The facility that I like the most and the main reason we chose this hotel is the secure parking space and it's free (included in the rate). When we were there there was issue with the underground parking place, so we need to park in front of the hotel lobby, but still in the area of the hotel, so it was not an issue for us. Therefore we couldnt rate the space of the underground parking, although from what we read from other visitors, it's quite spacious, which is rare in hotel in Paris. The other thing that we like was that we got a newly renovated room, and it was clean and spacious. Air co also works well, bed was comfy, there wasa fridge and hairdryer in the room. The location is a walking distance from metro line 1, which is the main metro to access Paris.

what I wrote here is really not a dealbreaker, but something for the hotel to improve. The room that we were in, 622, has a little bit of issue with the drainage of shower and washbasin. It was not completely blocked, but it took sometime for the water to go down the drainage. Also, when we used the ceiling shower head, water could go out from the shower area (design issue?). Another comment is that in this newly renovated room, it seems like the renovation was done in a rush, because we could see some wallpaper was not neatly done and other small things that could've been better.

Breakfast was excellent, the room is very clean. The hotel location was very convenient for my work. Staff are very welcoming and helpful The place is quite for resting.

Nothing in particular. Almost everything was perfect. Thanks to the management. Please keep it up. I would stay at the same venue if I came back to Paris, and I recommend the hotel to my colleagues visiting Paris.

I was bit anxious as I was travelling with my son and neither of us speak French .But staff at the reception and the breakfast bar were friendly and very welcoming, so we felt quite comfortable. Breakfast was simple but delicious.

The variety of food at breakfast met my expectations. The location is in the heart of a busy area with many restaurant and most importantly the shuttle bust to and from Silmo.

I was only there overnight as I was leaving the next morning very early to catch a plane with my wife, who was in the American Hospital in Paris. I liked that when I showed up early the day I checked in, that the room was available so I was able to put my luggage in the room and take her luggage to the hospital so it would be with her when they transported her to the airport in the morning.

I liked everything about the hotel. I didn't get a chance to try the breakfast because I left before they started serving, but I like the idea that there was one available and also a bar.

The staff are so nice here never had service like it at any other hotel it was lovely! food at the hotel is also great as well if your to tired to go out after a day of Paris!

The parking because trying to get out of the parking lot will literally take 10 minutes because some staff didn’t know how to open the shutter, but it was cool they was kind about it

The location was great in relation to where we needed to be. The room was clean.

We arrived on Sunday. They put us on the second floor by the lift where they left dirty glasses and an empty pizza box all day and overnight. We were supposed to be on an upper floor.
