We stayed at the Melia during our 17 hours layover and it was perfect. Mohamed at the front desk was great and helpful. I had asked for a crib for our toddler - the crib was already in the room when we checked in and they had added an extra comforter on top of the mattress so my son could be comfortable. After a long haul flight putting my toddler to sleep so easily for much appreciated.

It is a bit tricky to get to coming from Terminal 2E but once on CDG Val it isn’t too far.

Great location. Very close to terminal 3 and you can take a shuttle train to get to other terminals or parking spaces. It’s walking distance. I had 2 nights layover in Paris so instead of staying in city centre I chose here. Really spacious room! I loved it. Great breakfast, and even used the fitness area for some morning steps. Also located about 10-12mins drive to Aeroville shopping centre where I spent all day getting last bits before my flight. Also can get a bus outside the shopping mall to the actually fitness centre. Very warm and friendly staff. Low key wish this hotel would be located closer to the centre so I could stay here again. Very good value for the money too in my opinion. Big comfortable bed. Fridge is available in the room. And AC was working perfectly. I kept it on all night and it wasn’t too noisy.

The hotel is modern, clean, and perfectly located for airport travelers. We really appreciated the fact that it offers both a day-use service and the option of a late check-out, which was extremely helpful for our flight schedule. The staff was friendly, the lobby had games that entertained the kids, and breakfast was varied and fresh.

While the night rate was reasonable for an airport hotel, the day-use service felt slightly overpriced. It's a helpful option, but the value for money could be better. Also, once the restaurant is closed, food options in the area are very limited.

ROMAIN!!! Romain was AN OUTSTANDING Ambassador for your hotel - We were very tired when we arrived, and a bit upset because it was complicated to get to the hotel from CDG - We thought it was much closer and that there was shuttle service , but there was not. Romain greeted us with such kindness and a voucher for a drink at the bar (sighting it was close to my birthday!) He helped us get our many, many bags to our room as a cart was not to be found, and he arranged for the correct mode of transportation to take us back to the airport for a very early departure. Romain was the reason we had such an excellent (short!) stay! Thank you Romain!

The commute to & from the airport.

Convenient location at CDG airport. Stylish, modern hotel with lots of spacious, appealing communal spaces for gathering with friends, family or business partners. Room was very clean and spacious with clever design features. We liked the hard surface floors. Bed was very comfortable with luxurious linens. Restaurant had a good variety of options on the menu and the breakfast buffet was stellar.

We couldn’t use the wifi and as a result the entertainment system because our phones wouldn’t connect. The phones kept saying the wifi was not secure and their router was out of date. We couldn’t make the air conditioning work properly.

The location was excellent as right by the CDG airport and easily reached by the 24 hour free shuttle. The room was unique, clean and comfortable and we had a beautiful view of the Concord. Restaurant was good for dinner and also breakfast with good selection of entrees and breakfast items.

We were travelling back to CDG airport from Milan by train but there were no trains available on a Sunday after 12 noon that would take us to the airport once we arrived in Paris. We needed to pre-book transportation (car service) to go from Paris Gare d'Est (or other stations) to your location.

The hotel staff was wonderful! They were kind and helpful when we were exhausted from a long day of travel. The beds were very comfortable, and the rooms were very quiet. We had an early flight, so we were able to walk to the CDGVAL shuttle train to Terminal 1 in less than 10 minutes.

The shower is located out in the room. It is awkward if you are traveling with other friends/family members. We had to take off our clothes in the shower because there was nowhere private to change. The glass was frosted, but still too transparent for our taste. On a different note, it was a very nice shower!:)

Almost everything was OK - the room was nice, the bed was comfortable, the staff was polite and did their job. Location is OK and the hotel is a good choice for a stay for if you have long time for your transfer flight.

I had to pay a deposit fee. I hate this hotel policy - it's like you don't trust your customers: "You will break something, so pay a deposit first and if you don't break, you'll get a refund." Sorry, but this attitude to your customers is ugly and I will not stay in this hotel never again. The bathroom was in fact part of the room - no door, the steam from the shower covered all the room and I could not enjoy the hot shower. Very strange interior design decision which you can find In a lot of modern hotels today.

A comfortable hotel inside the airport. Depends on your terminal but for me it was 5 minutes walk to the free airport shuttle train, and then another 5 minutes walk to the hotel. Tha room was clean, specious for one person, comfortable bed and shower. I had dinner at the hotel's restaurant and breakfast was included in my order. Taha, the reception guy was friendly and useful. I recommend for anyone in layovers.
