Amazing terrace! We just loved to hang out there for lunch and drinks every day! The menu was very much summer-appropriate. Delicious pastry at breakfast. We liked the room with a comfortable bed and a big bathroom; all the necessities are provided.

The hotel is seriously understaffed; the team is working hard but it's obvious that it's just not enough people. Breakfast is quite a disaster - even to get a cup of coffee becomes a challenge + there's no variety. The bar closes very early and if you feel like a glass of champagne after 23.00 - forget about it. To avoid this - mini bars in the rooms could be stocked better. The bar/breakfast area felt quite cluttered and untidy.

Visiting the David Hockney exhibition, we booked this charming small hotel because it was close by. This was an excellent decision - the hotel surpassed our expectations. A lovely modern, air-conditioned room and en-suite with overlooking the gorgeous garden, we were extremely comfortable. Staff were very helpful, breakfast was simple but delicious. A quiet and peaceful Parisian hotel, easily accessible from Gare du Nord.

It was a rather long walk from the nearest Metro station and not that much to see locally (apart from the Louis Vuitton Foundation) but only a quick taxi ride to central attractions.

Quiet location but close to Metro, RER and bus stops. Neuilly is an upscale residential neighbourhood with many excellent local shops, restaurants and cafes. Close to Bois de Boulogne attractions. An elegant building, nicely appointed. Beautiful shady inner courtyard garden for meals and drinks. Comfortable lounge, also used for breakfast. Good food in the restaurant. Excellent air conditioning which we tested in a heatwave. Cheerful staff

Room (114) was small, like most Paris hotels. Breakfast is expensive at €20 pp. Drinks also expensive, €18 for a cocktail.

The hotel was really nice, loved the decor and the ambience, very elegant. The room was comfortable and clean, although on the slightly smaller side but this is normal for Paris I believe. The bed was very comfortable and spacious. Breakfast was buffet style and tasty. We also had dinner and drinks at the hotel - food was really good, and so was the wine. Location-wise the hotel was a short walk from a metro stop which got us into town very quickly, we didn't mind the hotel being a bit outside of the center, the area is nice and safe to walk, even at night, and the street the hotel is on is quiet so there isn't any road traffic noise to worry about in the rooms. All in all a lovely stay in Paris, would return!

The only small thing, which we raised at reception, was that the hairdryers were a bit uncomfortable to use - they have the buttons you need to keep pressed down (which is normal for hotels), however the button on these were very sensitive, and you had to push with force throughout, otherwise it would cut out (which for drying long hair is uncomfortable) - we would recommend the hotel to change these. We also weren't able to use the tv for mirroring/AirPlay from iPhone/iPad, which would've been nice but not a big issue.

The staff were very helpful and had great communication prior to my stay as I had to make some changes to the dates. They were very responsive and accommodating. The room was clean and comfortable and a good size by Paris standards. The hotel is beautifully decorated and does an excellent job of providing a modern service whilst retaining its period character. Had a great stay and would definitely stay again.

The bed was a bit soft for my liking, but that is personal taste, and it wasn't uncomfortable.

I have only words of praise for the staff of this hotel, but also for the hotel in general. Amazing people. On the first day, we got to the hotel late because of the flight, it was raining heavily, and the taxi didn't want to take us from Porte Maillot to the hotel because of the short distance, so we got really wet. The man at the hotel whose name I don't know was very kind and did everything to make us feel welcome. Even the day after, our phone was left in the hotel room after check out, so the staff called us on the phone, sent us emails and even offered to mail us the phone to the address we indicated. Really wonderful people and a superb hotel. All recommendations 🫶🤝

Beautiful hotel in quiet location The room was on the small side but a lovely view over the garden All you needed provided and a mini fridge! Breakfast was exceptional

Coffee machine in my room didn’t work, and the hairdryer also stopped working but when I reported this the male member of staff on reception seemed not to be bothered or even make a note of this A shame as we had such charming service from a new member of staff on several occasions

Le 5 Paticulier was a little oasis just on the outskirts of Paris and is a wonderful relaxing location to return to after being out and about all day seeing the sights and experiencing Paris. Extremely simple to use the Metro (10 mins from centre of paris and less than 500m from the hotel). Additionally, there are several supermarkets and restaurants that are nearby if you want to avoid the crazy tourist cafes/brasseries etc in the city area. Lovely helpful staff. We really liked it and unreservedly recommend this accomodation to any travellers looking for somewhere to stay out of the tourist milieu.

The positioning of the small desk could be better placed to provide an expanded organsation of space in the room

Location (from our perspective) and relatively spacious rooms (and bathroom) for Paris. Was a return visit for us although we were lucky to find a date when the price was affordable. Superb street market across the road two days a week!

Variation in the price of rooms based on dates means we could only afford this if booked early or outside busy Paris dates. Close to Metro line 1 for easy access to Paris and the Bois de Bologne. Nicer now the nearby major road works are coming to an end.

We loved everything about this accommodation. It was extremely clean and the bed was really comfortable. The extra amenities such as coffee machine, robes and slippers made it feel extra special. The daily housekeeping was great, they changed towels daily and bedding if needing a refresh. The breakfast was really nice and such a relaxing breakfast room. The staff helped us to print our flight tickets as we changed flights to stay an extra 2 nights and they also gave us mugs every night so we could have a nice large cup of tea before bed after exploring Paris every day. The location is great. Right next to les sablons metro which is one of the main metro lines to take you quite central without having to change, it’s a quiet location which makes the city feel relaxed. A lovely hotel and I would definitely come back to stay again. 5* from me.

Everything was perfect. We didn’t want to leave
