This is our favorite stay for the trip. The train station is just downstairs. Walkable distance to champs elysees. Our room was clean, spacious, and offered all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. The owner provided the very detailed instructions. We will definitely consider staying here again on our next visit!

The location was perfect - it was a quiet area, yet very close to the metro and important sites. We loved the little Eiffel keyrings they gave us as a gift. The flat had everything we needed during our stay and was well equipped. They put attention to small details such as printing out a detailed instruction book to use the washing machine and tumble dryer. They also provided extra washing powder and dishwasher tablets that were very helpful. We loved our stay!

We loved this Paris apartment! It had all the little touches and details. The most comfortable sofa bed I’ve ever slept on in my life! Quiet for its central Paris location. (You will hear the occasional siren, truck, etc. but it’s not bad and I’m a light sleeper.) Within easy walking distance of a great Carrefour grocery store so you can cook. Lots of restaurants nearby, RER and Metro right across the street, quick access to Eiffel, Arc, and Louvre. Safe area even for two women at night. Excellent communication from host. Highly recommend and would absolutely stay here again.

The washer dryer combo is ineffective- it takes 5 hours to do one load. Better to wash clothes and dry on the heated towel rack. Other than that no complaints whatsoever and highly recommend!

We had a great stay at this apartment in Paris and it had everything we needed there! It's in a great location, within a short walking distance to lots of great restaurants and shops and only about a 10 minute walk to the Arc de Triomphe. We felt very safe with our 2 kids (ages 9 and 13) and were able to get a quiet night's sleep each night. We even walked back from the Eiffel Tower viewing spot (Place du Trocadéro) one night after watching it twinkle. It only took us about 25-30 minutes to walk back, which we didn't mind as it was a beautiful evening. As for accommodation, our kids each slept well on their own sofa bed and the bed in the bedroom was very comfortable as well. Thank you to the host for the mints, cute Eiffel Tower keychains, for all of the clear instructions to enter the apartment along with the recommedations for places to eat. We'll definitely be back!

The washer worked great though the dryer was a little tricky to figure out (just different than we're used to). Still, we were thankful to have it during our stay!

Easily fit 5 adults in the 5 person room, with a spacious bathroom and room to sit in the kitchen even when the beds were in use. Views from the 5th floor were charming, and the light coming in to the place made it feel light, bright, and open. Washer/Dryer was nice to have in the middle of a long trip. Proximity to the Pointe Maillot Metro station made getting around Paris a breeze (11 min to Eifel Tower [RER C], 20 min to Notre Dame[M1], and easy access to 14E to Gare de Nord)

The washer dryer combo worked at cleaning my clothes, but not drying them (luckily the heated drying rack and collapsible drying rack were available, and even detailed instructions in the binder provided [may have done my wash wrong]). There was an espresso machine provided, but only 4 coffee pods, but the binder once again covered this point by suggesting we buy what we need, which is smart on saving on waste. Duvet covers had some stains on them (I'm sure it was sterilized but still unpleasant to see)

As we know, the check-out time is 11 AM, but unfortunately, the cleaning lady was standing infront of the apartment door talking on her mobile phone to another person loudly and annoying voice. She should come at 11 on time or at least 11:15. Thanks in advance for considering this issue

Our experience with the accommodation was excellent, and its location provided convenient access to various places. We loved the spacious layout of the apartment— it made our stay super comfy. Additionally, we were thrilled to find the place equipped with all sorts of handy amenities, including Netflix, which further enhanced our stay.

The sofa bed, which proved tricky to get back to its original form due to its weight. Not really to dislike it but more on to mention the challenge.

Location is excellent, metro station of line 1 is 2 minutes from the building. Arc de Triomphe is approximately 1km from the accomodation, for those who prefer to walk. There is also a congress center just 500m away, with some cafes and shops. In front of the building there are several restaurants and a grocery store. Apartment itself is big and well equiped and the manager is very responsive, so we easily agreed on everything that we needed! Recommended if you want a comfortable apartment with easy access to transportation and city attractions.

Code access made it nice to not have to keep track of room keys. The property was safe and the location is the best I’ve ever stayed at in Paris. The suite was a nice size and beds were comfortable. Linens were nice, clean and great quality. Metro station right outside our door, plenty of good restaurants near by the Congress was our favorite the most delicious food and the kids meal was the best I’ve ever seen 10 euro for the kids menu. Bronx Pizza was good and a McDonalds near by was convenient. Little mall with a pharmacy and grocery store across the street. The view of the Eiffel Tower was appreciated too. The apartment was fully equipped and furnished for our needs. The property managers were quick to respond to questions and were so organized. Will for sure stay again!!

Loved everything.

We are very happy to have found this gem with good value. The metro and RER stations are within 5 min walk, and provides good connection to other parts of the city. This is a cosy apt that fits our family of 4 and we managed to have proper rest every night. Lastly, the host Michaela was very helpful in addressing our queries.

One very minor point is that the pillows are quite flat and lumpy. So it might be time for a refresh :) The pots and pans are not in very good condition, so we didn't manage to cook. But no issue as there are lots of great eateries nearby!
