This is our favorite stay for the trip. The train station is just downstairs. Walkable distance to champs elysees. Our room was clean, spacious, and offered all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. The owner provided the very detailed instructions. We will definitely consider staying here again on our next visit!

The location was perfect - it was a quiet area, yet very close to the metro and important sites. We loved the little Eiffel keyrings they gave us as a gift. The flat had everything we needed during our stay and was well equipped. They put attention to small details such as printing out a detailed instruction book to use the washing machine and tumble dryer. They also provided extra washing powder and dishwasher tablets that were very helpful. We loved our stay!

We loved this Paris apartment! It had all the little touches and details. The most comfortable sofa bed I’ve ever slept on in my life! Quiet for its central Paris location. (You will hear the occasional siren, truck, etc. but it’s not bad and I’m a light sleeper.) Within easy walking distance of a great Carrefour grocery store so you can cook. Lots of restaurants nearby, RER and Metro right across the street, quick access to Eiffel, Arc, and Louvre. Safe area even for two women at night. Excellent communication from host. Highly recommend and would absolutely stay here again.

The washer dryer combo is ineffective- it takes 5 hours to do one load. Better to wash clothes and dry on the heated towel rack. Other than that no complaints whatsoever and highly recommend!

We had a great stay at this apartment in Paris and it had everything we needed there! It's in a great location, within a short walking distance to lots of great restaurants and shops and only about a 10 minute walk to the Arc de Triomphe. We felt very safe with our 2 kids (ages 9 and 13) and were able to get a quiet night's sleep each night. We even walked back from the Eiffel Tower viewing spot (Place du Trocadéro) one night after watching it twinkle. It only took us about 25-30 minutes to walk back, which we didn't mind as it was a beautiful evening. As for accommodation, our kids each slept well on their own sofa bed and the bed in the bedroom was very comfortable as well. Thank you to the host for the mints, cute Eiffel Tower keychains, for all of the clear instructions to enter the apartment along with the recommedations for places to eat. We'll definitely be back!

The washer worked great though the dryer was a little tricky to figure out (just different than we're used to). Still, we were thankful to have it during our stay!

Our experience with the accommodation was excellent, and its location provided convenient access to various places. We loved the spacious layout of the apartment— it made our stay super comfy. Additionally, we were thrilled to find the place equipped with all sorts of handy amenities, including Netflix, which further enhanced our stay.

The sofa bed, which proved tricky to get back to its original form due to its weight. Not really to dislike it but more on to mention the challenge.

As we know, the check-out time is 11 AM, but unfortunately, the cleaning lady was standing infront of the apartment door talking on her mobile phone to another person loudly and annoying voice. She should come at 11 on time or at least 11:15. Thanks in advance for considering this issue

Code access made it nice to not have to keep track of room keys. The property was safe and the location is the best I’ve ever stayed at in Paris. The suite was a nice size and beds were comfortable. Linens were nice, clean and great quality. Metro station right outside our door, plenty of good restaurants near by the Congress was our favorite the most delicious food and the kids meal was the best I’ve ever seen 10 euro for the kids menu. Bronx Pizza was good and a McDonalds near by was convenient. Little mall with a pharmacy and grocery store across the street. The view of the Eiffel Tower was appreciated too. The apartment was fully equipped and furnished for our needs. The property managers were quick to respond to questions and were so organized. Will for sure stay again!!

The property exceeded expectations- we went in the midst of so called beg bug outbreak and the property was absolutely spotless the staff was very helpful everything was provided. It was a nice neighbourhood will definitely go back to this place every time I visit Paris. The locality to the main attractions were also very good 10/10

Everything was great

Michaella is great at responding to questions. The property is lovely and it is exactly as the photo show. Very conveniet to the # 1 Metro Line. There are two wonderful bakeries within two blocks to grab your morning bread.

Everything was spot on—the apartment’s modern and loaded with all the gear you need. It’s a tad snug for a family of four, but for the price, you’re not gonna find much better. We had no trouble fitting two adults and two kids for sleeping. Plus, the location’s clutch, just a minute from one of the big metro stations.

The neighborhood’s pretty lively, and with the apartment being on the second floor, it can get kinda loud at night if you crack the windows open. But the soundproofing’s solid, so you’re good as long as you keep ‘em shut.
