Comfortable Breakfast was very good day 1, ran out of eggs day 2 Staff were friendly and efficient but beset by system teething problems

The shuttle service could be extended to cover the middle of the day Minor as it had only opened (I think we were the second guest in the dining room) grouting in bathroom was not finished my experience is that this is a place for mould to grow which will constitute a health risk The fire alarm had on false alarm at midnight on day one and two during the night on day 2, all of which disturbed everyone’s sleep

We did not stay at this property. Our reservation was canceled and we were supposed to be rebooked at the Hilton CDG. They did. Not have our booking and charged more than I had paid on This web site. It took over an hour to sort it out. The Hilton put us in an older part of the hotel. Booking.com let us down.

I had to charge my phone from the back of the TV with it on. The shower was tepid or cold. It was a very expensive hotel - not the one we had booked.

We checked in after they had just been open for 2 days. Lots of growing pains to overcome but the staff were great.

Looks good from the outside but unable to comment about the inside as it is not even open.

Having paid to be privately driven to the Hotel , we were shocked to find that it wasn’t even open. We had paid for an over night stay at a Hotel that was closed , we had been dropped off with our suitcases in an unfamiliar area and had to try and arrange alternative accommodation which we then had to walk to. It was the hottest day of the year so far in Paris , we don’t speak the language and we are in our Sixties. Shockingly poor communication between the Hotel , Booking.com and ourselves !

my hampton reservation was cxl because of construction delays and I was moved to Hilton. i needed to pay separately for Hilton and have not received any refund of payment for Hampton.
