Room was great and temperature I could set it at. The bar area I loved!

When I walked in, didn’t see any direction to check, so I went in to my right to the bar, still didn’t see any signs to check in. So I saw the elevator, so I walked towards it and a gentleman from behind the bar said you could check in here. So I got check in and he said my floor was on one. He handed me my key and went up the elevator to floor one. I read it as M7. Could not find that room, since all were three digits. So I went down to the bar and asked what room number I was in. He said 117, and I said it looked like M7, I showed it to him, but he insisted it was 117. So off I went.

Modern with so many amenities! Staff was great room was well equipped & clean. We were arriving from Greece and leaving early for our return to USA. Thus the close to airport worked very well for us. I marked overall a 9 because the buffet breakfast was disappointing. Although there scrambled eggs and over easy eggs, both were cold! We believe this was the cause of my husbands food poisoning. Traveling for 12 hours with food poisoning is terrible!

The room was a standard 2 bed room with a small but clean bathroom. The carpet in the room was stained, but we only stayed 1 night so it was not a big deal. You can't beat the price and location. Paid 13 euro for breakfast for 1 person. It was buffet style and it was abundant. The hotel is a 10 minute drive from the airport. It was convenient and clean. We had a late check in and early check out. Staff were extremely helpful. The downstairs area is very hip and looked fun.

The fruit in the breakfast buffet was not very tasty.

Because the 2 of us did not know each other, on Booking.comI searched only for hotels which showed 2 separate beds. I selected this hotel because it showed 2 separate beds (each double). However when I arrived at the hotel they said they do not have such a configuration! It was not that they were already reserved by other people- they just do not offer that. I was proposed a downgrade to a Basic room (without a reduction in price). After some discussion we agreed that the second bed would be a pull out couch (couch). It was not as comfortable as normal bed, but OK for a pull-out couch.

Excellent vibe, comfortable beds, great shower. The food at the bar great, meals in the restaurant fabulous.lovely view out to the garden from our room window. Bus right outside that either goes to airport or to the train station, for easy access into Paris . Loved the place.

There wasn’t anything that we didn’t like

The staff was exceptional. I had issues with my room key and they went above and beyond to ensure that it worked, even walking to my room to confirm it worked. I had a question about the television and a staff member was there in literally one minute. Friendly, professional, and very "customer-oriented". Highly recommend.

I would like the shuttle to start earlier in the morning. 9:00 a.m. international flights require arriving at the airport three hours early and as lines can be really long at Check-In and through Security, even arriving 30 minutes later can cause stress from not having enough time. I want to add however, that the staff was exceptional in making sure that I had a taxi both to and from the hotel. It is the hotel's responsibility to provide an earlier shuttle and this staff goes above and beyond to ensure their guests make it to the hotel and to the airport.

Easy to access (arrival / parking and underground spacious and secured garage) and nice modern "cinema style" atmosphere in the lobby / bar and restaurant; with a patio where you can have your diner / drink, during summertime. The food at the restaurant was very good. The room was good too (we stayed 2 times in this hotel). I do not remember being annoyed by the air traffic although we were so close to the airport.

The gym is underground in the garage level, so it is not very welcoming (but hey, at least there is a gym). Also a lots of stains here and there (perhaps it's due to the fancy carpet) and things get damaged (furnitures) easily; but overall it was clean enough for us.

Room always clean, check in quick and efficient as was check out. The shuttle bus to the Maison et Objet show was very good, shame you have to pay for a return as we never get to use it. As exhibitors at the fair 7.30pm for the last shuttle back is just too early. One way tickets would be much better. Restaurant and bar very good, the chicken burger was delicious.

Sure we used to have a fridge and an iron and ironing board in the room. We didn't have either this time.

We relocated to this hotel after the apartment we reserved turned out to be unacceptable. Pentahotel was a great choice. The room was spacious which really helps when you are traveling with a Great Dane. The restaurant was excellent and we loved the location. It is a lovely walk to the local village.

Absolutely no complaints

I like the fact that it is close to the airport, the staffs are very nice and their food tastes great especially the croissant. The room is clean and the bed is large. I also liked the fact that there was a shuttle to the airport from the hotel.

The duvet is not big enough for the bed, so they have two small duvets, and that's not convenient especially because I was with my spouse. we had to sleep separately because one duvet was too small for us to share.
