loved the kitchenette. We got there late and hungry and the public kitchen had closed for the night. We were able to cook a pot of pasta and sauce in our room before going to bed, perfect! I would book again in at a Residence hotel if it also had windows that open or let in fresh air.

The hallways smelled very strongly of perfume. The room also had a perfume smell, but tolerable. A couple other issues- Wifi requested personal info in order to work, no thanks. Also, we requested a call from the front desk at 5am, didn't happen. Luckily we also set our phones, didn't miss our flight.

the space, the perfect clean room, the bar staff down stairs were wonderful. morning kitchen staff prepared us generous take away breakfast provisions as our flight was very early.
