The staff was very nice and always efficient.

1) Everything about this hotel was American, except the shower. Please, provide a full enclosure, some water pressure, and some washcloths. And how about putting the light switch in the room instead of outside so that everyone has to be awakened by the blinding light? 2) If the breakfast closes at 11a, one should be able to still get everything until that time. I got there at 10.40, and the kitchen was no longer offering made-to-order omelets, which was ok I guess. However, when I had to ask several people for water because they were whisking everything away, well, that seems unreasonable.

Spacious room, nice bar and restaurant, free shuttle service to CDG Airport, a mini Market in the lobby where snacks and drinks were available.

The security at the hotel. A con man was loitering in the reception area and tried to con my husband of taking out money from his wallet. Fortunately, my husband was alert and held onto his money. When he mentioned it to some airline crew members in the smoking area, they said that some of them had also been approached in the exact same manner. They called the Hotel security and went through the CC TV footage and identified the man who had tried to con my husband. Apparently, there is a gang including a woman (the airline crew said they had been approached by some other man) operating in the hotel. The airline crew told the Head of security that things had been missing from their rooms, too and that they did not feel safe in the hotel. The Security Head said they would look into it.

The breakfast was great, the room was spacious, and the staff were polite and attentive. Perfect place to stay when you arrive or fly out of Paris. They provided a free shuttle to the airport the next morning for our flight out. The hotel is very close to the terminals, but it was definitely more convenient to catch a shuttle than it is to call a taxi.

We loved everything about our stay! My husband and I and my sister were getting ready to meet a tour the next day and this was just the place to relax after the long flights we each had. We walked to the charming residential village, Roissy-en-France that was just 10 minutes from the hotel and we thoroughly enjoyed that, too! Everything was excellent! Thank you!

The room was clean and relatively new furniture. The water pressure in the shower was very good and the soap and shampoo dispensers worked well. Good clean towels, a bathrobe and slippers were provided in the room.

The wait time at the check-in was very long. I had booked through Bookings.com a suite, but the hotel system registered the reservation for a standard room. There were no suites available. It took me more than an hour waiting to resolve this matter with the front desk which was very busy with new clients checking in.

the staff is very welcoming, helpful and engaged. location great for an early flight out. take a taxi and skip complimentary shuttle for an early morning flight. about 15 euros.

we stayed at this property twice during a three week visit to France. Two different rooms and both showed damage to the lower edge of the bathroom door most likely caused by moisture. Both times we paid for an upgrade to stay in the newer portion. Would suggest they change their paint to a marine grade or waterproof variety to remedy this. we had breakfast included - a buffet that, while offering many selections, was lackluster. No breakfast room service offered.

The suttle to the airport, the driver drop you off in only one location. Once you there you have to walk miles to take a suttle to another side and then some to reach your terminal thats too much its better to take a uber taxi ect

Veery nice lounge area and dining room with lots of activity. Our stay was fine.

We were told we could use the hotel shuttle to the airport. We signed up the night before and used it. Problem was, we were not told that that shuttle drops one off at a place within the airport grounds that a bus is needed to get to the main terminal. Seems that the shuttle could have taken us to that terminal. We were not told ahead of time about the bus requirement.

Rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable. Staff are pleasant and helpful. Breakfast was very good. Spacious, fairly well equipped gym. Free shuttle service to and from the airport is very convenient.

The great help from the staff, one of whom went the extra mile to provide a room before the stpulated 3:00pm official check-in time. Really appreciated the effort.

Nothing disliked. Excellent room, excellent food and cleanliness.
