Convenient to be near the airport. Check in was easy and efficient. Room was clean and the bathroom was nice, although the glass shower door did not open easily and I was worried it might break.

Difficult access from the Airport train station to the hotel. The signage could be improved and it was a very long walk with suitcases, etc from the ground level train station, up to the level of the hotel. There was staff in the airport to give information, but they were often hard to spot, but they were very friendly. This access to the hotel could be improved.

It’s a lovely property and easy to get to from the airport.

The bed was a little too soft for my taste, and it’s not easy for an elderly person to reach the safe, let alone that there’s no light in that location to see what one is doing. I had to turn the light on on my cell phone. The breakfast had lots of options, but not so many for someone who is lactose intolerant. I didn’t see any oatmeal flakes so I could make my own (though I did see granola and soy milk). I also didn’t see any chèvre which is fine for people who are lactose intolerant.

I love the people working in the restaurant, they are the best, i was so sad i couldn't see julie again until I left, she is so amazing and i hope i will see her again, this julie deserves promotiont to work with customers, she really made me feel so happy and comfortable to stay in the hotel. , the room is too clean, comfortable bed, the cleaners are so lovely, they make sure your room is fresh. All i have to say is the best restaurant and great workers. The only thing Hilton need to do is not to employ someone like Emilie as receptionist, am sorry that girl is too arrogant, her explanations was well understood but customers service experience she don't have , her expression, is full of arrogant, very disrespectful way of explaining, things is too disrespectful, but of course policy is policy, me pointing at her was not because she is explaining me, but her way of receiving you and explaining was very bad , and we are 3 people who stay in the hotel complain same issues with Emilie. I have worked in Hilton in Copenhagen before and I know the good service Hilton provide especially in the reception.

Just about everything was perfect Accommodations intelligently designed for the comfort of the traveler. I'm a fairly regular customer of the Hilton as we can count on a standard of quality and comfort. The best of the best of our stay? on this last trip? was the absolutely charming Concierge ADIL who was amazing and so very helpful, (in French, "une perle rare"). Such a special person that adds a note of class and professionalism to your establishment. Thank you. We will be back in the Hilton CDG in a few days.

Everything was fine. WWe had a bit of trouble with the information we received for the parking of our car. This was taken care of. On another issue, I believe that the menu of the restaurant should be clearly visible on the tables (around the bar) as we did not see it and went to eat elsewhere. Now that we know that there is an attractive menu we plan to eat at the Hilton restaurant on our next trip (very soon).

Always a wonderful welcome, Always excellent service, A special thanks to Monsieur le Concierge, Hadil for his impeccable and very professional attention to the guests. The bar and restaurant was friendly and relaxing. The rooms are very comfortable, the colors are sober and calm and in good taste (just what is needed when coming back from the intensity of the airport experience). When i come to the Hilton, i feel like it's my second home and it is such a pleasure. All in all, everything was perfect. Andi thank you all for your your great job !

My stay was nothing short of AMAZING! From arrival to departure, I was treated with such care. First I MUST mention Nada at front desk and Omar. They were helpful and attentive to all my needs. First, I arrived way before check in as my flight landed 6am, there weren't any available rooms for an early check in, however, Nada reassured me that he would work on something. I was able to chill in the lounge, had breakfast and check in by 11:30am! Big plus. I was very frustrated as my card only worked at the hotel first instance and on my second day I was unable to purchase train tickets as my card did not work and I only had usd (which was not accepted). Tbh i walked bk from the train station feeling so disheartened and as soon Nada saw me he asked if I was ok. I broke in tears and he assisted by calling a taxi. It worked out to be way more expensive than train cost but can I tell you my taxi driver Yohan (not sure of spelling) understood the assignment. He was sooo helpful and told me not to cry, if my card did not work he would take the usd. My card worked! I got guide on how to get a taxi bk to the hotel and guess what my 2 nights in Paris turned out to be the best 2 nights i had in a very long time. I'm grateful to the staff at Hilton and Yohan my driver, blessings to guys! I hope Nada and Omar sees this, I appreciate you! Especially after I was told the French are racist and may not be treated well. Now I have my own perceptions and I'd recommend any day!🙏🏼

Only that room service closes at 11pm. I wish it could've been a 24hr service.

Absolutely the friendliness of the staff. They even made a small birthday cake and sang the Happy birthday by surprise to our son, that was unforgettable! The bartender also offered us to prepare a surprise table at the bar and make (another) surprise cake for our kid and those details really Matter. Thank you !!!

Just minor details only. The extra bed is actually the couch with a thin mattress which is not comfortable. Also I would try to add more variety to the breakfast. But just details, we had a wonderful holiday.

We loved finishing up our two month trip in Europe with a stay in this particular hotel! Our room was incredibly spacious, and the beds were unbelievably comfortable, and I would like to give a very special shout out to the marvelous pillows. My children played ping-pong, we ate in the restaurant, and we greatly enjoyed the Olympics-themed decorations. The general manager here is incredibly friendly and thoughtful, and we were surprised to have a met him in person and to find him so very personable. The staff was fabulous and the meal we enjoyed was absolutely delicious. Every detail was attended to!

Very clean and close to the airport with parking

The staff weren't very thoughtful . I checked in and no one directed me to where the lifts were and on leaving I asked where the parking lift was but no one mentioned that there was an issue with the payment machines and I had to return to then pay to be let out the car park. Little things perhaps but would have helped me as managing a dog and bags and it took time to repark and return to reception

Room somewhat outdated at least considering the bathroom. Noisy in the morning, sunlight not totally blocked with the drapes. Could have some basic utensils in the bathroom, now looked to be pretty much nothing there. Hairdryer had what looked mold and surface melted and sticky. Item like this is garbage, I hope they update things like this. Room phones look like from 90s (plastic yellow instead of what used to be white?)... Clearly some updating needed.
