Nice modern hotel with real good rooms, not sleeping boxes like some other hotels closer to the airport

Explanations on the Booking sheet about how to reach the hotel were incomplete and misleading. There is no shuttle for this hotel at Roissy Terminal 3 (others yes, not this one) and airport staff trying to help give wrong information as they are confused between the several hotels called xxx Inn. The taxi stand at Roissy terminal 3 is shamefully managed by a mafia of touts who push travelers into VTC (private cars with drivers) at arbitrary high prices (20€ by taxi, 30-35€ by VTC) Yet the hotel is easily accessible by city bus (2.5€) but this was only indicated verbally by the reception desk. Where the hotel stands compared to the nearby bus stop is not indicated either. Too bad as the hotel is good overall.

Hotel was great! We were helped with early check in, which was amazing cos we were terribly tired, room was cozy, staff attentive and helpful, local little town great to pass the waiting time.

Shuttle bys to the airport was driven by a rather unpleasant man, who was not interested in communicating & just dumped us @ terminal 2 - Now, terminals 2A, 2B, 2C,2D are in one place, while 2E,2F, EG are a good 20 minute walk - Loads Of Fun if you have bags & children to drag along, especially after you've paid to be dropped off@ your designated terminal... Shocking how soooo many people work in the service industry while they should be filling jars or something cos they have absolutely no cognisance of the concept of customer device

We loved the location and the availability of restaurants around the area. A nice area to walk around if you have time to kill

I wish there was more information regarding the shuttle services before booking. Aside from it being an additional cost, there were no shuttles for a 4-hour period (last morning shuttle at 10:30, the following shuttle after 17:00). So we had no choice but to pay to take an early shuttle and wait 6 hours in the airport.

The size of the rooms The friendliness and competence of the staff The overall condition of the building. It is an older building that is magnificently maintained. The quality of the breakfast bar! The convenience store in the building. The conference center is delightful and well equipped with AMAZING ACCOUSTICS!

The menu for dinner was repetitive and small. A little more variety would be nice.

Basic but good sized room (important for sorting suitcases out before a flight), room and bathroom clean, comfortable bed. Wifi worked well. Breakfast was fairly good. Generally good value for money compared to most airport hotels.

Shuttle is a bus that collects from the area, bit difficult for me to lift my suitcase, and can get very crowded, but it delivered us to the airport on time so no complaints really.

Staff are friendly and did accommodate us for early check in. Rooms are clean and Bed is comfortable. Quite place. Our room are adjacent to our Children and that is very good. Pet friendly. It has a lot of space for Parking. Reasonable and affordable price for our 4 days and 3 nights. Free coffee, water and tea in our room.

Our Bathroom compare to our Children is too big and outdated. When you shower the water goes to the floor because of the glass that cover only small part of the shower. We did not try the Breakfast because we usually wake up late but, i saw it and it has a lots of food for affordable price.

I had stayed at this property a fortnight earlier and gave it a poor review, mainly due to what I considered to be an exorbitant price (€16) for a very poor breakfast (very little choice, unappetising cooked breakfast). I think I was just unlucky as this time the breakfast was very good indeed. The room and the bathroom were excellent too. Quality fittings and (almost) everything worked. The receptionist on duty was very friendly and very helpful, as was the lady cleaning the bedrooms. For a budget hotel I would unhesitatingly recommend this hotel.

The table lamp didn’t work, probably needed a new bulb. It was of no matter to us. We stayed a Sunday night and the restaurant is open only Monday to Friday. However, the receptionist pointed us towards several other restaurants just a few minutes walk away.

There was nothing I did not like.

The room was huge, clean and the bed very comfortable, the room temperature was agreable, big flat TV screen in the room, very quiet and relaxed.

It is far from the airport and you need to book a shuttle in advance to get there. The hotel are not very clear providing information about the shuttle times and locations to take the shuttle, it is necessary to get to the hotel website in order to get the information; although, it was difficult to find the shuttle schedules and locations on the website.
