The location was excellent. We loved being in a calm, quiet attractive area of Paris with easy transportation to the centre. There were several lovely places to eat nearby. It was very quiet inside the hotel and I enjoyed looking out onto the street. The soundproofing was great, you could not hear the traffic at all. There is a coffee maker, kettle and fridge in the room which was great. The bathroom was lovely and we enjoyed using the bath robes. The beds were so comfortable. The staff were very nice and kind.

The room was small. I know Paris hotel rooms are small but there was no place to put our suitcases or to unpack we had to move them around to move around the room. We stayed for 3 nights and managed but it would have been nicer not to have to squeeze by our suitcases every time we went to the bathroom. Two comfortable chairs would have been better than one nice chair and two uncomfortable stools. Perhaps other rooms are organized differently but our room did feel cramped.

Nice hotel and great location. Neuilly is an area I would visit again on the border of the 17th Arr. The hotel was perfect for our visit to the French Open at Roland Garros. Bus stop was a couple blocks away and a 15 minute ride. The hotel was very clean as well. I really liked the access to unlimited coffee/tea & water (flat/sparkling).

Our room was very hot and stuffy. The thermostat did not work so we could not adjust the temperature in our room. We were told that the AC/fan does not work for certain blocks of rooms or floors. (that does not make sense!!) Our room was 26.5 celsius (80 degrees) and sleeping was awful. I wish the hotel would have comp'd us for some of our stay.

The location for visiting central Paris was great and the local area was most pleasant viz brassieries and artisanal shops. The Sauna room was very new and well managed, and a booking system enabled guests to have complete privacy. The bathroom facilities were excellent, new and well designed. The main reception person was very helpful and in the main, the staff all spoke very good english. We did'nt try the breakfast but, yhr facilities looked good with an outside eating area available in a very pleasant and shaded courtyard. No traffic noise was discernible anywhere in the hotel.

The TV screen was very good and large, but the channels were limited for english speakers to just one BBC world news channel, and although there was a Eurosport channel, which covered the world snooker championship live, the commentators spoke german.

Good location for walk to Eiffel tower, walk not very picturesque though but took 25 minutes, metro about 8 minutes walk away. Room clean and good size, water available and macaroons left upon arrival. I ordered some champagne for the room which was delicious, receptionist remembered it was my husband’s birthday and commented on this which was nice. Lovely building and parking underground right next to hotel. Lovely restaurants just around the corner from hotel, we didn’t eat breakfast in hotel, few places nearby that you can get a coffee and croissant.

Comfortable rooms with an excellent large bed, large shower, towel heater included. Good wifi, good A/C, nice Samsung TV, nice little mini bar, decent closet space. Safe included. The breakfast was nice, not impressive but nice, though not included and we had to add quite a lot for 3 breakfasts eventually (108 EU). The staff were extremely nice and helpful with every question and request we had. Overall it was a pleasure.

Could have used a bit more closet space. Included breakfast could have been a nice added touch, especially since it is not that impressive, albeit sufficient. An outside porch for smoking could have been nice as well.

The hotel is great combination of value for money. It is clean, cozy and has a very welcoming staff. The location is super: while it is not in the busy center, you still have a taste of true Paris including everything you need such nice restaurants (check Brasserie Charlie) or modern shops offering some trendy food or drinks (walk along Rue Madeleine Michelis). You can reach the L'Arc de Triomphe in 20 mins by foot.

Despite an upgrade to a bigger sized room, it was still *slightly* small even for two people, however, it does not matter because you come to Paris not to sit in the hotel room. The room was in brilliant condition and very very nicely decorated.

The location of the property was exceptional, very close to a metro station and maybe a 20-minute walk to the Arche de Triomphe and Champ Elysee! The front desk staff especially Nicholas was very helpful and guided us with their recommendations of the local area. We felt like we were home from the minute we checked in. Nicholas was also able to check us in a little earlier so that we didn't have to carry our luggage around the city. We highly recommend Hotel Le 37 Bis!

Loved this hotel and this location. Neuilly-sur-Seine is a wonderful place to stay. I prefer the restaurants and shopping in this area more than the busy, over-touristy areas of Paris center. It is a 20 minute walk (3 minute cab ride) to Arc de Triompe and we had a tour starting there that evening. It was convenient to arrive from the airport on the shuttle bus, and the hotel arranged a private shuttle back to the airport when we departed. I had requested to use the sauna/steam room upon my arrival (months before in an email) and Medina (the best hotel desk person in Paris) had it arranged for us and warm and ready when we arrived. She talked us into breakfast and it was delicious. The room, small, but cozy with big windows letting in a lot of light. We were upgraded to a balcony (with early check in). This will be where I stay when I come back to Paris. Medina also gave good shopping pointers.

Clean, Modern and design atmosphere, rare in Paris. Slightly off center but very well linked by bus and underground. Easy access by car (underground garage in vicinity). Nice and quiet neighborhood with quality shops. Buffet breakfast offers plenty of choice. Meal space is fairly tight but comfortable. Helpful staff. There is a small spa area available (I did not use)

I personally like BIG rooms, but that is another level of price in Paris and elsewhere. Room is equipped with a big and comfortable bed, coffee/tea machine and small bar. Bathroom is spacious with a well-functioning shower.
