The staff was extremely friendly and made us feel very comfortable. We had an issue with our shower and they were quick to remedy the issue. Overall, the facility is very nice and I would recommend it to others.

We had a hard time getting a taxi to take us to the location. We were told there was a shuttle to the hotel but we could not find the shuttle. I think it would be helpful for the hotel to provide clear instructions, with pictures, of how to find the shuttle and what it looks like.

Excellent stay close to CDG. The room was perfect for what I needed. The staff were really friendly and very helpful. WiFi was the excellent. A trip into the city center is a 30 min ride on the RER B and the train station is very close by. The hotel shuttle bus dropped me in and pick me up. I just rang ahead and they were there when I got off the train. Special mention to the shuttle bus driver Yousef, he couldn’t have been any more helpful. He helped me with the correct app to use, tickets to buy and the platforms and stations to use to get into and home from the city. He He was an absolute gent and a credit to the hotel. 20/10 for this man. Thank you Yousef, your time and effort made my day trip into Paris so easy and we had a lovely chat on the way to the airport in the morning too. The village of Roissy is a 5 min walk along a nice paved and safe road and there are a selection of pubs and restaurants for dinner if you want to get out of the hotel. A lovely find, and one I will use again. Thank you.

I booked this for my parents who were having a connection flight on the way to visit me. They had a very comfortable stay. Good value, good breakfast, conveniently located.

One thing that I was disappointed about, was that I really made an effort to get information in advance regarding the airport shuttle to the hotel, and they provided me information which turned out to be false. My parents spent a long time looking for the shuttle, and when they didn't find it, they managed to get help calling the hotel, which said it is not available at all in the evening. This is completely different from the info provided to me, that the shuttles run 6:30 a.m. to 10:30 p.m. Monday to Friday (they arrived on Friday 9 pm). Knowing this in advance would save a lot of effort and trouble. Please look into the info you provide, as this is something people are relying on.

Nice, spacious, clean rooms with a handy kitchenette. Close to the airport with a shuttle available to and from Terminal 2. Shuttle pickup spot is outside departures in between terminals 2B and 2D, near all the other buses.

The shuttle at the airport was a bit hard to find

The accommodation is very close to CDG airport, which is an advantage but also a disadvantage. If the plane arrives after 22:00, then UBER and BOLT are available, who refuse to take you because of the short distance, they are only willing to take you there for 3x the price indicated in the app. The accommodation is very clean and well furnished. There is a Mortal Kombat 2 arcade game! :)

The heating system was not set properly. Sometimes it was very cold, then suddenly it became very hot. The window could not be opened because the planes were constantly flying and you could even hear the people talking below. The food in the vending machine was expensive and incomplete.

A very nice hotel not too far from the airport.

We were not able to get the transfer vehicle Even after trying several times directly and once via the hotel chain’s number. We finally flagged down a taxi which ended costing 10 euros less. When we finally arrived at the hotel around 13:00 hrs our room was not ready yet we had paid extra for early arrival (I.e. 11:00 hrs). When we asked why they were not responding to our phone calls, we got the « you must understand that we are very busy today ». I would have preferred that they first apologise for the inconvenience that were experiencing and possibly offre us a drink at the bar while we waited for another half hour.

The family rooms were excellent. Lots of space and the girls loved the bunk beds. Small kitchenette with a fridge and coffee maker, those these weren’t needed because the breakfast was so good. Buffet style, lots of choice, delicious food. The driver for the airport shuttle was attentive and excellent. 7 minutes to the airport. 30 minutes to Disney by rideshare.

While the staff tidying the breakfast tables were very very busy, they seemed unhappy to be there and not willing to accomodate some of the other guests. Run off their feet perhaps. I suspect you’d need more staff for that time of the morning or if there is a big tour group in the hotel.

We escaped from the heat wave (June 2025) to this hotel. It was really more than we expected. Check in was easy and the staff friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and roomy. Parking was essential since we were returning a vehicle to CDG. The drive to drop off our car (leased car EurocarTT) was very easy - about 15 minutes drive. It was also nice to be just at the edge of Roissy En France. There was a restaurant at the hotel and a couple within a 10 minute walk into the village. We would definitely stay here again.

Liked the location only 10min away from CDG by dedicated shuttle (shuttle dispatcher was nice enough to arrange for us so that my little girls do not have to wait an extra 30min before next departure). The mood of the hotel is relaxing, little attentions in the room: games for kids, welcome chocolate, a mini basketball hoop on the wall!! (where was the ball though?). The front desk staff was welcoming and efficient.

Nothing much. If I had to mention something it would be: - the breakfast is a bit expensive (didn't try it) - there are card/board games in the room serving as decoration as well but they are unopened... so we felt unsure we could open them. - some small amount of dust/dirt remaining under the convertible bed.
