Eklo-Roissy is an excellent place to get a good night's rest at a value-minded price when having to be near the airport. Food quality well exceeded expectations, even by incredible French standards. I would easily stay again!

The proximity to CDG is good, but transport options are all lackluster. The shared hotel shuttle does not come as often as is necessary; I resorted to using city buses and Google Maps, which routed me to walk alongside the weedy, busy N902A highway to reach the property. Please provide better quality transit instruction in the Welcome email for when the shuttle does not come; also consider an option to use the Eklo van to pick up guests as well as drop them off, even for a modest fee. Please consider printed instruction or QR code to instruct guests on how to get to Centre-ville Paris using Metro or RER. Please make water available during breakfast.

Very close to the airport, great for an overnight stay. Spacious room for a solo traveler, very clean. Decent breakfast.

I booked the shuttle to the airport in the morning through a form that I received by email, but when I arrived at the hotel there was nothing booked and all the shuttles for the time I needed were full. Luckily, I got an Uber for about 12 euros to the airport. Tip: if you arrive after 22pm and can not use the shuttle, don’t try to get an Uber or other app car, they will not accept it and will you take you a long time trying. Go directly to the place reserved for taxis. Do not listen to the guys that will approach you before you get near the taxis, they will overcharge you. A ride for the hotel should cost 20 euros max. Go to the guy with the green jacket and he will guide you to an official taxi. They accept cards.

The staff was fantastic. Very keen to help with any little issue, nothing was too much. NB : The shuttle departs from the Charles de Gaulles airport EXACTLY where the website indicates, literally at the midway point between gate 2B and 2D (Somehow a handful of idiots saw the number 3 nearby and got confused. That ‘3’ is a check-in desk with an airline, nothing to do with the shuttle. Stick with Eklo’s info) Also, ignore the people forcefully asking you to scan a barcode and pay 8€ to secure a shuttle, that’s for other hotels. For Eklo, just hop on and you’ll pay 5€ per person upon arrival at the hotel.

Getting on the shuttle with young children and a pram at CDG was a nightmare, as it was very much in-demand and inconsiderate people jump the queue without a hint of remorse.

Convenient and affordable stay near CDG airport for a quick stopover in Paris. Comfy rooms and facilities. Bar and restaurant available on site. Staff who welcomed me was very friendly and fluent in English but not everyone seemed to be the same.

Was somewhat difficult to get to from the airport at night. No clear directions from hostel on shuttle service to the hostel. Return to airport was no problem.

Not related to the room, but I received multiple fishing attempts via email and WhatsApp from individuals posing as affiliates of the hotel.

The room was very practical and met my needs. Check in and shuttle to the hotel were very efficient. I did not need to order from the restaurant but it appeared to be quite good and there was a fun atmosphere upon arrival.

Unfortunately there is no shuttle to go to the airport before 6am. For an early morning flight I had to book a taxi which was announced as a minimum of 25 euros for a six-minute ride. I ended up being charged 30 euros for my very short trip to Terminal 1.

No ac but it's a eco hotel so ok. Dark paint of room made room smaller. 5 euro for shuttle terminal 3 bridges you yo terminal 1 with walk run to terminal 3. Breakfast good but overpriced.

I initially had trouble finding this place, as Google Maps only showed an empty field at its address. However, once I arrived, it certainly delivered! The cost of booking was quite a bargain, and I found the layout of the room to be intuitively practical and functional, providing a decent level of privacy with a bed curtain. The lady at the front desk was just marvellous – her cheerfulness, hospitality, and pleasant demeanour truly brightened my day. The lounge area was stylish and inviting, making it the perfect spot to meet other travellers and share experiences. Unfortunately, I only stayed for one night, but I plan to return soon if the opportunity arises.

A funny incident occurred during my stay. There were only two of us in the room, and an Indian fellow was speaking very loudly on the phone, practically shouting for several minutes. When I politely asked him to lower his voice, he misunderstood and thought I was trying to kick him out. Thankfully, we cleared up the misunderstanding in no time, and we ended up taking a lovely photo together as a memento of our chance encounter.

We missed the flight and had to stay one night in France. So I found a nearby hotel (as we needed to be at the airport at around 5:00 AM. We took the shuttle bus (a few minutes drive). Friendly reception and lovely atmosphere. But we were exhausted and went straight to the room. It was all in teal, even the ceiling. Bathroom was small but clean. There was no aircondition but we were lucky to have nice weather, so I kept the window open. The reception had booked a taxi for us to the airport and all was in order.

No aircondition. But that's fine if the weather is not too hot. Apart from that all was excellent. Difficult to open a big bag as room was small. Good value for money.

The facilities were fine for the price, and the staff is friendly. It was clean, and I appreciated the shuttle to the airport in the morning.

My train was late, and so I wasn't able to get a shuttle after hours. I was under the impression that I could have called in to request one, but it was impossible to get through to the staff at night. This confusion caused me to stall for about an hour at the airport before getting a very expensive taxi. The staff should be reachable at night. The breakfast was good, but wish there would have been more vegan options. Finally, it would be good to mention on their profile or site that the multi-bed rooms have bunk beds, in case someone staying there has trouble climbing a ladder.
