The staff was extremely friendly and made us feel very comfortable. We had an issue with our shower and they were quick to remedy the issue. Overall, the facility is very nice and I would recommend it to others.

We had a hard time getting a taxi to take us to the location. We were told there was a shuttle to the hotel but we could not find the shuttle. I think it would be helpful for the hotel to provide clear instructions, with pictures, of how to find the shuttle and what it looks like.

Nice, spacious, clean rooms with a handy kitchenette. Close to the airport with a shuttle available to and from Terminal 2. Shuttle pickup spot is outside departures in between terminals 2B and 2D, near all the other buses.

Liked the location only 10min away from CDG by dedicated shuttle (shuttle dispatcher was nice enough to arrange for us so that my little girls do not have to wait an extra 30min before next departure). The mood of the hotel is relaxing, little attentions in the room: games for kids, welcome chocolate, a mini basketball hoop on the wall!! (where was the ball though?). The front desk staff was welcoming and efficient.

Nothing much. If I had to mention something it would be: - the breakfast is a bit expensive (didn't try it) - there are card/board games in the room serving as decoration as well but they are unopened... so we felt unsure we could open them. - some small amount of dust/dirt remaining under the convertible bed.

Rooms were clean and decorated more like an apartment than a hotel. Nice amenities such as a kettle, tea, and microwave. The restaurant onsite was a plus so we didn’t have to go back out to find dinner. Breakfast had something for everyone Punctual shuttle service for a fee to the airport.

Water in the shower wasn’t hot enough for me personally. Shuttle driver only made one stop to terminal 2 and we had a long walk and train walk bank to 1. If it was a free ride ok but for a paid ride drop off should be at your terminal of choice.

The hotel is brand new, and the layout and design of the first-floor lobby are extraordinary. It is so inviting and interesting. Photos do not do it justice. The staff and leadership team led by Pauline were warm, informative, and extremely helpful. The room (layout, bed, and cleanliness) was perfect. The coffee in the room was great as well as the lobby breakfast. Roissy is a charming little town just a few minutes pleasant walk from the hotel. The staff helped us book a river tour in Paris, and we had a lovely evening there. The security was excellent, but you did not feel like you needed it.

I was surprise I booked it one day before and It was not a planned vacation. It was a really good price comparating with the others hotels around, the decoration was modern but that's not the good thing. What I really like it was I went with my husband, mom and 3 kids (large family room) and have a microwave, kitchen, plates, cups, forks, spoons and pan even a refrigerator. Thanks so much!. The hotel has a laundry where you have to download an app and pay around €4.50(soap included) but I needed it and was perfect. I went to the gym too and has some board game. My family love it.

the location is good and calm.Also they arrange for shuttle to airport and we reached there less than 15 minutes .There are some good restuarant arround which has good food and we enjoyed.

We arrived there in the eveing and suppose to stay one night to reach airport early morning next day .the room was cold and the heating system was not working. I asked them about the problem and they told me they could help us and we should sleep in a cold room at night this was the policy of the owner!! They have not even suggest any temporary solution like electrical heating.

Good for overnight stay close to airport. Beds were very comfortable. Space was clean, and room accommodate 5 people!!! Open 24/7 so good for late arrivals.

Does not have a regular, flexible airport shuttle tthat you would expect for an airport hotel. We pre -paid 12 euros for a shuttle, but had to choose a specific time...we had a slight change in plans, and needed to leave 30 minutes earlier and they could not accommodate that. We ended up paying for a taxi in addition to the shuttle that we didn't use. The hotel has not responded to my request for a refund, and the front staff was unable to help either.
