Comfortable rooms with an excellent large bed, large shower, towel heater included. Good wifi, good A/C, nice Samsung TV, nice little mini bar, decent closet space. Safe included. The breakfast was nice, not impressive but nice, though not included and we had to add quite a lot for 3 breakfasts eventually (108 EU). The staff were extremely nice and helpful with every question and request we had. Overall it was a pleasure.

Could have used a bit more closet space. Included breakfast could have been a nice added touch, especially since it is not that impressive, albeit sufficient. An outside porch for smoking could have been nice as well.

The hotel is great combination of value for money. It is clean, cozy and has a very welcoming staff. The location is super: while it is not in the busy center, you still have a taste of true Paris including everything you need such nice restaurants (check Brasserie Charlie) or modern shops offering some trendy food or drinks (walk along Rue Madeleine Michelis). You can reach the L'Arc de Triomphe in 20 mins by foot.

Despite an upgrade to a bigger sized room, it was still *slightly* small even for two people, however, it does not matter because you come to Paris not to sit in the hotel room. The room was in brilliant condition and very very nicely decorated.

Clean, Modern and design atmosphere, rare in Paris. Slightly off center but very well linked by bus and underground. Easy access by car (underground garage in vicinity). Nice and quiet neighborhood with quality shops. Buffet breakfast offers plenty of choice. Meal space is fairly tight but comfortable. Helpful staff. There is a small spa area available (I did not use)

I personally like BIG rooms, but that is another level of price in Paris and elsewhere. Room is equipped with a big and comfortable bed, coffee/tea machine and small bar. Bathroom is spacious with a well-functioning shower.

Loved this hotel and this location. Neuilly-sur-Seine is a wonderful place to stay. I prefer the restaurants and shopping in this area more than the busy, over-touristy areas of Paris center. It is a 20 minute walk (3 minute cab ride) to Arc de Triompe and we had a tour starting there that evening. It was convenient to arrive from the airport on the shuttle bus, and the hotel arranged a private shuttle back to the airport when we departed. I had requested to use the sauna/steam room upon my arrival (months before in an email) and Medina (the best hotel desk person in Paris) had it arranged for us and warm and ready when we arrived. She talked us into breakfast and it was delicious. The room, small, but cozy with big windows letting in a lot of light. We were upgraded to a balcony (with early check in). This will be where I stay when I come back to Paris. Medina also gave good shopping pointers.

nice location, very clsoe to the Theater where we want to watch the musical show. (10 mins walk) nice bus&Subway connection to city center and train station (Paris nord)- bus to train station is right in front of the door! the room is clean and we can find restaurant and supermarket nearby.

the room space a bit too small, compare to the huge toilet. There is little space in the room for 2 person. but we only stayed for 2 nights and during the day time we were outside. for this purpose it is good enough.

The location was perfect with beautiful views of the area from all the rooms we booked. The bed was huge and the shower was super powerful. The rooms were very clean and finished in a modern way. Concierge/Reception staff were friendly and welcoming, while always eager to help. Local bars and restaurants were on point and a nearby Carrefour handled a lot of the amenities we needed. Big mention to the team at Le Marly, a local bar, who kept my in-laws very happy throughout our stay.

Due to staff shortages, we were delayed checking in by nearly 3 hours. As we were in the middle of a terrible storm, this issue left us in the lobby for a good while. The layout of the rooms makes some areas fairly tight to navigate and as a bigger person, the toilet was very low and pushed tightly into the corner, making it's use a gymnastic affair.

The hotel is very clean and tody. The design is very pleasant, and as of October 2023 everything looks new. The hotel neighbourhood is very welcoming, pretty, and in the very close nearby streets you can find grocery, bakery, coffee and restaurants. The hotel has double glass windows and full blinds, so in the morning you’ll be quiet and dark. I would like to especially thank the staff who were very helpful, for example with a small plate of fruits and yogurt when we came in at 1:00AM after a delayed flight, or when needed to call a local restaurant. One thing to notice, the hotel is 60 minute walk from the Louvre, 45 minutes from the Eiffel, so its not in a central location.

The regular has a huge and very comfortable bed for 2. However, the bathroom and bedroom are a bit small for 2 people

This cute hotel was a ten minute walk from the local conference center, but so much more charming than a standard chain hotel, and more affordable! The pop art in the lobby was great, the staff were friendly and helpful (and English speaking), and the room was very clean and comfy. The in room Nespresso was also a nice touch.

I was hoping to get in early after my overnight flight but the room wasn’t ready till after 2 pm. I understand that’s the hotel policy but it’s pretty rough to wander around sleepless for 5 hours waiting to get into the room.

The entire staff was very attentive and available to help, providing us with basic items and even an umbrella. The facilities, although relatively small, are efficient and the rooms are well distributed. The location is also great for those who want to get around the city with public transport, being close to bus, metro and RER stops. But it is also close to restaurants, shops and markets.The sauna is a differential at the hotel and great for relaxing after an intense day in the city. Again the staff are very friendly and we will definitely return to le 37 bis when we are in Paris.

The breakfast was kind of limited, due to the structure and price of the hotel, we had a higher expectation. not bad but some lower hotels offer better breakfasts.
