The location was on the bus route and not far from centre-ville. Our room was clean and ready for us. Breakfast was ready when we needed it to be, as we had to leave early for a flight. There was a separate large size tub that my wife enjoyed soaking in.

It wasn't clear that someone was not going to be there for us to check in. We didn't have soap in the bathroom to wash our hands, thankfully we brought some. The breakfast was not fresh, all packaged items. The wifi was not very strong, especially compared to a SNCF train's wifi.

Excellent location. Conveniently connected by buses from CDG airport. Very pretty and clean villa. The room and double bed were a bit small but comfortably appointed with basic amenities.

The only small feedback would be if they could stock few fruits and vegetables for vegetarians that visit. It's not that uncommon for travellers to be vegetarian or vegan these days. When we checked with them, they just flatly refused that they have anything for vegetarians (even though we had already paid for included breakfast). Though we were able to manage with basics of bread, jam, butter, a little more consideration for vegetarians would make the place lovelier!

the hotel was clean and tidy. The location is perfect as it was close to the airport, bus stop and train station is easy to navigate. Laurent was very helpful and communicated information we needed in the checkin/checkout process. We had an early flight out of CDG and sure enough taxi was provided. Overall. one of the best hotel stays we ever had.

No elevator

Excellent little B&B, conveniently located close to CDG airport. Access to the B&B and back to the airport is easy by bus. Communication by the staff was proactive and excellent, providing directions to the home, etc. Room was clean, stylish, and comfy. Kitchen is well equipped, offering a basic but convenient continental breakfast of bread, croissants, yoghurt, some fruit, coffee and tee, etc. The little town of Roissy is surprisingly charming, with a number of pleasant restaurants within walking distance.

You are close to the airport, so be aware that you hear the departing airplanes flying overhead fairly loudly (though this largely subsumes at night). Also be aware that (as you can see in the pictures) the B&B is Buddha-themed, with pictures and statues of Buddha throughout, in case you have a sensitivity to idols.

Good location for getting to and from CDG airport, with bus stops outside the door. Our host gave good instructions for the bus, which was only €2.50 and frequent. The room was spacious and very clean, as was the whole house. Easy walk to the village with boulangerie and restaurants. A relaxing stay, especially having a large sunny patio to enjoy a drink/ meal.

Our room had only a curtain separating the toilet/ shower from the bedroom, which we thought was not really appropriate. The breakfast was very basic, with packaged bread/croissants and just two child type cereals. A fresh baguette and/ or muesili type cereal would have been appreciated.

After the craziness and stress of CDG, the easy 20 minute bus ride to Roissy Chambres was the perfect antidote - the setting was clam and beautiful, the amenities like the patio dining and serve-yourself breakfast was so relaxing. This is not to be missed if you are staying near CDG and want to unwind.

The host’s directions to the property were perfect, including finding the correct bus from and back to CDG. The stop was very convenient, just up the block. Our arrival was delayed but thanks to the clear directions, we had no trouble getting in the front door, finding our room and it’s key. We left early but found breakfast things laid out in the kitchen and helped our server. The room was spotless, and —joy of joys! — the bathroom not only had a shower door, unlike those in rooms in which we stayed elsewhere in France, so the floor wasn’t flooded after a quick shower. And better still, washcloths were even provided! They were not to be found in previous hotels. The neighborhood was nice and quiet, and there were places to eat less than a ten-minute walk away. We shall be back!

Everything was perfect.

I had a 20 hour layover in Paris on a Sunday night, too late to go into central Paris. Instead of one of the "chain" hotels one usually finds near an airport, I found this lovely B and B nearby. Roissy is a charming, authentically French village next to the airport. I had dinner in a local bistro that evening and a pleasant walk around town early the next morning, before heading back to the airport for my onward flight. Great decision!

Nothing could have been better! Great location. Great breakfast. Great communication with owner. Beautiful room.

My second stay at this property. A great option if you need to spend a night at or near the airport due to flight times or connections. Certainly a much better deal than airport hotels. A short bus ride from the airport, located in a small village with several restaurant options. Included breakfast is self-serve and more than adequate. The property is clean, well organised, and the beds are comfortable. Arrival and self-checking details are clearly communicated. I will continue to use this in future.

My room, which was the "small single" was indeed pretty small, although it had everything needed.

I arrived into CDG about 930pm and took a taxi here. Check in was easy and the room was comfortable and spotlessly clean. I especially liked the fact I could open the window very widely, as I like to sleep in a cold room (under 18C). In the morning I decided to try the bus back to CDG. This was dead easy. It's around the corner and you can pay by taping your credit card.
