1. We were offered an airport shuttle at EUR 8.00 per person which we accepted. The shuttle driver left us at an entirely different terminal building at 2B instead of our terminal 2E. He refused to take us 2E stating that his stop is 2B. Its annoying because an uber would have dropped us off at the correct terminal. We walked quite a distance with 4 bags on our trolley. Ridiculous. Don't use their shuttle. 2. Restaurant staff is slow and act like they are doing guests a favour by taking an order or explaining the menu.

Breakfast was good. The decor is cute.

The hotel should provide a clearer explanation of how to get there by bus/shuttle on the Booking.com website. Their arrival message through the Booking app mentioned a shuttle but when I messaged back asking for details, they never replied. So I went with Google's transport suggestion, and ended up on a local bus that dropped us in the middle of nowhere at 10pm. If Roissy wants people to stay in their town, the town should provide dedicated free airport shuttle buses looping through all the hotels. For future overnight layovers, I'll just pay more and stay onsite at CDG.

The position very close to CDG airport. Breakfast ok. Shuttle service from/to airport available at just 8 Euro. Staff very kind and professional.

This was my third time in this hotel and in the past I never complained; however, this time the noise coming from the room door was excessive: most probably the position of my room at ground floor was too close to the lobby and the door is not properly insulated, therefore I have been disturbed till midnight. Since my flight was early in the morning, this was not pleasant and impacted on my rest. I think that next time I'm going to ask for a further room from the lobby.

We were still at the hotel but had stepped out to pick up breakfast when our room was cleaned by the housekeeping staff - this was highly unusual as the room was anyway scheduled to be cleaned after we checked out. Since we didn't expect this to happen we'd left a lot of money, and a bit of gold jewellery lying around on the bed. The bed was made but NOTHING WENT MISSING. I reported this to the front desk and they found it strange as well but since nothing was missing, I did not pursue this further.

This was our second stay. We come to France from Australia every year and this lovely little hotel is ideal after or before a long flight. We caught an Uber into Paris to catch a train next day for only €45 euro. This is far easier when you have luggage!! Our flight to Paris was extended by 5 hours due to re-routing and we got in after the restaurant was closed. However they have a selection of sandwiches, wraps etc you can buy at reception which is great. Price for the night is much better than Paris. We plan to stay at the hotel every year from now on.

rooms were recently renovated and clean. beds were comfortable. Located in a small village near CDG. a quick walk through a lovely park to restaurants, grocer and artisan bakery.

the shuttle is very limited (2 trips morning and evening) and is 7€. Also, the hotel lobby and common areas are heavily scented- not unpleasant but a consideration for those who are sensitive to scents. Decor is very colourful “bohemian” and the property is completely committed to this design aesthetic. again, not unpleasant, but a bit surprising.

The hotel staff were extremely helpful and pleasant, language was a little bit of an issue with some of the staff but others were on hand to help. I had forgotten my adaptor plug reception loaned one to me even though they were selling them on site. The kettle in my room wasn't working they replaced it immediately. Rooms were very clean and comfortable with a good sized shower, no bath but that wasn't an issue for me prefer showers. Reception / bar area was comfortable to sit and work without having to stay in the room. Reception even provided me with a fan as I prefer a cold room for sleeping, nothing was too much trouble. The food seemed reasonably priced and good.

The only thing which could have been better was a little more choice on the menu, lunch and dinner was the same menu, they didn't offer a sandwich or light snack for instance, but could be bought from a vending machine, but prefer fresh.

The staff person who checked me in was excellent -kind, friendly, professional and helpful. I love that there were books available to borrow from the library area in the lobby. What a great idea! I also appreciated the restaurant being open on the national holiday and for the staff accommodating my request for a salad. This was one of my best experiences at a best western.

It would have been helpful to have more clear information on the website about reserving the shuttle to the,airport and what other transport alternatives are available.

The staff was so professional and kind. The property was warm in atmosphere and felt like home. They had all the conveniences you need. Transfers to the airport and to Paris were very well organized for any traveler.

The crevices between the wall and carpets in the hallways were full of dust. It made the halls seem old and worn. It wouldn’t be hard to clean them out with a vacuum tool. The window in our room hadn’t been washed “forever!” I tried to clean it but the dirt just smeared around.
